For sake of continuity, here’s kiwimuncher’s post from yesterday morning:

OMG! I haven’t been here in FOREVER!
So, Alice and PC are going to die and then Ag is going to kiill Gim? Cool! although it’s sad.
Well, I guess while everyone is off killing everyone else, I shall stay behind and lead the army. *twiddels thumbs* Oh. OK.

The roar of pies filled my ears. The battle was raging on around me and it seemed that the allied flavors were winning. As I looked up, I noticed that Alice was no longer batteling beside me. Where was she? I turned to ask Captain Canix but he had strangely disapeared. How could this be? What would we do without a general to lead us?
A great rumble came from the distance. As I turned again toward the battle, I watched a main tower of the fortress crumble and collapse. Debree flew up into the air in a cloud of chaos. As the dust finally settled, the troops stopped their fire. They turned toward the general’s post but he was unfortunetly absent. Oops. What do we do now?

Oh my. What shall we do? The dust has now settled and I can see that the enemy’s fortress is half way in ruins. I wave my arms wildly at the crowd.
“Hey everybody, Captain Canix is strangely absent. He’s probubly dealing with Gim. Let’s split up into several groups and come at the fortress on all sides. I don’t think we’ll be meeting any major resistance.” I glanced again at the crumbling building. Nothing moved. No, we would have no trouble securing the place.

There was a craggy hole in the ground, surrounded by splintered, charred rock. Echoing footsteps on a metal stairway faded into a hush.
Pulling out my Key West Lime Wakizashi, I jogged down after Alice.

I ran past the wreckage of a pie cannon, and then another, intact this time. The stairs went on and on forever. I gave up counting, saving my breath for running.
And then they stopped.

I lead the group that sneaks around to the back of the fortress. This is one of the only parts of the fortress that hasn’t crumbled into rubble. Well, I guess it’s time to climb over the wall! *gives some soldiers a boost*

I watched as our flying fortress drew closer and closer to Gim’s castle, looming grimly on the horizon. I fingered my slingshot and newly-forged pie spear; the spear had taken me a while to create, but with the help of Gwen’s Pie-Dragon it was not a very light but strong pietanium. And, importantly, was long enough so I could still weild it from Ishtar’s back. The Pie-Poler Bear himself stood next to me, leather an pietanium armor gleaming. I’d finally got it fully repaired, and just in time too. This battle was… well, we had to be ready. We were almost close enough to drop down onto one of his battlements now, I could see some of his soldiers running around the top. No doubt they’d be in for a shock, I doubt they would be even closely ready for our ammased forces. Hopefully Prarilius and Alice would be ready by now…

k. merry christmas. i say take a break for a week and only talk about the story, not actually do things. (that is if they have to do with gim) because he went somewhere. he will be back pretty soon, though. he left yesterday.

Muse didn’t invent any gender-neutral pronouns (though I’m sure Nak could come up with some good ones if she wanted to). All the pronouns in the table were ones that someone had proposed, either seriously, satirically, or science-fictionally.

My father invented one, too, and tried to popularize it by using it in letters. It was en, short for “entity.” Subjective and objective, en; possessive, ens; reflexive, enself. I like it. It’s more pronounceable than most proposed epicene pronouns. (And yes, people did think my father was a little odd. He didn’t care.)

well, im back. reading over a hundred posts all at once is hell. argh. i wish i had come back sooner. ow. ow. my eyes. ow.

‘k well how about in the middle of the fight with you guys, i walk in the door, right as gim is killed. then i get all angry, and something happens(i get hit on the head by ag? he screams something about the past and why am i doing this?) and my memories come back. i am not actually sure what they are, but it has to be such a shocking experience that it makes me stop fighting. (might have something to do with a friendship in the past with gim and ag, then something happened so i had to leave, something happened there, (i lose my memories at this point)(also, while i am gone, something happens with gim and ag and everybody. this is when gim turns sort of crazy) and then i join the army of where ever that place is, end up fighting against or with gim, he saves my life, and i become his friend again, (i still don’t remember being his friend, at this point gim sees i have lost my memories) and you know the rest.

