              1. I’m not. You’re old too but you’re still around the same age as more MBers than I am. I generally feel really old around here because less MBers can relate to the experience of college at the moment and more are in high school.

                  1. I think most of the active posters nowadays are around ~15 or so.. or at least that was the impression I was getting?

Maybe they’re just well-spoken. Written. Muserly. Whatever.

                  2. Is the average in middle school? I feel like at this point it’s somewhere around, oh, ninth grade. We have a lot of college students pulling the average up.

    1. To answer your question… maybe there aren’t enough people left on the Blog that they feel they can relate to. (as oxlin said… fortunately she hasn’t left yet.) I’m sticking around too, although I’m not that old… young enough that the thought of becoming an adult still fills me with unreasoning panic. Part of it is a perverse desire to eventually become one of the old veteran curmudgeons.

        1. I missed April Fool’s Day due to a combination of circumstances I can’t presently recall, and felt it would be difficult to catch up after the initial rush.
I’ve also become a bit disenchanted with steampunk and similar genres — but I’m sure that the convocation of keen minds present in the Museion will allow me to overcome that prejudice.

-14 No! Don’t sing that! Someone sent my stepmother a link to that song on her birthday and the house caught fire! (I am not kidding. It really happened.)
