Thank you, GAPAs! If I remember correctly, we were currently running from robots in Muse Academy Lunar… Here’s my (reposted) summary:
Muse Academy Lunar
To teach where no school has taught before… This MA is on the moon. Unfortunately, it’s off to a bad start: Robots have invaded and are attacking/holding many students prisoner. A small group of free students are battling the robots, and trying to free the hostages in the history classroom. Now some (Bellis (Daisychain) and Mira (me) are running away to break in through the ventilation shaft, while Prak (Fishy), Klara and others fight.
I’d like to join, but have no idea how.
((2) You can just meet us. We’ve all arrived recently so we don’t know all the students. Or you could be captured in the history classroom and organize an interior resistance from there.))

Actually, I was the last one to post (see the link).
The rope around my wrists was painfully digging into them. Thankfully, origami-folding fingers in a space suit (assuming) made it easy to escape. I slipped my arms out of the sleeves then tugged those empty sleeves out of the rope. I quickly tried to untie my feet and hid my hands behind my back when the guards came by. I slipped undetected into the hallway, to hear attacks on the evil capturers. I have to help them . . .

Great. Just great. I thought. On my first day at Muse Academy Lunar, Robots attacked and held me prisoner. Why did I have to be a curse for Muse Academy? When I went to the one in Iceland, someone got strange truth serum cough drops. When I went to the one in South Africa, at the bottom of the East Rand mine, ther was a cave in and half the school was destroyed. One of the people tied up next to me had escaped. How? I wondered dreaily. Why does everyone have to be better than me?
Just as I was about to go forth into the hall, I noticed the kid who sat next to me struggling and whining. His name was . . .
Enceledus?

“Hey Enchaladas, I’m going to untie your arms but keep them behind you when the guards come by so they can’t tell – ”
“It’s Enceladus.”
“Hello?!?! I’m saving your butt here! Now, I have a plan, and it includes air vents . . . “

