I am annoyed! I was originally going to spend the last week getting coins in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, and today, after dinner, I was going to use all my coins in the coin launcher. And I already had 1000 coins, so that was going to take a while.
Then I found out we’re going over to my cousins’ house. So that plan is scraped, because I can’t get a moment’s peace at their house.
Heeeeey, does anyone remember Skipper’s schools name/colors/order in the parade/whatever’s allowed? I’m not actually sure if they’re in it this year but it was fun watching for her last year. Though she hasn’t been on in a long while, unless I’ve missed another name change.
It is never quiet with me around! Even when I am at my Grandma’s (like now)! I made some pumpkin pies, in the spirit of the day. Ahem. *piepiepiepiepiepiepiepiepiepiepiepiepiepiepiepiepiepiepiepie*
4~ No, but I’d like to know also.
Rickrolled by a float!
I wonder how one gets a balloon in the parade. I could just see a giant Koko gliding down the street, pie in one hand and flute in another. /maybe the state of Arizona could partner with an Anonymous Benefactor. Advertising for two great things!
Ugh I really do not want to go anywhere today…but I hope the gapas have a nice thanksgiving! and everyone else for that matter. I don’t think I will…argh
4) ha, I should be watching that…skipper doesn’t come on much anymore does she? i loved talking to her on the poetry thread.
We’re having a Tofurky with potatoes, onions, and carrots, mashed potatoes, carrots (I grew the carrots, by the way, and just pulled them up a few minutes ago!), Cranberry sauce, and… maybe something else. I can’t think Probably some other vegetable. Anyway, I did at least supply the carrots!
Then we have pie (pumpkin AND apple!) and ice cream. I decided to be good, and not throw the pie.
I had a wonderful thanksgiving…. in october. I think next year there should be a special “Happy Thanksgiving Kagcomix” thread. *feels left out of all the American fun*
I had a pleasant Thanksgiving. The food was turkey, squash, potatoes, cheesey potatoes, stuffing, green beans, cranberries and cranberry sauce, and various pies: chocolate whip, pumpkin, apple and cheery. I’m sure Kokopelli would have loved it.
14-Aw, that’s all right. Tell us about how your Thanksgiving went! By the way, what country do you live in? I didn’t know you weren’t from the US!
We almost played touch football today (UGH), but thankfully (bad pun) no one remembered to bring a football. So I’m off the hook for another year. But next year, I’ll get my hands on the football and hide it!
I had a terrible time…I think I did. I can’t really remember. I hope the stock market doesn’t crash today because noone buys anything. Happy Black Friday!
17- Don’t worry. My holiday splurging has thoroughly the majority of my mall.
Now I’m broke.
That was a year of babysitting money down the hole. But, it’s worth it. I got fuzzy clogs! *snuggles the shoe fuzz*
HAPPY AFTER TURKEY DAY!!!! Mmmph. I gorged myself on turkey.
I had 5 helpings. Ever heard of a turducken? It is a hen, stuffed in side a duck, stuffed inside a turkey. Why make and eat that? Because they can of course.
(20, 21) I first heard of such concoctions on a tour of Mount Vernon. The dish served to George Washington actually had several more layers, if memory serves. It made me think of the old lady who swallowed a cow to catch the goat to catch the cat to catch bird to catch the spider to catch the fly. I was surprised to hear the idea had made a comeback.
0- Heehee, no it won’t! I’ll be around for most of the time! You’ll only be rid of my for a very short time today! Hee…
1- So will I. My parents are kicking me out ’cause they don’t want my cold germs on the food…

Happy Turkey Day, everyone!
6: THAT is a great idea. Quickly, get me the parade managers! We don’t have a second to lose! In fact, we don’t even HAVE a second!
They totally need Koko in the Macy’s parade. It’s just not complete without *sniff* out it.
Yea, questionmarkonthehorizon! We need Koko!!!!!!!!!!
Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Red-tailed HAWK

12-We’re having spaghetti squash casserole, butternut squash, mashed potatoes, and apple pie. Oh, and my mom made cinnamon rolls.

We went to the Oregon coast and ate out. We never have any family over.

It sounds like something the ancient Romans would have done.
Gobble Gobble!

21- Except they probably put a dormouse inside a fish inside a pig.
15- I’m the blog’s resident Canadian!
16- YEAH! *high fives Zinc*
Do we get one of these threads this year, or should we just use this one?
Thanks for the reminder!
