3~ Actually, I just looked up puce, it’s a pinkish color. Here’s what Wikipedia has to say on the subject:
Puce is a colour that is defined as ranging from reddish-brown to purplish-brown, with the latter being the more widely-accepted definition found in reputable sources. It can be used as either a noun (the name of the colour) or as an adjective (something having that colour).
The Oxford English Dictionary dates the use of “puce” (in couleur puce) from 1775. The word comes from French; puce literally means “flea”, as the usual flea colouration is either dark reddish-brown or dark purplish-brown.

(5) Just call them earth colors and people seem them in a new light. I love the subtleties of greys and browns — out of a couple hundred tubes of watercolors, probably a third of them are different hues of brown. (Literally earth colors in many cases.)

Odd. I was convinced puce was a sort of acidy green. Reddish-brown isn’t bad at all, but the word puce makes me think of puke. They should rename it. (Who should rename it? I always get confused when I use “they” like that.)
oh yeah, mines is 13th i was born on the day before Mother’s Day and my Mom brought me home on Mothers Day! Now of course children are the mom’s best present for Mother’s Day, but I actually gave her the holiday kinda instantly. (Dunno how i did it)!

98- That has become rather impractical in certain circumstances. How do you wear grurple? The best I can come up with is wearing green and purple stripes and asking everyone around you to squint.
In cases like that, I just wear octarine and tell people it’s grurple.

I also find it very hard to wear people’s birthday colors as, despite my enormous quantity of clothes, the colors are not very well coordinated, and in many cases the only properly-colored item of clothing does not actually go with anything else.
