The Chess Eterna-ment deserves its name, but once in a while a game does end.
So far, six games of normal chess (as opposed to Capablanca or Turbo chess) have been played to completion on the blog. The results so far:
Regular Chess
bookgirl_me > mason
Ducky > Kiga
Purple Panda > TMFA
Piggy > RoseQuartz
Jakob Wonkychair > Tesseract
Capablanca Chess
bookgirl_me > POSOC
cromwell > Enceladus
Turbo Chess
bookgirl > Jakob Wonkychair
If someone would like to play with me, I’m open, as I’ve seen neither hide nor hair of the Bookworm in months.
I’ll play. Same happened to me with Sequoia.
Well, as soon as Enceladus resigns another game is over.
Nobody ever resigns in MuseBlog games. I probably should remind them of that option.
cromwell, your game with Enceladus is Capablanca chess. I haven’t made a list for those games yet.
Why did you mention Kiga’s loss instead of my win?
Oops! Copying error. I’ve added you to the list.
Thanks!
What was my other victory? I checkmated mas0n, but my game with POSOC was casablanca and I’m still playing Turbo with JW. I think game number 6 was someone else.
My mistake. I’ve now created separate lists for chess variants.
Why do all the links lead to musefanpage.com/blog/Purple, which dosen’t lead to anything?
I’m up for a game.
cromwell: Standard chess, Capablanca, or Turbo?
I don’t care…no preference-actually, preference for standard, but I’ll play any of them.
Wait, I haven’t lost yet!
After 16…Qee5, you didn’t have a chance anymore.
Can I play chess?
Oops.
Is there any other A player out there who wouldn’t mind playing a slow (read: we’ll probably be finished by this summer) game?
