If you’re new on the blog, please stop by this thread and say pie — er, hi
We recommend that newcomers (that’s what “neophytes” means) look over The Rules and The HG2MB (Hitchhiker’s Guide to MuseBlog).
Next, if you’re so minded, stop by Who’s Here (see the menu at the top of your screen) and announce your arrival in a comment there, so we’ll be sure to add you to the official list.
MuseBlog Veterans: Please use this thread only to welcome newcomers as they arrive and answer questions that they ask.
Just welcoming Deathbringer from the previous thread! Have fun, prosper and don’t forget your towel.
*first first post?*
Thanx. I promise to not forget my towel.
By the way, everybody, Deathbringer’s name is from me, who took it from somewhere else. If you’d like to know where it’s from, please ask!
And now that that’s out of the way…

Hi, ‘phyte! I hope you understand that we’re all at least mildly crazy!
Hi, y’all! I found this website in the history of the used laptop I bought online! The person who sold it to me never cleared the cookies or history. I presume CarbonWolf is the username here of the person who sold it to me. I see he caused alot of trouble here. I am nothing like him, I promise. I’m hoping there’s not an IP block on this laptop. Nice gif image, btw. I wish I could make gif animations that good. Oh dear, I’m rambling again. I tend to do that alot. ^_^’
Hi and welcome! I don’t recall a CarbonWolf here: but it’s cool that you’ve come.
The gif was made by Lady B., one of the administrators here. Tabula rasa, so don’t worry about the previous guy.
…WOAH. You bought AJAR’s laptop online? That’s just strange.
Wait, what? Woah. Talk about MB being the Improbability Drive.
Welcome, XANA Treble! You’ll fit in very well, I see. You’re already capitalizing everything! (which is way more than I did at first. If you want to see some of my posts as a ‘phyte, look at threads starting from May ’09. I was horrifying.)
Me too, don’t feel bad.
That’s such an awesome way to get a phytie, though. Please stay awhile!
You should’ve seen me when I was a ‘phyte…
I want to kill myself.
Wow, that’s really cool. Glad you’ve come!

Traditional non-threatening pies:
I’m Errata, resident absolutely nothing. (Oftentimes you’ll see people posting ‘I’m such and such, resident such and such’ to introduce themselves. I have yet to figure out what I am, since what I’m interested in changes from day to day.)
Yes, I believe CarbonWolf was one of the names used by AJAR at some point…
Out of curiosity, what part of the world are you from? I notice you’re using y’all, which might implies Texas… *fervently hopes* (Yes, I’m from Texas.)
Ooh, Texas! My great-aunt and my grandfather live there. (from both sides of the family. The great-aunt is on my paternal side, the grandfather on the maternal side.)
My dad (AlpacaLips) and I are the competitors for title of resident pun-maker.
What about me? I make lots of puns!
Sudo, you can join the competition too then!
I’m not too sure about this “neophyte” being a “neophyte”.
Welcome!
I’m (as you can see) Keiffer, but as you won’t know this, I am the resident androidical speck of dust!
That is so cool. Welcome!

