I am not allowed to put up my birthday, or my families’. Oh, well. Have all the people who said they would read the Belgariad finished it yet? It’s been a while. Then we could rant about it! Yaaaay! Saw the Israeli news again today. There were soldiers, with kids on a field trip, but the sound was off so I didn’t hear it. What’s up with that? Oh, and Mr. Administrator: Is it possible to copy something on to this page without it being in the actual blog box? I want to post a story, but it’s 27 pages. Is that allowed?

Ok. I did it. I have mailed my story, which no person except myself has ever read, to you. It is not very good, but since you guys only know me as Phoenix here, not as myself, you can’t make fun of me TOO badly…I hope. (The reason why I am so uptight about this is that my mother is an author and an editor, so I really can’t ever live up to her.) Honor well my humble writing, and try not to hurt its delicate feelings much. And sorry, it’s 28 pages, not 27. I added more at the end.

I like the first three books more than the last two, because in the last two Garion stops being endearingly stupid. Even though the book is terrific, it is sort of predictable, though. You guessed who Aunt Pol and Mister Wolf are, right? And you guessed Garion’s liniage? Wait until Garion gets a girlfriend-it is SO funny!
Okay, reverting to the original subject, I propose that September 23d be remembered as “the bright and glorious day when The Corpse Bride” comes out. Or rather, the fabulously dark day. Whatever.

Well, if we’re doing dates in October, October 29 is the all-state orchestra tryouts, although that’s not important here to anyone besides me so I don’t really know if it counts..

I made it into the second best chamber orchestra this year, which is good, I think, because I’m not in high school yet. We’re also put into quartets and get coaching. But I don’t know if there is an all-California orchestra. My school doesn’t have orchestra, so I tend not to learn about these things.
I will be 14 on oct. 12!!! happy happy days!!!! except now I’m back at being the youngest in my grade that I know of, cuz i just moved, and most freshmen in my new school are already 14 or 15. *sigh* oh vell they’re still cool.
oh yah and the Day of Flamablamablous Celebration is Oct. 5th (yes I just made that up, but you need new calendar stuff, and a day of flamablamablous celebration sounds good to me! any excuse for fun! )

Emmm, The Festival of Random Rejoicing is the 16-17th of October. Here’s what you do to celebrate said Festival:
Preferably in the privacy of one’s own room to most, get a bunch of pretty scarves, towels, all that fun stuff, and have fun. Put one around your head, use one as a skirt, two as a pair of pants; anything you want. Have awesome bedroom slippers? Wear them. It can get really involved, too, I design silk scarf outfits with all sorts of themes, etc.
Than, do a dance. This is a random holiday, so do whatever dance you want. Than eat lots of chocolate. Everyone loves chocolate, so rejoice and eat some. And that’s pretty much it. Fun, eh? Yes, I know what you’re thinking, “Phoebe has gone mad!” But that’s the thing, I think I am mad. I just don’t care.

Go random things!!!! My parents just got back from my brother’s game. They won, of course. Probably THE best player got injured at the last game, and most likely won’t be able to play for the rest of the season! He got injured last year, too, only then it was a broken leg, and now it is a knee injury. But, we still won!!!