We faced each other for a moment, breathing heavily. I’d never gotten a chance to really look at Gimanator before. Sure, we’d dueled, but I’d been more interested in surviving than in examining my opponent.
He looked intimidating, to say the least. He held a deadly pecan club in each of his remaining hands, and his face was completely masked by a pietanium helm.
He was dressed in a peculiar uniform that concealed most of his body, but it had many rips and gashes in it. Through some of them, I could see bare, tanned skin, with more than a few scars. But through an almost equivalent number, metal gleamed.
A stab to the bodily area was out of the question to finish him off- I was as likely to hit pietanium as a vital organ. It would have to be his head. Metal or flesh and bone, the neck would be a weak point. The joints of his mechanical arms didn’t seem particularly durable, either.
Having made my decision, I didn’t wait for him to finish sizing me up. I swung my katana with intent to decapitate.

PC paused. I stopped moving too. I wondered what was going through his mind. perhaps he was thinking of his lost companion. what was her name? that’s odd. I beleive I knew not two moments before. then again, he was a seasoned general of-what was it? mint? cocoa? banana? I couldn’t think straight. that was extremely strange.
A quick glance gave me all I needed. Metal scents across the chest, leg paddings, it smelled like, and some on the forearms. That was where he was armored. Don’t aim there. There. I understood. I waited. Then he took a direct swing at my neck. A common misconception. That was what the last bug did. Thinking I wouldn’t be prepared? Funny little people. I had already lifted my blade to that area. While I parried, I swung my other blades at each of his legs. Surprisingly, the neck attack was part of a whole motion, the key lime katana swept in a circle, catching my blades, but I had already lifted the fist blade in a swing. He moved so slowly for a human. Sad. I used to be one of them.

Gim didn’t seem to be exerting himself at all, despite my most furious attacks. I was starting to think he was no longer human, if indeed he’d ever been. Was his brain computerized? If it was, it would be fighting primarily on logic. I would have to do something irrational in order to fool him. But any irrationality in a fight as critical as this was likely to mean death.

The forces of grape and gim slowly advanced toward the camp. My men drew their weapons as the forces of the flavor continent attempted to hurridly prepare.
l raise a weapon to the sky…
It’s a longsword with an hpb and the word zepata adorning it.
I tear my mask from my face, cueing the Grapes to attack the gim army. The prepared conglomerate soldiers join the fray.

I rush off to the where the soldiers tell me Gim is.

In the building, l enter a room full of books where a soldier is reading on the couch. Thinking little of him, l swing casually.

My blow is intercepted, and l hear the soldier mutter a programming spell. C++. l’d encountered that before, and l knew the only person capable of one of such power.
“Nice try, but l’ve trained against that very move many times… C++DM.”

I hit him with the flat of my blade and continued on my way.

In the next room, l found PC lying on the floor with Gimanator standing casually over him.
l lunge. l succesfully thrust, but take a slash to the stomach, revealing part of a mark.

Gim, you wanna describe the rest?

105-excuse me ag, that’s a little quick for me, and I will finish, but at least let PC and me finish first, please.

The battle was going well, PC seemed to be having trouble with how poorly he was coping, but, then again, the fight had lasted for an hour now, and any human exerting their-self for that long would have plenty of trouble. Outside, not much was happening, and the bombers had finished their field cleansing. I’d have to relocate.
The fight was like a little dance; back and forth, advance and retreat, and PC’s gasping as background music. I thought it
rather funny; it seemed PC already knew he was to lose, yet he continued fighting. I chuckled to myself, not like a silly captain could defeat a supercomputer at war. Not even chess. Then, PC jumped backwards, sheathed his weapon, and leapt at me to tackle. All I could do was parry, not even make a blow to defend myself, what had happened? My blade merely made a gash in his shoulder, but he knocked me to the floor.
He unsheathed his blade and was about to swing at my throat. That was expected. Before he could bring down the blade, I swept him aside with my mechanical arm, and he smashed into the rubble. Then I reached down, and hurled a knife that I had concealed in my chest. He was able to deflect it with his blade, but now he was on the ground, a significant disadvantage, I dashed over to take advantage of the situation.

