That was flammy!! I loved the song especially, and the sleep bit. Thank you for making this; I’m very glad I got to hear it. It sounds absolutely amazing!

Now we need you guys to come to MA so we can have an MA version! (There’s an unusually large number of MBers in MA. Perhaps states that begin with M tend to attract MBers?)

“That’s what you do with an errant Muser, ear-lie in the morning!”

It’s nice hearing Robert’s voice again. “Get on that, Robbie!”

I want to see the dinosaurs!

    Musestock.

Aw, I really want to go to a Kokon now.

THIS. Thanks Pan and THF! :!::!:

Except irl there were also times when everyone started making bird noises. And what happened to the end of the Pwt’s gender discussion?

  5. Mikazuki says:

LOVE LOVE LOVE. This is extremely awesome, especially the “What shall we do with an errant muser?” part (I honestly couldn’t figure why it sounded so familiar for a while XD) and the squid! Yay! I am infinitely envious.

    Enc–More musers should invade Maine!

I cannot listen to this because if I do I will dissolve into a puddle of envy and impotent rage. :(

      I can’t listen either. I WILL DIE.

My parents have already given their approval several years ago but I feel that I’m too old now to ask them to drive me long distances to meet random internet people. I’m pretty sure they actually think that I grew out of MuseBlog or something. (Ha!)

I’ve been growing with it. I was planted long before Museblog, in a grove of trees with other influences but Museblog’s branches tangled with mine early on in its life and we’ve only continued to support and strengthen one another.

        • Alice says:

Well, it used to be my entire life. And then it had to move over a bit to make room for some other stuff. So it’s less an “Alice is too old for MuseBlog now” than a “Alice doesn’t spend much time on MuseBlog anymore, does she?” The whole eat-sleep-breathe-on-the-computer thing has passed down to my sister now.

          • Oh, MuseBlog shouldn’t be anybody’s whole life. We’re just electrons here. Real life is mostly protons and neutrons. They’ve got quarks and gluons and strong and weak and color forces and are much weightier and richer and more vivid.

Question: was the song improvised or was it written beforehand?

    • Taiwan Hippo Fan says:

The song was improvised on the sailboat, and we thought we should put it in the MuseCast, so we recorded it later with pre-planned verses (mostly using lines that we had improvised on the boat).

OH I WANT TO KOKON SO BADLY NOW
My parents would probably flip if I said, “I want to go out-of-state to meet someone off the internet” though. And revoke all of my Internet priveleges and sent me to manners camp and Internet safety camp, which they have been threatening to do for years.

Massachusetts, actually. The fact that you could communicate with the Internet people privately makes a big difference, but I can see why they’d be concerned, I suppose, even though I wouldn’t be in their place. I’m allowed to meet people from the Internet if only they know where (Not that I’d announce it in public anyway), but I can’t go too far. I don’t know if 4 corners would be too far for me, but I expect so.

Is there, or will there be, anyone in Michigan sometime? P*ease?
Of course, I think if I told my mom I wanted to meet Random Internet People (wait hold on look at the acronym for that o.O) she’d ban me from using any form of electronic communications for the rest of my life. Sigh.
    I can’t wait until college.