((Ok…so, here it goes. Please let me know if this doesn’t go along with the story well since it’s my first try.))
It was my first day at the Muse Lunar Academy, and everything was going all wrong already. I had arrived to be warned by a mysterious letter that the students were currently being held prisoner by evil robots. ((Not sure if this part could happen in the situation, but I thought it made a good story line…))
A bit scared and anxious, I crept into the hallway of the large school to be greeted by students screaming, but I couldn’t see where they were coming from. Tentatively, I snuck down the hallway and discovered the screaming was coming from a classroom. But not just any classroom-the history classroom. *insert scary music here* I peeked into the glass, to see the most hideous looking robots I had ever laid my eyes on. I gasped and drew back, panting. How could I save those helpless students? They were tied up so tightly that it would be practically impossible to save them, not to mention that I would have to fight past the robots first. Just then I saw a hoard of students running down the hallway, followed by the robots. I quickly ducked into a nearby locker, pressing myself up against the cold, unused metal. Great, I thought. Now I’ve locked myself into a locker-what am I supposed to do NOW?
Thinking quickly, I could hear those few free students rushing down the hallway followed by the evil robots at their heels. They were obviously trying to fight them off with little success. My mind rushed back and forth, back and forth. If only I could think of an escape route, some passage way that would allow me to sneak into the history classroom. But the only ideas that came to me were as blank as a fresh piece of paper.
Frustrated by my lack of wisdom at a time like this, I pressed my back up against the locker and sighed. It was terribly cramped inside, I thought. But to my amazement, the back of the locker pushed open, and I found myself in…a different locker! I gasped, but stopped myself. What had happened? Where was I? I peeked through the narrow holes in the locker and saw a familiar scene. I was in the history classroom! The students, chained up and being held prisoner, were pressed up against a wall nearby, and the robots were pacing back and forth in front of them. If only I could get to the students, or cause a distraction somehow to lure the robots away so I could save them. But first, I decided, I would need more students. I needed to get them through the locker passageway, so that we could charge and hopefully take over the room. But it wouldn’t be easy…
((Not bad… I’ll create a diversion. You probably can’t get that close to the history classroom without meeting the others (coughcoughpostherecoughcough), and an e-mail is more likely than a letter (after all, we’re in the future, sorry if I didn’t mention it.))
Mira:
I climbed through the vent, then saw the opening. There was a metal grid covering it, but it looked flimsy. I carefully started to remove it, but when it was loose it suddenly slipped through my fingers and fell to the ground with a large bang. I started to crawl away, but a metal band clamped around my ankle an pulled me down.
“A-free-student. Tie-her-up.” a robot ordered.
Upon discovering they were out of rope, the robot handcuffed me to to the nearest table, ordered me to sit and started questioning me.
“Were-you-alone?” I denied that Bellis had accompanied me into the shaft, and hoped that she would not fall into robot hands. I denied having fought robots- I denied everything except being a student at MAL. The robots gave up eventually and turned to watch the door.
Unfortunately, my bag had been confiscated by the robots. But someone had left an old textbook in the drawer in the desk. I carefully tore a corner off one of the pages and grabbed a pencil from my pocket, scribbling who are you, are you untied on the paper. I folded the note, dropped it on the floor and put my shoe over it. When the robots weren’t looking, I slid my foot back-I was only handcuffed to the table, my feet were free- then gave it one last shove. The student behind me quickly leaned forwards and grabbed it, answering question no2: somehow, she was free. I hoped that she had a pencil.
((An email it is, then. I didn’t realize we were in the future but now I know so no problemo. Would it be okay if the locker is really far from the classroom? How about all the way down the hallway but it still somehow empties into the history classroom? Would that be alright? Also, who else is actually free and in the hallways that I could talk to about the locker?))
I took out my pen and scribbled down my name: Jordan.
((couldn’t think of anything better))
Ducking under a chair, I added, “Don’t worry, I’m going to help you. And yeah, I am a mind reader.”
Enceladus, whose name I finally got right, was on the chair I was under.
Slithering silently, I squeezed below Mira. I kept going.
Now under the table, I took out my lucky false key and unlocked her handcuffs. “Don’t move until they can’t see you.”
((Okay, but can we try to all be non-magical and stick to science here? Future RPGs don’t mix with magic very well. Maybe you read his name on a list, because his last name was right above yours and now you’ve recognized him? I could have written my name on the note.))

I noticed a girl suddenly appear inside the locker in the classroom. I waved under the table and put my finger over my lips, signaling to be quiet. Chair by chair, I escaped the robots’ gazes and got close enough to this new student. “Hi, I’m Jordan . . . “
“Hi, I’m Julia ((couldn’t think of a better name…)) What can I do to help? I mean, besides trying to rescue you, of course. I just entered a locker through the hallway and ended up in here. It’s a great secret passageway. If we could get some more students in here through the locker, than we might be able to overtake the room. I’m going to go back and tell some other students of the locker. Try to let all of the other captures in here know about this passageway. Wait-before I go though…” I reached inside my pocket and pulled out my secret transmitter. ((The transmitter basically works like a walkie-talkie, except you don’t have to talk-you just think whatever you want the other person to hear, and then they hear what you”said” in their brain.)) “We can communicate this way,” I said quickly. “Bye! And good luck!” With that, I slipped back through the locker and into the hallway again.
((I’m confused as to where I am. I’ll just be captured, since that’s where most other people are, it seems. We’re tied up? Okay.))
I was tied up. What a first day. So far, I had been to a few normal-ish classes, destroyed several robots, made some tentative friends, and gotten captured by the same evil robots. What next?
((SO EXCITING!!! But I think we should wrap it up soon and see what it is normally like o the moon… I mean inside a futuristic space building. Oh, you get the picture.))
Prak ran up to th classroom. He noticed someone crouching down near a locker, but he didn’t have any time to check who she was.
He ran straight into the classroom, but stopped behind the desk to recollect himself. This was a very important moment, he could stop everything, right now.
He saw something strange: A robot was tightening someone’s ropes. The girl said,”UGH! Stop that!” She didn’t expect any response. Suddenly the robot let go of the rope and walked away. The girl looked surprised, but grateful.
Then the solution hit Prak. He wondered why he hadn’t thought of it before. He should have realized… He should have noticed…
((Sure. How ’bout the escapees turn on the sprinker system?))
Jordan, me and the other escapees ran out of the room, in a big clump, then separating, to turn on the sprinker system and short out the robots. I turned on the sprinklers in the pie science room, cafeteria, and main office. Soon, we gathered, and regrouped. We only had to find the teachers now.
((I’m still captured. Because I want to be.))
A few of the captives were being cut free, but they didn’t have time to free me. Well, I’d have to improvise. I looked down at my bonds, which turned out to be ropes, and smiled. This would be surprisingly easy. Moving my hands toward one of my pockets, I pulled out my pocketknife, unclipped it from strap I used to keep it in my pocket, and flipped it open, making a slight noise to mask the click of it snapping into place. Then, I turned it around, and carefully began slicing the ropes. Thank goodness I’d sharpened the knives before I’d come here. The ropes were quite good ones, and it took a bit of time to cut through them. After that, I began the process again on my legs, and then the ropes tying me to the chair. Free. Quickly making my way toward the vent, which was closest, I hoped that the robots wouldn’t come in for another few minutes. Reaching the vent, I unscrewed it quickly, climbed inside, and pulled the cover on after me. Then, I crawled away, wondering what to do now.

