That was very nearly from memory! I’ve been working on it.
Coincidentally, I’ve been meaning to re-read the entire series, and my family is in the process of watching all of the movies. It’s my first time ever seeing them, believe it or not. We’re about halfway through The Fellowship of the Ring right now.

in January 4th, 2012 @ 00:16I KNOW WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME. I read the books in early middle school, I’m sure. For a while, my parents were concerned about the violence, and then my dad kept saying that they deserved to be watched on a big screen. That condition wasn’t met until two years ago when my family built an awesome, wall-sized home theater in our basement. My family doesn’t watch movies that often, though, and my brother has until now refused to watch because he hasn’t read the books yet. Oh well, better late than never!
