The autumnal equinox occurs at 1544 Universal time on Monday, September 22. That’s 10:44 a.m. blog time (U. S. Central Daylight Time). Have a lovely fall, everybody!
Patience, Please
This site is under reconstruction and will look strange for a while. We regret the inconvenience.
Autumn! Pumpkins, leaves, orange, brown, cinnamon, scarves, jackets. Sigh.
I’ll have to put my flip-flops away, I suppose.
AUGH, excuse the double-post, but I forgot apples! How could I forget apples!
… so stick “apples” on the back of that list.
Ah, autumn: the herald of fall allergies, school, and winter.
How I hate it so.
I hate allergies. uggh.
But autumn is pretty nice! I like making leaf piles and stuff. But then it’s winter……and all depressing-like.
Not trying to offend people who like winter, though.
3- Hate is a strong word. A better expression might be “intensely dislike.”
I like classic autumn weather, it’s nice and crisp. If you asked me to sum up the whole season in one word, I would definitely say “crisp.” What a perfect word. *sigh*
And as for school, that doesn’t really count. It pretty much starts in the summer anyway.
And my allergies are spontaneous, never in a predictable season or anything. Bleggch.
YAY! autum. pumkin pie (absolute yummyness). wonderful weather. my birthday.
6 – I was imitating an old Peanut comic strip.
Yay, its Fall!
Ah, the time when it’s freezing in the morning but hot at noon. Lovely.
8- Ah.
Now that you actually say that, it does seem incredibly like something that a Peanut would say. I’m terrible at recognizing pop cultural quotes.
So, how do you really feel about autumn?
My social studies teacher wrote, “It’s fall!” on the board, and drew a cute little leaf. “It’s at 11:44 today!” she says.
As I think, “Heh. Already knew that from MUSEblog!” *insert way smooth wink here*
Autumn in Florida! Temperatures in the high 80’s and humidity in high percentages and random rain showers! Oy. I really oughta move.
Leaf piles? Forget it. Small snowfall? You gotta be kidding me. Torrents of rain? Er, that’s winter weather. Fall in SoCal is just a bunch of clouds and small sprinkles.
13-Not just SoCal……………………….
14- Where do you live?