I climbed into the shaft before Mira, but when she started to follow me, a robot grabbed her. I crawled away quickly so I wouldn’t be caught as well. I was sure Mira would escape the robots soon enough. Meanwhile, I would try to find whoever was behind this all.
The shaft was widening- I was nearing the center of the building.
Peering through grates in the sides, I looked for anything resembling a control room. I braced myself to encounter the person in charge, but when I finally reached the control room, it was empty.
Sliding the vent lid open with a sigh of relief, I slipped out of the ventilation shaft and stretched. The room was barely bigger than a closet, and packed with electronics.
Sitting down at the machines, I stared at the screen that contained the commands for the robots. I could pick out a few key things, but other than that, the mass of code was a mystery to me. Shrugging, I simply deleted everything except the commands for motion, speech, and courtesy. Hopefully now the robots would obey commands from students.
I ripped out the keyboard and destroyed all the computer ports with a screwdriver I’d found. Now my changes to the robots couldn’t be undone.
I climbed back into the shaft and slid the grate closed behind me, heading back to the history classroom.

Enceladus came up with the idea to turn on the sprinklers. I showed everyone the Transmitter and tried to comunicate with Julia. We got no reply. “She must be captured!” I cried. I noticed a loud thud up above, and suddenly Julia and another girl came crashing down into our headquarters.
I said, “Glad you could make it.”
(( I didn’t mean to be too pushy, but I think it worked well. ))
I had ran upstairs in an attempt to find other students to try to get through the locker, but had ran straight into another girl ((Can I make her name Sara? Not a real person, but that’s ok…I guess)) who was looking down at a crack in the floor. “Uhhhhh…hi.” I said uncertainly. She didn’t look familiar, and I didn’t think that she was a student. The weird thing was, not only was she not a student, but she didn’t look…well, human. She had two huge tentacles coming out of her head, for one thing, yet she clearly had a human girl’s face, and I guessed she was about my age. Other than the odd tentacles, she was a human. “Hi.” She replied. “I’m Sara-and I…WHOA! You don’t have any tentacles? What’s with that?” She demanded. “Uhhh…” I paused, stalling for time. “I’m a human.” I explained. I quickly told her everything-the robots, the locker, I even mentioned the transmitter, before all of a sudden, she grabbed my hand. Closing her eyes, she yelled, “HOLD ON!! THIS ISN’T GOING TO BE…” And before I knew it, I had crashed through the floor and was sitting in the middle of the history classroom. “Glad you could make it.” Jordan said cheerfully at the sight of me and Sara. All of a sudden, all the prisoners noticed Sara’s tentacles and began to warily move away. “Who is she?” They whispered. “I’m Sara!” She replied cheerfully. “And I’m a Glecos….or an alien, in your language.”

