I WILL figure out how to review on Amazon.com. And I WILL find the time. Someday…
If there are so many people on Amazon giving these great reviews (one bad one out of 54- that’s pretty dang impressive!), we should be getting subscribers at the speed of sound! “Mostly Harmless” is going to benefit from Amazon, I can tell you that much right now.

amazon is teh pwn. It’s got quite a lot of metal, you should probably find some of the stuff i posted in the music thread.
5- okay, here is something I have a problem with. Many people do it. From the things you have posted on the MB, I gather the impression that you are fairly radically liberal, don’t support the conservatives, etc. Amazon donates 59% to conservatives, has an anti-unionization policy, gives smaller severance packages to workers who say anything negative about it in public, possibly violates labor laws, uses Binding Mandatory Arbitration, apparently signs consumers up for magazine subscriptions that they don’t want and then make them opt out to avoid getting automatically billed for it, and mislead investors during the internet boom. (on the plus side, it does contribute 41% to Democrats, offers the same protection to GLBT employees). However, the negatives outweigh the positives, though to a lesser degree than some other companies. Despite this, though, you seem to support a company that gives support to things that, judging from some of the stuff you’ve said, you disagree with. I just don’t get this; to me, “voting with your wallet” is one of the easier ways to make a difference.