((Note: Halfway through this post, it looks like I kill Gim. I don’t. Don’t protest until you’ve read the whole thing.))
I propped myself up against a chunk of masonry and fought with every particle of energy left to me. He wasn’t going to let me get up again, I could tell. He’d stopped toying with me. He knew I posed a risk and was trying to eliminate me in the minimum amount of time possible.
He stepped in closer. Then I scissored my legs. He fell. A mechanical arm whipped past in a blur, and I sliced through it at the elbow, fountaining sparks. With the back-cut, I buried my katana in his chest.
“Never underestimate an opponent, Gimanator. That was your fatal mistake,” I said, and staggered across the room to Alice.
It didn’t look good. She was still alive, but her pulse was intermittent, and a trickle of blood was flowing from her mouth. I pulled an emergency flare off my belt and lit it. A brilliant white light rocketed up into the sky. Hopefully Ag would see it and-
A horrible, cold pain in my torso. My limbs didn’t seem to be working anymore, and I collapsed to the ground. Through a haze, I heard the same words I’d just spoken.

The speech was cut off as my senses stopped working. Just before everything went black, I caught a faint scent of vanilla blossoms.

Gimanator stood there for a moment over the body of his fallen enemy. I couldn’t tell what he was thinking. Suddenly, a man (who I later learned was known as karishnekrava, or ag) lunges into the room and slashes at the metal man. Giminator takes a hit, but reacts quickly and bloodies the the man’s stomach. The man stumbles back, knocking into a large ornamental vase. Naturally, this sudden momentum into the vase cause it to fall over, revealing the occupant behind it.

That would be me. Faye Beauchamp, theif extraordinaire. I’d been in the room, examining some lovely artwork that would have quietly been placed in my snatch bag, when suddenly this giant guy covered in mechanics and such comes storming in. Later, a girl comes in. He stabs her with a peculiar golf club. A guy comes in. The boy gets stabbed too. I’m still hidden.

Yes, I admit it, I should have come out and helped the two. But hey, bravery has never been my strong point. Besides, what could I have possibly done with my thief’s dirk, the stiletto in my right boot, the sgian dhu on my left thigh, and the scramasax fastened to the back of my belt? Admitteldy, knives are handy, but they’re no match for metal man. Much better to wait and hope for the best.

When I was revealed by the falling vase, the man was truly startled by my sudden appearance. He stopped and gawked, which was of course an unfortunate move. The part-metal man swung his club at the mostly normal man, meaning almost certain death.

Most unfortunately, this is the time my conscience chose to pay me a visit. I hate the bloody voices in my head, they’re always getting me into trouble by doing some good deed. Anyways, I reached down and took hold of my sgian dhu, quickly throwing it at Gimanator’s weapon. As expected, the knife bounced off, but had enough force to change the direction of the club a few inches – enough to miss Ag. Ag recovered from shock then and raised his long sword in time to deflect Gimanator’s backswing.

112- Rather good for a first attempt, but it went too fast, and I think the other characters you’re talking about should narrate the fight, as it involves them. Also, it doesn’t seem right to introduce a new character right at the climax.
I’m sorry, the above sounds really mean in retrospect. What right do I have to exclude you? *is torn between artistic sensibilities and basic fairness*

*has been doing that a lot lately*
*staggers to feet, wipes forehead* So yeah. Maybe after this, we can do a sequel with some of the same characters, but a different villain and plot, and you can get in on it. As a main character, not just a minor one near the end. Sound good? *manufactures unconvincing grin* *has also been doing that a lot lately*

Jadestone would like to be a major player in the next one if that’s okay, as she was in the beginning of this one before nasty school picked up. It look’s like I’l be on the good side, to balence it out a bit with all the villains.

I agree with PC… it’s more a strict RRR with the plans like that and less like a pie war. Although Ag’s plan seems to have little to do with pie wars in it, and actually more resembles an RRR than anything else. The Randomness is part of the fun. Maybe some guidelines, like ‘be realistic’ but no one ever knows where things are going in real life, and that’s kind of what I liked about the new style Pie Wars too. It was really fun madly typing out battle scenes with PC, and impatiently hitting ‘refresh’ to see if he and Gwen had responded yet, then having to think of ways to respond.
But that’s just my opinion.