((21-You can pretty much just start about anywhere. The next time I write, I’ll include you, but I just did so I don’t want to keep going until someone else does. By the way, you don’t need to wait for that to happen unless you want to. Just read the other posts to catch up and go ahead! We’re not picky about what you write. If you want to start off by being captured by the robots, that’s fine. (Most of them are in the history room, but some are also trying to save others in various ways-check on the other posts for some more details.) Or, you can start off free and trying to figure out a way to help everyone else. It really doesn’t matter. And the crazier, the better!!!))

“Yeah right! Let me guess. You’re a moon alien that has come to warn us all about the end. Really, you have to do better than fake tentacles on your head to fool us.”

Sabrina gave Jordan a Look, and walked over to Sara.
“So, Sara. What are you doing here? Are you a student?”
I was studying history, at a far corner of the room, not paying attention to anyone else. Suddenly, Jordan ran over to me. She shouted in my ear. “Ohmygodthere’sanalienherewithtentaclescomingoutofherhead!!”
“That’s nice” I said, without paying much attention.
“No, really!”
“I don’t care. I want to get an A on this test.”
“BUT SHE HAS TENTACLES COMING OUT OF HER HEAD!!”
“So?”
“It’s weird!”
“We’re all weird here, otherwise we wouldn’t BE here.”
“Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! Hello, we won’t be taking that test or doing any other schoolwork if these alien and robot problem doesn’t go away!” I screamed at him.
He seemed to get my point. I dragged him back over to the rest of the group, where a type of meeting was being held. Well, it was more like an interrogative circle with Sara in the middle.
“What are you?”
“Um well- ”
“Where do you come from?”
“I’m from- ”
“Why do you have tentacles?”
“They’re actually- ”
“You’re weird.”
“Well, -”
“SHUT UP! One question at a time, and only respectful comments please. She has emotions you know!” I said, letting out some of my animal-lover related anger, “Well that felt good.”

I noticed a girl, with a “Hi, my name is Jordan” name tag sighing, like she was missing the past.
“Hi, my name is Katy,” I said.

Everyone was shouting with glee. Then they realized just what that meant.
There would be school tomorrow.

Beep! Beep! Sabrina’s bedroom computer terminal screamed at her.
“Hmm? Wha?” she muttered, rolling over.
“It-is-time-to-get-up.”
“Meh. Go ‘way.”
“It-is-time-to-get-up.”
“Wha’ time’s it?”
“It-is-seven-thirty-one-and-ten-seconds.”
“‘Stooearly. Go’way.”

“Oh, caking wung buttons,” Sabrina muttered, and got up.
A few minutes later, she’d thrown on some clothes and stuck a headband in her hair, and she was on her way to breakfast.
“I have… Math first? Cake. It’s too early to think.”
Suddenly she remembered the events of yesterday. Robots, an alien… was it a dream?
“Oh, sorry,” she said as she bumped into yet another person. This time it was Bellis.
“No problem. Hey, did you have a weird dream last night?”
“Depends if robots, aliens and extreme realism count as a dream.”
“Yeah, I didn’t think it was a dream.”
Yet… the teachers were there, and they looked completely normal! Even Crraw and Chad were there.
There was a buzz as everyone sat down at their respective tables, most of it focused on “Was that a dream or what?”
Finally, Chad got up to speak.
“What you experienced yesterday was a training program. Everyone here is perfectly fine.”
((Okay? Not?))
((I’m ultra-confused. Summary, please? Anybody?))
((Uh… just read 47 and tell me what you think… Everything just spiraled out of control so we decided to make it the next day.))

I have an idea. How about Chad and Crraw are still robots but are trying to make it seem as though all was a dream, while in reality robots have taken over almost all of the school’s computer systems and are planning…something…dastardly.

