We’ve decided to get younger every year. It seemed so boring to grow in the same direction as everyone else. I don’t recommend that any of you try it for a while, though: you do not want to be three again, believe me.

I’ve stopped using shampoo ever since one of my cousins suggested it. I wash my hair with conditioner instead. After an approximately two-week period of extra frizziness, my hair calmed down. Cutting out shampoo makes hair like mine more curly and less frizzy. Yay!
Conditioner with no shampoo? I need to try that. Hmmm…

Cool! You look way tired. I always get really bad jet lag when I fly somewhere, ’cause for whatever reason I can never sleep on a plane when I’m leaving for vacation, but when I’m coming back home (if it’s not a midday flight and it’s either night or I had to get up unusually early) I sleep way better. Weird.
A friend of mine has just e-mailed me a good picture from that evening. I’ll post it after I get home.

Ms. Spector’s hair is actually just as curly as mine. Except for the fact that mine, at the moment, has been soaked with olive oil and done in a plastic-wrap bubble that looks like something out of “Loonies Gone Wild.”
I’ve been in that restaurant. In fact, it is the time-honored meeting place of my family and my father’s coworker Allan’s family, a bunch of really cool froods who LOVE Sturgeon and Asimov. I also like the Purple Enchilada, a Mexican place with awesome live mariachi music Saturday nights and complimentary dancing lessons, and a noodle place also in Redondo Beach whose name I can never remember. It’s got really awesome mismatched dishes and live geishas. I recommend it.
Mr. Coontz, you look very intellectual. And your grandfather came up in my Social Studies class today, so you can burst with familial pride. I fell asleep. JK! I hung on my teacher’s every word.