The huge Caramel temple loomed over the city; it was a landmark that could not be missed. He quickly climbed the stairs. A guard saw the shadowy figure move past him. He narrowed his eyes and took a closer look, but the figure had vanished.

Sieph crept into the temple. He hid behind a pillar as a group of soldiers marched past. He then took the K4 out of a hidden pocket, and placed it on the pillar, setting it for 30 seconds.

Urquhart pulled on a visor made from thick rubber and tarnished green plastic, sliding the tape into it.
A short click, and he was viewing the world through Hugin’s eyes, shooting up from a short tunnel and leaving the creeping vines of Grape below him. Higher, and the ripe vintages of his home vanished into a patchwork of various countries. Higher still, and the Flavor Continent was spread out like an irregularly shaped pancake on the wrinkled, blue-green pan of the Mint Sea.
Several loud clicks as the lenses in Hugin’s eyes focused deeper. The magnetic tape whirred behind plastic retinas. There were the jagged rocks of Lemon-Lime, verdant green and acid yellow, and the city of Spryte sprawled across its coastline, slim Dornavenkian clippers and huge Muserlandic cargo ships cutting furrows across the bay. Urquhart’s jaw clenched. Foreigners. We were better off without them, before this stupid One Museworld treaty. Flavor can do without you! Look what you’ve done to it! I’ll soon make you regret interfering in our affairs…
Then Hugin had swiveled to the east, and the image was lost. It blurred, and re-focused into something entirely different.
A mud-brown landscape, wraithlike drifts of fragrant steam criss-crossing it. Chocolate.
Then the towns of Tre-Musketoir, of Marzbar and of Snikkerz. Each one flying a strange flag, or else burned and sacked.
Urquhart half rose from his spiderchair in astonishment. Invasion! Some fanatic’s trying to take over! And Chocolate’s too weak to resist. Flavor is even more fragmented than it was before the treaty. It was better in the old days, and it will be so again. One continent, one country, with one ruler. A Grapian. A See-d’Less.

Catlen returned a few hours later. Her sister was writing busily in a tiny purple leather book, and was wearing a furious expression. Catlen knew what she would find if she looked in the book. It probably wasn’t healthy to let Aerona obsess over it like this, but what could she do? Aerona had always been the assertive one. The last time she had listened to Catlen was when she lay on her deathbed.

OK, I want to write what happened between the end of the previous pie war and the beginning of this one.

1st person Catlen’s POV.

I was waiting at the gates when they returned from the battlefield. I hardly saw POSOC, carried on a stretcher. When I did, all I felt was fear. If POSOC, seasoned and cautious warrior that he was, had not survived, what of my sister? There would be time to grieve later, but now, I had to find her.
There had never seemed to be so many people, dead, alive, wounded, as there was when I was looking for one person, the one person whom my life would depend on.
And then I saw her, my sister, my other, reckless half, and she was lying on a stretcher too, and her entire dress was soaked with blood.
I know I cried, but I couldn’t make a sound, and I remember people talking to me, trying to tell me something that I couldn’t focus on, and then I was sitting on a couch and someone was trying to give me tea, and I didn’t WANT tea, I wanted Aerona, but she was dead, dead, and I would never see her again.
And then I fainted. And when I woke up nothing was fuzzy as it had been before. Everything was clear, sharp, too clear and sharp. “She’s dead,” I said aloud.
But she wasn’t.

But he drooped his head back to the mud colored ground, and he noticed the various scars across his chest, arms, and stomach. He saw what he had got on the way here, he couldn’t back down. So many people counted on him. A new life, free from oppression. Away from tofu.
A messenger bent down to him. “Sir. Chocolate refuses to make any sort of action until you visit their leaders in person.”
“What? Very well. They should know by now that if I wanted to I could squish them.”
‘Yes, sir.”he said confidently. The messenger felt slightly patriotic at that remark.
“Listen. I can’t-,”he paused, “the people are tired and-,”another pause, “they couldn’t-“a third pause, “forget it. So I shall go, get the sergeant and tell him to pick out a bodyguard, I can’t leave unprotected.”

l rose from my meditation and began to train. l had just had a new toy forged, the greatsword of strawberry. It had a nice heft to it, but my back was killing me from carying it.

