I liked it. I like the picture on the cover. She looks so cheerfull. It makes me sad that this is my last issue for 2006 though. It will be January or December before I get another one. That seems like such a long time from now.

the phasmids on the pages were creepy, I didn’t want to touch them when I was holding the mag. When I told my mom about it, she reacted basically by saying that wow, thats a great use of time, saving giant bugs with no use. Wonderful. I am sort of inclined to agree, but I’m willing to listen to other arguements for why we need to save the phasmids.

And I really, truly tried to pull the teacher to my way of thinking–that negative comments are really just an efficient way to come to the truth, and if you’re feeling too confident about something, there’s something you don’t know–but she wouldn’t listen.
Anyway, I’m off to explore other threads–dangerous, horrible threads no Muser has ever dared to explore before.

I was at a play or something once and I saw people dressed up and standing completely still, I thought they were funny, one was holding a globe and standing on one foot. Ya know what’d be funny? on Halloween or April fools, someone could do that in the hall, then when someone walks by alone, the statue person would shout at them and it would scare them.

i liked the article about the mirror nuerons. i think its pretty cool. i also liked the phasmids, mostly the part about the rats that everyone thought wiped them out. i hav this thing about invasive species. also the living picture thing.
27- yah, it would be cool in a haunted house. ur looking at this nice painting and then BOOM! the people in it jump at u. of course, i would probly die of fright.

I liked the phasmids, for some strange reason. I mean, the phasmids are HUGE, and I liked them. However, the sight of a spider smaller than an eraser is enough to send me running into the next room. Maybe because the phasmids looked a bit like fireflies. I like fireflies.
I wonder if I can convince my sister to do the contest with me.
