Forgoing the usual activities for now, I head for the rooftop garden to enjoy the evening. Though the neatly planted trees block the view, the warm glow of the nonexistent city lights reflect off the clouds and lend a certain atmosphere to the garden. The wind is not as thoroughly blocked, though, so I pull my jacket around me and walk towards the gazebo, avoiding the various trapdoors that lead to a maze more elaborate than we’ve had in years past. Taking a seat on the railing of the gazebo, I pull out a notebook and pencil.
