7 – it’s the Glazunov violin concerto in A minor, op. 82 by Alexander Glazunov, who was a Russian composer. It was written in 1904. I think if you go to the link and do “save as” you can download that? Or there’s a lot of good professional recordings out there – I really like Vengerov and Oistrakh playing it.
PROOOOOPS. That was fantastic. As in, ridiculously fantastic. And dear Lizzie, I will kidnap you and put you in a box with only a violin. In return for your playing, I will feed you the souls of my high school classmates. They are delicious, though probably unhealthy.

For some reason didn’t see this thread when it was posted, but like everyone else said…AMAZING.
That was wonderful. It made me want to play violin, and I’ve never held a violin in my entire life…