Chad continued, “We apologize for putting you students through such an intense simulation yesterday. We simply thought it was necessary to prepare you for anything that might happen here.
“To get you used to MAL, we teachers are going to give you a day off. This way, you can get used to each other and to your teachers in a more…. relaxed environment.”
“Yay, no math!” Sabrina whispered to Bellis under her breath. Bellis giggled.
“Dang it!” I whispered under my breath. I was really looking forward to finding out what my classes are. Oh well.
“Hey Chad, can you help me out with this solar robot I’ve bee building . . .”

I sat next to Sabrina, and compared schedules with her. We had a few periods together. Then, we listened to Chad’s speech.There was something wrong there. Then, I whispered to Sabrina:
“That’s not the real Chad! I read that he’d be spending all day at the MuseAcademy in Iceland, as they would be having a ceremony.”
“Well then, who is it?”
“He must be a robot. Tell everyone.”
Whispers spread across the room. Soon, most people would know.
((No offense, but I think it’s a little early for everyone to find out. We were planning to have a few normal days at MAL before figuring out that Chad and Crraw are still robots. I think a ceremony at MA Iceland would be a very good idea for where the real one is, though. Do you mind waiting?))

Prak sat there, listening to the whispers. He was skeptical, how could they possibly know!? As he considered the rumors being true, Chad walked in.
He seemed very calm, very smooth. Everyone stared, looking for circuitry, screws, or anything proving him to be a robot. He seemed extremely normal. Prak looked up from his desk. He didn’t think any further, he was obviously human.
There were more whispers.

“I- I can’t help you right now. Uh- classrooms to attend to!”
Hm. That’s odd. Chad ALWAYS makes time for students. Something’s up. Well, after that ‘training session’, everyone must be shaken. I took my seat in the classroom right before Chad walked in.

((Explanation- That is a Chad-hologram, using the tone of voice recorded from previous events. The classroom projector inconspicuously turned on to show Chad walking in the classroom.

62- I don’t know what’s going on, I don’t like RPGs, and I usually end up being ignored. I don’t know…
63- I promise I won’t ignore you! There’s been an influx of new-to-RPG roleplayers, and I’m extremely confused. We seriously need you and your character back! Don’t worry, this one doesn’t have much powerplaying, and it’s not fast either. It’s really slow. And we’ve almost gotten rid of the awkward non-fitting plot thing, we’re about to fix it.
Summary: There was a robot attack on the Academy yesterday. Now, Chad (who’s still a robot- the real one is at MA Iceland) is telling everyone that it was a training program. He’s given us a day off to get used to the school, so we were going to organize events or something like that.

When I crawled out of the air vent, it was late. The lights had gone off, which meant it was after 10:00 PM. I found my way to the dormitories, after much blundering around, and crashed on my bed, without bothering to change.

Prak watched Chad walk out of the room.
“You are all dismissed,” said the teacher. There were cheers as everyone began to pick up his/her things. Prak ran out of the classroom to see if he could talk to Chad. By the time he got outside, he was gone.
“Excuse me, professor, but which way did Chad go?”
“I haven’t seen Chad today, actually,” and he walked away, looking through the papers that he was holding.
He should have seen him! Chad turned right on his way out, and the professor came from the right!
Prak was very confused. He ran to the right. After a minute or two, he spotted Bellis walking out of her classroom.
“You haven’t seen Chad, have you?”
She paused for a second to make sure that he was talking to her, “Yes, he was just in this room a couple of minutes ago.”
“Really? He was in our room!” Suddenly, a humanoid figure walked from down the hall. She smirked as she saw the look on Prak’s face.
“Don’t worry… I’m not gonna’ hurt you. I’m Sara.” It took Prak a second to process that an alien was holding at her hand to him. He assumed that it was a girl from the name.
“Uh.. hello! We were just talking about Chad… Was he in your classroom by any chance?”
“Why, yes, he was! Just a few minutes ago! How would you know that?”
“Just a lucky guess,” He turned to Bellis, “I’m starting to think that the person-thing that was speaking to us wasn’t Chad. But then what?”
Bellis snapped her fingers, “The classroom projector! Now that I think about it… The projector turned on just a second before Chad walked in the room! That’s it! Chad was a hologram!”
“Then where’s Chad?” asked Sara. Prak and Bellis looked at her. They almost forgot that she was there.
“I don’t know…”
“I know!” Sabrina and Enceladus ran towards them, “He’s in Iceland!”
“So everything fits…. But we still don’t know who’s behind all of this!” Prak stated.
“I bet it’s the man who locked us up in those cages!” said Bellis.
“Yeah! Now we just need to find him….”