Even weirder coincidence: Another one of AJAR’s names was TrebleBassONAIR or something like that, and your name also contains the word “Treble”. This is starting to get suspicious…
Yay! Somebody else who remains less than convinced. *hugs and choklit*
Yum.
GAPAs, this post really isn’t intended to be antagonistic or anything, but I can kind of see where you potentially might not like it and wish to snip it. If so, that’s fine, I understand…. *choklit for the trouble*
So, anyway, not to crash the party and be rude, but….Personally, I’m a tad-bit skeptical. Now, mind you, if you really did buy a laptop off CarbonWolf/AJAR and just happened here upon curiosity by browsing through ens history, my apologies, and welcome to the ‘blog.
However:
1. For starters, Carbon Wolf (or, at least, somebody using ens name and gravatar image) aka AJAR, who has been absent from the ‘blog since approximately last October, posted on another thread just a mere 30 minutes before you posted here.
2. I rather doubt most people, upon buying a used laptop, would take the necessary hours to browse far enough back through the threads on this ‘blog to be able to state that “I see he caused alot of trouble here.” I mean, you would have had to browse through a lot of threads, several months back. Possible, yes. Likely? I doubt it.
3. A lot of aforementioned havoc was wreaked under a name other than Carbon Wolf (that is, AJAR, in addition to about a million other alter egos).
Considering how many people who have been on the ‘blog for a long time seem to have trouble figuring out people’s past identities via “Who’s Here”, I am bit skeptical that a newcomer to the ‘blog would pick up on this.Actually, upon looking at the “Who’s Here” page just now, Carboon Wolf isn’t even listed. Now, although I’m fairly certain that memory serves me correctly and that Carbon Wolf was, indeed, one of AJAR’s more recent names, a newcomer would have absolutely no knowledge of his past names. Admittedly, you did not claim knowledge of any other names, but like I mentioned previously: Most of ens havoc was wreaked under a name besides Carbon Wolf. So if a newcomer only knew the past ‘blogger as Carbon Wolf, I find it hard to believe that en would be able to track down enough posts to “see he caused alot of trouble here.”Now, maybe I’m just a distrustful person and you’re telling the truth. I hope so, despite the fact that that would mean I’m falsely accusing you of being a liar, etc. But personally, I rather feel that a bit of caution and distrust is necessary on the internet. After all, anybody can say anything online, with no real way to prove that they’re not telling the truth. If you believe everything anybody said on the internet, you’re asking for a lot of trouble. I mean, I could be some 80 year old creeper guy for all most of you know. I’m not, but none of you have anyway of knowing that I’m truly a 19 year old girl from Alaska who is madly obsessed with Harry Potter, Doctor Who, Torchwood, and John Barrowman. Okay, well, the last bit’s obviously true–that level of fangirl obsessiveness would be pretty hard to fake, but the rest? Not so much.
But, really, if you are telling the truth–welcome to the ‘blog, you seem nice enough and I hope you stay awhile.
If you’re really AJAR in disguise (afterall, this wouldn’t be the first time he pretended to be somebody else–wasn’t he just impersonating his “arch-enemy” morbid last fall?), please drop the act. If you’re AJAR and have reformed and are trying to get a new start on the ‘blog, great, but again, please drop the act.
Hm. You know, Luna, you have a good point.
True. Actually, if I’d caused that much trouble, I would want to change my identity too. But I hope XANA is not Carbon whoever because it’s still a cool way to get a phytie
Thanks, Luna…. that’s exactly what I’d been thinking, but I wasn’t sure about it and didn’t want to say anything.
So… XANA… if you’re really AJAR, please, just reveal yourself now. If this is an alter ego, then this is just stupid, almost as stupid as your impersonating Morbid. If you’ve reformed or whatever, then that’s great, like Luna said. We won’t hold it against you. We’re nice that way.
If you’re really XANA Treble, then cool, welcome to the Blog, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience.
I have to also admit, when I first read XANA Treble’s post, it did seem a tad bit of a stretch to be realistic, but I didn’t really know what to say. You wrote it all out very nicely though. Thanks.
However, XANA, if your story is indeed true and you did just come onto the blog, welcome!
And I must apologize for all of this…
But for the reasons that Luna stated above, if you are AJAR please just reveal yourself. It’s fine to want to get a new start, but I really don’t appreciate you trying to be someone else. Thanks.
Wow, was I the only person who thought that XANA was exactly who en said en was?
Ummmmm, looks like maybe?
It’s okay, I bought that whole spoof Tolkien page in Muse awhile back–you know, including the whole “Gandalf was originally name Dumbledore before Tolkien decided to change the name”. I don’t even want to think about the number of people I may have told that to…..
Just kidding.
Nope. Me too. Little innocent Princess_Magnolia.
Wow! Welcome!

Welcome welcome WELCOME!!!!
: arrow:

Welcome, XANA!
I have nothing more to say!
What is a random thread? Please excuse my very stupid questions.
Welcome XANA Treble! I am the phytiest neophyte on Museblog!
A random thread is exactly what it sounds like.
Jinxs!