Weightlessness. l had ascended to the realm of Muses.
It was Chad.
“Terribly sorry to hear about Feather, ag. l suspect that its leader’s have a motive other than what they claim.”
“Of course, power. l’m the champion when it comes to crushing megalomania. Besides, the prime-muser of Feather is obviously part of the CPA.”
“Ah, the CPA, that’s what l wanted to tell you about. Do you remember IBCF? Her nephews working for them.”
“What? But IBCF was the kindest friend a man could have!”
“Worse yet, Urania spotted him blowing up the temple. And, to top it all off, the CPA is ficticiously saying that your birthmark is a fake, and in AEIOU’s name! She’s the very patron of the symbol!”
l was aghast. This was too much to handle.
“Look l have to go. l have another visitor. Bye.”
l descended to find yet another towel portal. This time it was from feather.
“Gee, agagabagabag, l’m sorry that my country decided to turn against you.”
“Perhaps you could point them in the right direction? A miracle?”
“Have you ever made a miracle? It’s not easy.”
“Wait, l have an idea.”
l whisper to him.
“l have to go. Someone else wants me.”
My third visitor was C++D.
“Hi.”
l recounted what the Muses had told me.
He nodded.
“l have good news. A young conquerer named Rahul is a potential ally, because he opposes the CPA. As you know, l’m not at all for the destruction of Chocolate, and the President of Lemon-Lime is our enemy.”

I am deeply bothered. Not by Ag. Not entirely. I see nothing wrong with his last post. I’m bothered by the whole blasted drama. Ag says he’s fated to save Museica, TMFA says that isn’t fair and rise up against him, and suddenly the pie war has real hostility involved. Sure, it’s a little irritating that Ag made up this great destiny for himself and expects us to play it out, but whatever! Who really cares? I don’t. I guess I need to ally myself with someone, but I’m not going to until everyone calms down.

The guard took three more steps ahead, then he suddenly fell, with a knife piercing his chest. Seiph released his knife and wiped off the blood. He swiftly climbed the wall of the building and leaped into a window.

Hugin returned, minus the sticky note I had given him, and squawked, his eyes flaring green. I pressed the intercom button. “Mink, go to the Gold Harp Restaurant. You need to be there at 3 AM tomorrow. Bring weapons and the bag which you will find outside my door. Give the bag to the person you meet there. He has a big purple sword.”
The bag contained five thousand flavor-dollars and a page of written instructions on how to get to a point just on the outskirts of Grape. Hopefully, by the time the advertised mercenary had arrived, Sieph would have completed his mission and would be able to conduct him the rest of the way blindfolded.

Inside the plant, Seiph took a charge out of his cloak and placed it onto a power generator. Several guards were approaching, so he activated the charge and leapt out of the window. He ran to a safe distance, and then pressed the button. BOOM!!! The guards arrived into the room to find the power generator in fragments and the juice plant disabled.

I hauled myself out of bed at 2:45 that morning. Ooof. One of the downsides of being a henchman is all the odd hours. Okay… what was I doing up? Oh. Golden Harp Restaurant. Purple sword. Errand for Urquhart. Riiiiiight.

Fifteen minutes later, my sleepy haze not entirely gone, I walked in the door of the restaurant, lugging Urquhart’s bag. Gosh, I wouldn’t have expected it to be this crowded at 3 A.M. … Now, where was this guy with the purple sword? Um… Oh, there. Up at the counter, buying a cinnamon bun. Big purple sword at his belt. Wait. Buying a cinnamon bun? That didn’t sound like somebody Urquhart would know. Ah well. I tapped him on the shoulder. He turned.

“I was sent to give you this,” I said, holding out the bag. He checked his watch. “Ah, right on time.” He looked at me a little funny… I’d forgotten to brush my hair. Oh well. Couldn’t be helped. I left the bag with Purple Sword Guy and stumbled back to bed.

