Never mind, I figured it out!
To castle, you push one of the leftmost two buttons on the bar over the board: 0-0 for kingside, 0-0-0 for queenside.
The button with two curved arrows reverses the board so that you can see it from Black’s point of view. That might be handy for you, HAWK.

However, am I doing something wrong? Because I am logged in but I can’t move any of my pieces.
No clue. What happens when you click on a square with one of your pieces in it? Nothing?
There should be a notice under Purple Panda’s name saying something like “Closed game. Black to move.” Is that what it says, or is there a different message there?
That’s what it said a few minutes ago when I was logged in. Then it said “Open game, awaiting your move (post will update).” And it looks like it is letting me move my pieces now. Yes, and now it says “Closed for opponent’s move.” Logging in and out a few times seems to have helped.
However, whenever I log in or out, the page it tries to take me too is: https://musefanpage.com/blog/blog/, which brings up an error message, of course. It will let me get to the blog by entering the address manually, and I’m still logged in, so that’s good. I’ll keep you updated on the extra “blog” in the URL, though…
Yes, we’re aware of that problem. It’s because we took the main Muse Fan Page offline to rid it of virus code, a process that is still underway. Just backspace over the extra “blog/” and all should be well, I suspect.
I now feel sufficiently boring. Sorry, HAWK, I’ll try to be more interesting next time.

My semester has been crazy, as well. I’m taking more AP classes than I really should be, on top of college-application-visiting-interviewing stuff. But I hope everything settles down as soon as I finish applying.