A random thread is just what it sounds like; a thread on which you are allowed to be random.
Please note that the PoPoPo are still liable to fine excessive multiple posts, especially if they are nothing more then a smiley or two apiece.
Basically it is a thread that is random. [way to go, Luna, define a word with itself
]
That is to say, unlike some of the threads, it does not really have a specified topic. It’s where you can go and talk about basically anything under the sun that either doesn’t have its own thread, or you’re too lazy to find the thread it might be better suited for.
Basically, its topicless, and “anything goes” (oh, hey, song! I was just listening to that on my iPod earlier….. ♥ John Barrowman singing anything). I mean, if you’re too random (for instance– “I like frogs!!!!!!!!!!!11!!!!!!!!!!!) you’ll be jumped upon by various individuals for disrupting the thread, but mostly, you can just post whatever….
Sorry that this is off-topic, but JB sings Anything Goes? Awesome. (That is exactly the sort of music I listen to: jazzy showtunes.) OK, I’m Wikipedia-ing this guy. Oh.,. He was in Anything Goes. He’s the British equivalent of a Broadway star… And looking at that picture, I see why Luna is such a fangirl…
Haha, and that’s one of the worse pictures of him I’ve seen. Just wait until you finally watch Torchwood and Doctor Who. Well, Torchwood, mainly, there’s not enough of him in DW. Yeah, he’s actually performed in Anything Goes, in addition to it being a song he sings on one of his albums. He’s got an entire album (multiple, actually) with him singing showtunes. “Reflections from Broadway”, “Aspects of Lloyd Webber”, “Swings Cole Porter”.
I’ve got like six CDs of JB music. And he actually performed on Broadway a couple times, too, although, yeah, most of his stuff is in the UK.
And not only does he have an unbelievably gorgeous face, omg his legs. He has seriously amazing legs…..Um, wait, does that read as weird as it sounds when I type it? Probably. But it’s true.
*laughs* That reminds me of this one Firefly quote… Never mind. Google image time. Whoa, those are nice legs… (Maybe we should take this conversation somewhere else.)
Yeah….Maybe we should. But, still, *drools profusely*
BEGONE, YE HIJACKING DAEMONS!
Oh, come on, Piggy–you know you enjoy listening to our “pathetic” fangirling.
((Sorry, GAPAs, we’ll stop hijacking the thread, now.))
Don’t worry about asking stupid questions! We all did, and most of us still all do! (Myself included!)
I’m going to elaborate on LBK’s answer: Ok, beyond the obvious reason, it’s basically a place for general (or random, hence the name…) discussion. If there’s anything you wish to state to the Musiverse that there isn’t a specific place for, the random thread is the place to put it. Discussion is always quick moving on it, and so there are usually multiple random threads each month and a new one at the start of each month, adorned with one of Lady B’s (Or Rebecca-the-GAPA, they are the same people. Lady B is a nickname.) graphics.
I don’t know if anybody else thinks of it this way, but I usually think of it as the Thread HQ of MB. Sort of like the center of all the activity. (Although thinking back, I suppose that doesn’t really make any sense. But I usually don’t, and I guess that’s just the way I see it…)
Anyhoo, enough ranting. I hope I answered your question!
Thanks! But why do they have themes then?
Because it would be boring having the exact same thing month after month after month.
They don’t. That’s just, um, something. But it’s not a theme, you can be sure of that.
Like for the reasons Piggy and LBK stated, although you don’t need to stick with those themes when you’re “conversing”. I mean, often they’re brought up when the thread is first introduced, but that’s strictly “optional.” You don’t need to specifically post anything about it.
Who is AJAR and what did he do?
AJAR is a museblogger, and well, as for what he did…..Well, basically, he just posted lots of “screaming” posts where he explodes every body with nuclear bombs or other such destructive measures. But somehow trying to sum up his numerous off-topic/just plain obnoxious posts in a description isn’t working for me……I don’t think I”m explaining well.
He also posted several times for the sole reason of getting ticked off that no one liked or even knew about Mega Man (which he absolutely loves).
What Luna said. He basically posted irritating comments on the wrong threads repeatedly and imitated his long-gone archfoe, Morbid, last summer (which angered even more people). He’s just a bit eccentric and sometimes he goes over the borderline.
XANA, or should I say, AJAR, we know it’s you. Please, don’t antagonize MB, if that’s what you’re trying to do. If you’re reforming, great, but drop the “XANA, and innocent neophyte” act. It’s over. Curtains closed. Sorry if I seem a bit stern, but that’s how I feel.
First time I welcome a neophyte and they’re not real