Beavo- ln the museworld, a guy named beavo stockerspie helped ag defeat Pellikoko, and the two became protecters. Since Beavo is based after you, l wanted you to control him.
C++D- Fine, only two characters. l will be ag and Daitaro, and beavo can have another choice of who he wants. The other two protecters will be like soldiers.
TMFA- l would like you to know that Daitaro is the leader of the protecters.

The next few soldiers who came into my office all brought news of things being stirred up in the flavor continent, and everyone was on the brink of war.
l thought of the only man who had ever done anything like this, and how l had seen him meet his end… it was his defeat that made me the cheif protecter. But surely…
“Bring me the docier of Zanzibar Uquhart, please.”
As l suspected, his crash would have killed a normal person, but normal he was not!
Hmmmm… There should be remnants of the bomb…
Perfect. This is a job for “La mouche.”
The tiny robotic fly buzzed to butterscotch within a few days. it landed on the temple and investigated. Then it began to track.
It was led back to Vanilla, where it broke into three. One traced the original culprit back to strawberry, another to a woman in grape, and the last stayed looking for a way into Urquhart’s HQ.
The one in grape caught my eye.
“Devilishly handsome fellow… don’t l know him from somewhere?”
His fruitmore caught my eye.
“Umo!”

I heard more orders, they would have use for me soon. I shook with excitment. What it would be like to fly my bomber over the land and destroy the enemies as our soldiers cheered! I could become a hero, and people would know my name throughout all the lands! I would do my country proud! Impatient for action, I forgot the seriousness of war.

Seiph was on the run. While speeding away from the ruined factory, he had almost ran into a guard. The guard was dispatched, but not before he managed to sound an alarm. 10 more soldiers spotted Seiph and gave chase. He desperately looked for a hiding place, but the landscape was flat and barren. Then he remembered he had a spare explosive. The guards did not see him drop a small piece of metal to the ground. By the time they did see it, it was already too late.

The CAP is an organization bent on destroying the UPM (united protecters of museworld) who include the President of Feather and the President of Lemon-Lime, who are both played by TMFA.
The UPM are the top officials elected by the heads of countries, and do their best to maintain worldly order.
Zanzibar Urquhart is an evil upstart who’s trying to stir things up in the Flavor continent. He’s the biggest threat at the moment.
Umo Nodakai is a mercenary. He’s Daitaro’s brother, though he denies his heritage. He’s working for Urquhart.

385- after the woman who i had suspected to be the underling of my employer dropped off the money and instructions, there was a peculiar guy in the corner, staring at me. he approached me, and told me he was my brother. i had never seen him before in my life. i yelled at him, that my family had been killed when i was 9, but he still insisted he was my brother. i had seen my brothers dead body, i had buried my whole family, watching their faces become covered with dirt. i knew he wasn’t my brother. and he was starting to disgrace him. i took out my sword, and threatened him, to the surprise of the people in the restaurant, and we walked outside. i attacked him, and he smoothly parried. he began his attack, knocking my sword out of the way, and swinging at my torso. but that was a mistake. although i used a giant sword, and would normally rely on my strength, i was also fast. i jumped backwards, right as his sword whizzed by, but unexpectedly, he swung out another sword, slamming it into my side with the flat of the blade. he once again told me he was my brother, and i denied it. i kicked his sword off me, and we continued our spinning dance. Slash! Tink! Shwak! Tiiiinnng! the sparks flew as metal connected to metal. left, right, up, parry, repost, parry, disengage! thrust! jump, spin, twirl, jump back, it continued for at least fifteen minutes, but finally i connected my blade to the inside of his right arm, severing the tendons that ran along the underside of his arm. the blood ran freely down the gutters of the street. he lay there, looking up at me, clenching his arm. i raised my sword to finish him, but before i could crush his skull, he kicked his legs out, and i fell over backwards. in the few seconds it took me to flip back up and go on the defensive, he was gone. all that was left were a trail of blood splattered to the left, then some sliding down from the roof of the nearest building. i walked cautiously over to the bag, and picked it up. i then plowed down the street, wiping my sword, with the bag slung across my back. i had already memorized the directions. i was on my way to a point on the outskirts of grape. it would be a days good days journey, but if i ran, i would make it there by nightfall.

