Thank you, I got a lot of compliments on all three, with my friend Mr. Jacobs telling me that as a lucky charm, my gloves “sure beat peanuts”. The tattoo was indeed temporary, which didn’t stop everybody at work from asking if it was permanent– even though they’d seen me with bare arms before.
In their defense, they didn’t know it wasn’t brand-new.
I know, it’s just that I presumed they’d known me long enough to know that I wouldn’t get a permanent tattoo, especially not on the spur of the moment, which made their reactions even funnier.

Where do you find the room to store all of these large stuffed mollusks, Jadestone?
Well Tetra and the cuttlefish both sleep in my bed with me. The squid I made for my friend is sitting on the second bed in my room, with my laundry.
But uh. I have a double bed here. I’m not sure how I’m going to fit them in bed when I get back to school, because it’ll be a twin. I’ll probably cut two pillows out of my bed (I usually sleep with 8 of varying sizes, I’ll replace the body pillow and a normal sized one) and see if that helps, and if not, I’ll sneak one of them into bed with my roommate while she’s sleeping. She won’t notice till morning.
Hopefully, she won’t be teuthophobic. (Don’t get me wrong, I’m fine with seeing cute, unsuckered, cartoonish cephalopods like this when I’m expecting them, but waking up with one in my bed unexpectedly would freak me out at least a little bit.)
She is quite used to cephalopods at this point XD I actually informed her this may happen as well and she seemed excited for it, haha.
What do you do with all those pillows? I have enough trouble keeping one in the right place.
Well, I have back problems, so I sleep with one under my somach/torso (below my ribs). Another goes between my knees, again for back reasons. I turn from side to side to stomach during the night so there’s usually one on each side that can fulful the knee-position. Then I have one I sleep hugging in my arms, one beneath my head, one over my eyes, one pushed up against my back, and a body pillow (usually is also the knee-pillow on one side). Uhh… also one pushed up against my lower back.
I don’t know I have a lot of needs okay D:
Really I think I’d just be a lot more comfortable sleeping in a pile of pillows rather than blankets XD
I approve of that tattoo, if it’s real, although it might look a little bit off in about 30 years when they change the logo again.
Space & related stuff obviously makes you very very happy, so please continue sending us happy pictures so we can be happy too.

Awesome! I squeed when I saw the cuttlefish.
I let Photoshop Elements do a quick “smart fix” correction to the third picture, so we could see Jadestone better. Jade, which is closer to the actual color of the cuttlefish — light or dark?
It’s pretty evenly between the two actually! The first one was taken with my nice camera using flash, so the colors are more vivid, and the second was with my webcam which washed everything out a bit.