They MIGHT be real, and there will be more plausible phyties on for you to welcome later!
No, en’s not.
That would explain why en hasn’t been back since. I guess en wasn’t real after all.
Hola, MBers. I’m back again, although I doubt anyone really remembers my first ventures around here…*ponders*. Well anyways, any threads that I should check out that are interesting or funny? I tried clicking the random button, but it kept taking me to closed things.
I remember you. Welcome back!
I’ve heard your name before, but I can’t remember where. *wracks brains* *BRAINS* There are some thread suggestions on Best of the Blog, which replaced DFTT, if you’ve been gone that long. Anyway, welcome back!

Oh! Pax! You first came the same month I did! Welcome, Assyrian Rodent of Peace!

I recommend looking at the ‘Best of the Blog’ thread. It’s got some interesting stuff. In general, I think that the best way to figure out what interests you is to stick around for a while.
*BRAINS*=

Welcome (back) Pax!

I heard that somewhere else on MB (I think Princess_M said it) and I couldn’t resist.
Heeheehee….that’s hilarious!
Welcome, Pax! I don’t remember when exactly you came, but I do remember you. I’d suggest skimming some of the Archives (What’s here) from the past few months to see if something seems interesting (those are usually still open).
Welcome back Pax! I’m afraid I don’t remember you, although the name does sound familiar so maybe I have seen you around once or twice…
Like others have said, I would suggest the Best of the Blog and skimming the What’s Here section for some of the threads.
I think I saw you on some old thread. Vegetarianism? Triangular Sentences? Calvin and Hobbes? Whatever. Welcome back anyway! *pie*
Hi! I don’t remember you because I’ve only been here for a few weeks… But anyways, welcome back!
Anyway, without the s. Bad Deathbringer, bad.
Don’t be to hard on en. I’m sure you’ve made that mistake before, I know I have.
What, that’s a mistake? Oops.
pax-You may have noticed the “Really Random” button on the sidebar. It’s a random link. Click it!!!! ‘Tis awesome!!!!
SFTDP I kinda missed the point there, it’s also a great way to explore MB.
My 8-year-old brother has been checking out MB. Watch out for a neophyte named Lego Brix!
10 – YAY!
i dunno if its just me but if you’ve been reading muse for a while you might start noticing some reruns?
Yes, I have noticed that there are occasionally republished articles from the olden days…….
Are you new? If so, this particular manifestation of the Spelluna would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to the ‘blog. It is possible that the other physical manifestation of us will be along later……I don’t know if she tends to frequent ‘phyte threads, but I, for one, could not resist the chance to sow some confusion and insanity. We are, after all, a goddess who feeds by driving others insane….
Welcome to MuseBlog. Prepare to be driven out of your mind. Mwahahahahahahaha!
Yep. There are definitely reruns. They bug me…
Anyways, I presume you’re new here. *takes the opportunity to pie* Welcome!
As for the Spelluna thing, we’re two MBers (Luna and speller73) posting under the same name/avatar to drive everyone crazy. That is, we’re a goddess with two manifestations that feeds on people’s sanity. (We’re based on Glorificus from Buffy the Vampire Slayer, a show that we (especially the Speller half) really like.)
Hey! Explaining what/who we are rather lessens the amount of insanity created…..
*sigh* Oh goodness. It looks like The Spelluna got to you before anyone else did. Now you’ll probably think we’re all like her. *shudder*
(But yeah, they’re basically two different people posting as one – if it drives you insane – it’s supposed to. Just so you know. No, I don’t like it either.)
But anyhoo, welcome! I hope you stick around!
You dislike the great Spelluna? How could you?
I don’t think starr dislikes you, I think she is afraid of your influence on the phytes.
Yeah…that’s what I meant…….
Welcome Trippin Pickle!
Hi. Nice name.
yeah i might. anyway how long y’all been reading muse? me iv’e done it from ’98-’06 (my big bro gave me all his old ones.) I just occasionally pick it up at the library.
I’ve got it since ’05.
I think I have ones as far back as 2000. My mother was subscribing to it and several other educational magazines (Callipoe, and I want to say something else) to supplement my sister and mine’s education, but I think it was a good 2 or 3 years after that before I really got into it. Probably it was once it ceased being something I was supposed to do (and didn’t), I realized its awesomeness, and thus read ’em willingly……
I still subscribe to it, although it’s getting increasingly longer and longer from the time I get a mag to when I read it. But not because I don’t like ’em, just because, well, school. Ever since starting college, I’ve not read near as much as I used to……I’d say no time, but that’s really not entirely true…..*sigh* I dunno.
On a random note, I just realized I’ve been up for just about 3 hours now…..Wow. That’s sad, that’s really, really sad. So much for productivity…..
Hi, Luna.
Hi, Enc.
Sept 2000–Apr 2008, with a small hiatus in between. I no longer get Muse regularly…*sigh* If I went to the library more often, I’d pick it up there too.
I can’t even find it at our library! *cries*
Since ’07.
Ahem, trippin pickle, welcome, but I would just like to point out that you should use proper capitalization.
Hi. I’m new. I am Keiffer’s little sister. Mwahaha, I am younger than her! (Ten)
Welcome young grasshopper, I mean sister!