I does not seem fair to suddenly discover PCSOC isn’t really dead when he specifically specified at the beginning that he didn’t want anyone to find out. At least so early in the war; at the end of course we’ll find out. Maybe a bit earlier than his character had planned, but right now just kind of kills what he was writing…

I felt the soft grass under my bare feet, releasing the cool, dewy feel but also missing the warmth the sand always seemed to hold inside it. I seemed to be in a land of blueish purple, with berry bushes every here in there. My guess was I was either in Blueberry or Blackberry, I wasn’t quite sure which yet. I’d probably have to camp in the outdoors soon, but in the distance I could make out a few whips of smoke that signified a village. It would take me a few days to re-acclimate to the life outside the Crust desert, but I’d lived out here for many years anyway. I unrolled a thin sleeping pallet beneath a low-branched, grayish-purple tree, stretched and fell into a slowly deepening sleep. Even so my newly polished pie-sword lay beneath the blanket, gripped in my hand.

It takes longer than I have been away to forget the ways of the countries here.

It was growing dusk as Aerona and Catlen entered Blackberry. It was peaceful here in the country, but both remembered all too well the scene that had met their eyes two years ago. They exchanged glances, both thinking the same thing.
“I don’t want to camp yet,” murmured Catlen.
Aerona just shook her head.
They walked on through the dark, their footprints stretching out behind them on the damp grass.

When Aerona woke the next morning, the sun was only just rising, showing pink over the purple horizon. Sliding out of her warm cocoon of blankets, she headed, shivering, away from her camp in the trees.
The sun was warm on her head, and she smiled, despite the twinge in her old wound. She was alive, and it was glorious. She was in Blackberry, and if she never saw her family again, at least she would have had this beautiful morning.
Smiling into the sky, she did not notice the woman asleep under the tree until her bare foot touched a blanket instead of the wet grass.
She stepped hastily back and turned to go. But something about the woman seemed familiar. She looked closer. And gasped.

I have no idea what’s going on, having only been reading since this disagreement started a few days ago, but it sounds like a lot of people disagree with a lot of other people. Therefore, everyone involved should lay out, in one post each, exactly what they have a problem with, and how they propose to solve the problem. No going behind other people’s backs, no calling each other names, just figuring it out calmly and peacefully.

And yes, I realize it’s a war, but there hasn’t been much fighting the actual war lately, from what I’ve seen. Since, even over the past 3 days, I’ve seen it escalating from something apparently harmless to a full-blown conflict of interest. And I doubt it’ll stop anytime soon at the rate it’s going, which means that everybody who’s trying to write without getting involved is going to get the short end of the stick.

There’s an outsider’s perspective. Ignore if it seems like I have no idea what I’m talking about.

444-actually*sigh* that sounds like a good idea…I need people to forget my character existed…I’ll think up motives, a story line, and figure out what to do… originally, we had a pre-set fight, and now it’s escalated to this…*sigh* I liked it better with two threads for camps, two flavors, an idea of what was going on, and no arguments…I feel like I am to blame for this idea of one person to fight… you know what, count me out of this pie war… I don’t want to be a part of one big argument, when I have no idea what I am doing…

443- l fail to see how l’m going way too fast. lf l go slowly for the sake of theatrics, is that any better than a pre-planned ending? l use my strategies, and as long as they work within the boundaries of the pie war rules, you have no reason to complain about them. We all seem to have forgotten how the Pie Wars work, but everyone is blaming me.

Children. Please. Calm down. This can all be solved very peacefully.

We all need to just sit down and decide what exactly we’re doing. We need to make a general outline of the plot. Also, we obviously need to set down some rules for post-making. We all need to agree on what exactly a person can and should put in their post for the story. Everyone keeps complaining about everyone else moving too fast – well, set down some guidelines and rules that will prevent this. And define “moving too fast”.

455 – Well, right now you might want to take into account what he’s saying. It sounds to me like he’s trying to let you know something that you’re doing that annoys him and, apparently, several other people on this thread as well. Listening them might be helpful to find out what they think you’re doing wrong and how both parties can come to a compromise.