Muse Academy has a brach on the moon now, along with the moon colony. Earth has been taken over by an Muserly Person gone insane, twisted, and evil.
Summary:
After getting done with a class, the MA attendees discovered that the school had been taken over by robots. They found some Robot Weaknesses, exploited them, got captured several times, destroyed more robots, and finally managed (Somehow, I don’t remember exactly how, but it’s higher up on the thread. I think it had something to do with taking over the command center) to defeat the robots, or so they thought. Now we’re on the next day, busily discovering that the plot continues.

Sample outfit: Black shirt with a white skull on it, tattered black jeans, Converse sneakers with tiny little skulls on the tips of the laces. Blood-red, drippy-looking earrings.

Personality:Spitfire. Impulsive. Hates people, but not really for a reason.
Talents: Good at fighting and lying.
Background: Leslie is a hardened orphan, born and abandoned on Earth. Ex-leader (until she was “found,” or captured, by a Muse Academy person.) of a large band of orphans, she knows it’s a “kill or be killed” world. She was sent to Muse Academy Lunar as part of a “charity program,” that takes in “unwanted kids” and “raises them to be nice, emotionally healthy adults.” Of course, she thinks this is all ****, and resolved to be even more, um, her than ever.))

There’s a lot of RPGs that need serious revival. And I’m unfortunately not as fired up about RPGs as I used to be. I don’t know why, I guess it was just a phase that faded.

I walked into the strange building, drifting almost, because of the lunar gravity. Suddenly, what looked like a pie flew out from nowhere right towards my face. I deftly caught it mid-flight and sent it back where it came from. There was a splut as it hit its target. I smiled. No one was going to ruin my day further with a pie in the face.
I kept going and looked around for a”Help” desk of some sort. Not finding one, I shrugged and went into the nearest classroom. ((This next part, I was thinking that Jordan was still trying to work on his robot. Would that be okay?)) It was pretty much empty, with only one boy sitting at a desk. He was working on something that I couldn’t see, so I went over to get a closer look. It was a robot of some sort, and it looked pretty delicate, so I did the natural thing–I yelled “Boo!” right in his ear. He yelped, and the thing went crashing to the floor. “Oops,” I said smugly, as he scrambled to get all of the pieces. He looked up, and a confused look spread over his face. “Are you a robot?” he asked. I rolled my eyes and sighed. “If I was a robot–which I’m not–don’t you think I could’ve done better than knock your pathetic little toy to the ground?”
“Then are you new?”
“Yeah. Just came in.”
The boy stuck out his hand. “I’m Jordan.” I shoved my hands into my pockets and looked at his hand. “Leslie.” I said coldly. “Just Leslie.”
“Oh. Can I call you–”
“No. Where do I put my stuff?” I gestured at my pack, full of smuggled candy and magazines. “Well,” he said, “Just find an open dormitory and–”
“Great. Thanks.” I hefted my pack and headed out to look for a place to sleep.

I looked around, drifting through the hallways. Finally, I found a room that wasn’t occupied by anyone, and threw my pack on the bed. It lazily drifted, before falling softly onto the covers. I floated over to the bed and took out my stolen Seventeen magazine. Popping open a pack of gum, I turned on my iPod full blast and settled down.