, and the parental units.)
(I just want to say, that she has permission to be on here, by me,
Welcome, Tacky Glue!

Wait, isn’t Keiffer already P_M’s sister? Or is that Pseudonym? Or am I totally confused?
Well, the last part is obviously true, but what about the first part?
Anyway, you’re still welcome! Glad to have you here!
Yeah, Pseudonym’s P_M’s sister. It would be odd if I was P_M’s sister, although, I’ve imagined Pseudonym and I switching places multiple times.
SFTDP– I’m pretty sure that Pseudonym’s sister is P_M.
Oh, okay. Keiffer, whose sister is Tack Glue, knows Pseudonym, whose sister is P_M. That’s all correct?
Yep, that seems about right. Pseudonym, P_M, and I all go to the same school, and Tacky over there, goes to a school a few blocks away.
Hello, Tacky Glue who is the younger sister of my blog-sister (so does that somehow make us related?)!!!!! You will love it here!!!!! And just ignore the Spelluna…
–Silver Keiffer
I don’t think you want to be related to her, but I guess it does, somehow.
She says “HEY!” to that statement, but just ignore her. She says “HEY!” again. I’m to lazy to let her type in her name and email, so here she is:
Tacky Glue says: I’m not going to comment on those remarks Keiffer made. Thanks for welcoming me!
Okay, it’s Keiffer Lining again. Tacky Glue won’t be coming to the Kokon, though. She’ll probably forget MB exists (don’t be offended, short-term memory loss) in, like, a week, anyway.
-Keiffer Lining
Sister-in-Blog?
Welcome, welcome!

Hi Tacky Glue! Welcome to the ‘blog.

Please ignore your sister’s comment asking you to ignore us.
Er…Sorry. That wasn’t your sister who asked you to ignore us–the avatar threw me off for a moment. It was your sister’s ‘blog sister. Anyway, yeah, still.
So, remember when I said she’s forget MB existed? Well, she did, and its only been, like… a half an hour? It’s kind of sad really.
I won’t bother to welcome her, then…
Welcome Tacky Glue!!!!

Hello, Tacky!!!!!