458 – You’re welcome. I’m not involved at this at all, but I hate to see people fighting over a story, so I figure I’ll at least try to help.

454- well, i choose all of the above. i really don’t want to be against him, though. he’s my friend, but on muse blog he and gimanator are… different. I’m kinda the only one who stays more or less the same… *sigh* I want this confusion and hate to end. i sorta want to quit like gim…. mmph. but the pie wars are too fun, so i would rather stay and work this out. lets see…. I don’t like how he sometimes controls others characters (me), and messes with what i want to do. i don’t blame him though (however contrary that may seem.) i think he just wants to be allied with me, while i have different plans. in the first pie war i was involved in, i was on his side, and nothing went wrong. …but then again that was the old type of pie war, and other people besides me don’t like what he is doing… soooo.. it can’t solely be that he wants me on his side and i dont wanna…..

459-usually when a driver in training can’t drive, they don’t unless they are supervised, and if they crash, they don’t drive for a little while… you crashed.

478-jeez. try and red that post to yourself, and think how someone not in your head would interpret it. see how it seems threatening? and he IS listening. if the HPBs hate you and beavo, you are both in the UPM, so they will blame the UPM, not only you and beavo. and they would have a reason to attack blackberry if their employer who promises them destruction of their foes says to. another thing- how can you be in a million places at once? i’m just asking, and not yelling or anything. in one post, your hacking at antennas, the next leading soldiers out of an exploding city, seemingly all in the same day.
oh wait- i just realized that was two different people— ehhhh heh heh. oh well. the other thing that annoys me is that you seemingly accept no advice, and have no will to change. if gim and i try and tell you why what you are doing is wrong at school where it is easier to communicate, you just get annoyed and don’t listen. its really annoying. if you had at first said something more like “oh, i’m sorry that what i’m doing doesn’t make sense to anyone else. please tell me why, and i will attempt to fix it,” then it wouldn’t have been so bad, even if you continued to do bad stuff. but, you have expressed a few times that you can’t fix what you are doing, and you have no idea what everyone is saying, and the reason why IS THAT YOU WONT LISTEN. sorry. i’ts some other stuff to– in the blog, it seems that both gim and ag attempt to gain power and attention. the one difference i think is how you two go about getting that attention and power. gim trys to have fun, as well as go along with the story, and if he is a bad guy, then die or get captured in the end so its fun for everyone. thats how he gains my respect and i believe others. now if ag was a bad guy, i think he would say he was a good guy and end up winning. he would also get others mad at him, end up having no fun, and no one else would have fun either.

Everyone–please look at post #483. Read it carefully. The point of this thread is to have fun. If we’re not having fun, then this thread is pointless. If you want to keep arguing, ask the GAPAs for a thread that you can argue on. But please don’t do it here. Don’t ruin it for everyone else.

They kept their expressions inscrutable, like good henchmen, but I could see the little glances of incredulity flicking out of their faces in unguarded moments. I didn’t blame them- I had been surprised too, when I found this colony.
My forces followed me in a rising hot-pink tide as I led the way down a wide, low-ceilinged tunnel and into a vast cavern.
The air within was humid, moisture dripping from every stalactite, and the space was illuminated by trillions of tiny, luminescent protozoa that filled the inland lake below. A pier of dark driftwood jutted out into the water like a gnarled claw. Nine vessels were moored there: the Thompson, the Russian, the sister ships White and Black Monukka, the sloop Vitis, the Labrusca, the dreadnought Rotundifolia, the Amurensis, and the formidable frigate Vinifera. All were somewhat stiff and barnacle-coated from disuse, but agile caulking teams scuttled over them even as we stood on the shore, making them seaworthy once again.
“Tholiatomine Drive-equipped,” I explained. “The Zommer Vaycayshun was the first of that kind that actually went into use- the Answer was mainly experimental. They’re both decommissioned now, of course, but the process is common knowledge. They can sail through sea, sky or space with equal ease. These particular ones are not spaceworthy- they have no independent atmospheric fields. But they’ll serve very well for my purpose.”