15.3.2–
15.5.1– Mwahahahahahahahaha!!!!
hey i’m new so… yeah that’s about it. lol
Hello! Now, this isn’t like most blogs, were u cn tlk lik dis. This is MB, where grammar is the most important thing ever.
Well, not ever.
Of course. Silver Keiffer/Keiffer Lining is obviously the most important thing on the ‘blog. Thanks for pointing that out, Enc!
No, actually, The Beatles are the most important. Then Silver Keiffer/Keiffer Lining, then grammar. Anyway! Welcome, bunke_fresh!
Have fun losing your sanity, and enjoy!
–Silver Keiffer
Now, let’s not turn this into a war-of-some-kind-or-another, we can battle this out at the Kokon, guys. I suggest you save it.

Ooh, Kokon battle. How fun. I’ll bring a lightsaber.
And I’ll bring a double-ended lightsaber.
And I’ll unexpectedly show up and bring a pair of guard shotos, a la Maris Brood.
And I’ll bring my Death Star V!
And we’ll bring the Galaxy Reactor. (Super Mario Galaxy, that’s what I’m talking about.)
And then I’ll also bring a sonic screwdriver!
I think I’ll bring a
!
Welcome ‘phyte! I hope you know what you’ve gotten yourself into, dragonfly.
Read the Rules, and the HG2MB if you haven’t already, and use proper spelling, punctuation, grammar, capitalization, and all that stuff. Don’t listen to me, watch out for Enceladus and SudoRandom, beware the Spelluna, and always remember your towel, and you’ll be all right.

Welcome!
Yes, most definitely beware the Spelluna. We will suck out what sanity you might possess.
That said, welcome to the ‘blog!

Welcome!!
Welcome!

Hope you have fun here!
Welcome!
its sort of hard 2 read posts tht r ritten lik this lik littlebasementkitten said so we appreci8t it if u plz plz use corect gramar punctuation and caps. thx!
Beyond that, please read The Rules and HG2MB before you start posting. You’ll find lots of helpful information there. Also, if you’re confused about anything…that’s pretty normal, and it’s ok to ask about it. Enjoy!
Guys, really, chill a smidge with jumping on the ‘phyte for grammar/punctuation/whatever. En was not tlkng lik dis n stpd chtspk.
Yeah, no caps, maybe could’ve used a few extra commas, but all in all? Not really a criminal post.
Agreed.
(But we weren’t really jumping on the ‘phyte, we were just letting en know what’s the etiquette around here and welcoming en, if you didn’t see that part. I probably went overboard with the whole tlking lik this thing, and I apologize for that, but really? Not all that bad. It was a quick way to get the point across and as a ‘phyte I sure appreciated a little head’s up about that. But whatever. I’m probably just looking for an argument here, so I’ll stop.)
As we’ve noted before, this thread is for welcoming neophytes and answering their questions (see bold-face type at top of thread). We do realize MBers mean well, but correcting neophytes’ grammar, spelling, or etiquette does not fulfill either of those conditions. Unless, of course, someone specifically asks “how do you feel about chatspeak?” Otherwise, if the situation warrants some friendly advice, make it elsewhere than this thread, please.
My apologies. *gives apology choklit*
Choklit is always good. *gives choklit to starr* I hope that didn’t seem like I was picking on you. It’s just something that bears repeating every now and then.
I think you scared en off!
I’m sorry, I’m sorry.
I think I already apologized though – I had no intention of that sort.
Welcome, Monsieur Phytie. How did you find this Internet utopia?
I would pie you 42 times, but the sum of the digits will have to suffice.
Welcome! Fear the Maths Lover!

Hello, all neophytes! Welcome!
hi neophytes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“Tacky Glue” is an interesting name there. But then, so is POSOC, Errata and Irregular Bump with Copious Fur.

Anyway, welcome, O Gluey one! Have fun awn da blag.
And, really, stop picking on the phyte. None of us were perfect, and in fact, most of us are still far from it. Not to mention quite immature. *THHPPBT*
Who are you calling immature? *THHHHHHHPPPPPPPBBBBBBTTTTTTTTT*

What does that (THHPPBBT) stand for?
Welcome ‘phytes!
I believe it is the text equivalent of a “raspberry”.
Welcome, phytes!!!!!

Okay.

Welcome ‘neos!
Welcome, Tacky Glue! (and all other neophytes!)
Hi, I am new.
I heard about MuseBlog from my friend Beetles.
Welcome!
Hullo and welcome!
< < That’s a friendly pie, by the way.
Hi, Skrubybubl! Welcome to MB! Have some pie!

I like your name. How did you come up with it?
Hello! Velcomin! I know Beetles and AM in real life!
*Scrubbing bubble pie*
Awww, you’re so cute! I can tell by the name!!
Welcome!
*pies*
22.3- I was thinking of a username for something and I passed by a advertisement that said”Scrubbing Bubbles”.
Ahoy, ‘phyte! Welcome to
{] – – – – {] – – – –
chaosMuseBlog!– – – – [} – – – – [}
(Sorry, but you are going to be hit by those (above) pies. (You’re boxed in!!))
I am not a neophyte.
I have been around for a while, but I have taken to lurking more as time has passed. There are many things I have wanted to say, but I am afraid of being judged by those I know off the blog.
So I have devised this mask, which I will use for the things indo not want to be judged about. My other self will continue to post when she is feeling like it, but she hasn’t much lately, so don’t plan to see any drastic drops in post counts. Also, please don’t try to figure out who I am. This is not an Alter Ego, but a shell I can hide in from the demands of society.
Thank you for accepting this, everyone. Sometimes I just need to vent and not have people forming opinions about me. Chances are, it’s not you who is part of the issue. I don’t really care what MBers think of me, and usually not what people in the real world think either. There are just a few things that I’d rather not brodcast to those I know in person.
I’m sorry if this didn’t make any sense.
Oh, and I’m not AJAR. Just so you know.
No, that makes perfect sense – especially if you know people in real life. I think it’s completely understandable, I’ve felt the same way although right now I don’t know anyone in real life who’s active on the site, but if I did, I probably would do the same thing.
I guess it could become confusing, but I’m probably not going to be any more confuzzled than usual so I suppose that’s alright.
Of course we still accept you! I mean, I would accept you even if you didn’t “devise the mask”…but like I said, I completely understand how you’re feeling.
I suppose the last thing I want to emphasize that you said is to please remind people NOT to guess who you are. I know you already said that, but I think it’s worth repeating – she is not an Alter Ego. So please don’t even try. I don’t want that to become a problem for you or a nuisance for anybody else. If you have suspicions of who she is, great, but keep them to yourself.
Other than that…I think that’s all. I’m not really sure what to say now, so I guess I’ll finish off with what Musers love to do best:
Awww. The way you phrased your post, combined with your name and gravatar, made me feel really sorry for you- In a weird, non-awkward way. I really understand where you’re coming from. I talk so much on here, about really deep things. My friends don’t think I’m deep, I’m just the crazy one that you never give choklit to. I would die if they saw some stuff on here.
I agree. It does make me feel sort of bad, but I guess it’s not really anybody’s fault…of course we can’t restrict our friends from coming on here, but we also don’t always feel comfortable telling these things to do them. Naturally it’s a tough position to be in.
The main problem for me would be that often if I need to vent, I try to find somebody who doesn’t go to my school. That way, a lot of drama and rumors hopefully are less likely to happen. That’s why I like to come on here, although I’m sure I drive the GAPA’s (Not to mention my fellow Musers) absolutely insane-er than usual with my rants. They must be so annoying.
And there I go off again….
*hugs* I understand. *gives chocolate*
Makes sense. I’m quite sure a lot of us has thought about this type of hiding…
*hugs*
Hello, totally-unpronounceable-neophyte and lifewithoutluster!

I’m pretty sure it’s pronounced “ScrubbyBubble”.
Sorry about this, but I would like to tell Keiffer, Sudo, and Pseudo that it is not me. Although that does sound like a pretty good idea.
