Now, I am Commander of the Zemtee Water Forces, as the main ship is the Seahawk. But, the following main positions are available:

Now, Commanders oversee their entire area of coverage. We will (at least try) to have regular meetings during which we will discuss what should be done. Please though, as commanders, don’t do something without checking with me and of course the other commanders.
Lieutenant Commanders come to meetings too, and voice their opinions to the commanders and the emperor. They do not have as much commanding power unless a commander is unable to fulfill the duties required. However, they analyze what is going on and make recommendations of what should be done.
Cliff Eagle-I made you Lieutenant Commander as the Commander positions were taken. If you want a different Lieutenant position, or the commander of stores position (although I don’t know if TNO still wants it) that’s fine…

As you might have noticed, I have not been on this thread in a while. That has happened for several reasons. One of which does not need to be explained more than it was on the Hot Soup, Part 2 thread.
The main reason, however, is that it’s just not fun anymore. Zemtee has by far the most people, and truthfully, they have taken over this thread. There is no real sense of fun left when every action that you take has no effect on the enemy, and they can strike back with twice or three times as many people.
I guess what I’m really saying is that I want a fair fight.
So I’m dissolving the team L’Equipe Noir, since I am the only current member. Any former LEN members who want to continue fighting can join one of the other sides, preferably those with less members.
In other words, I QUIT.

OK, This is what I think:
Many people have abandoned this random pie war, and Zemtee has taken most of the control. I would suggest, for the time being, that we either decide Zemtee won (Besides a couple of strong folks who are still here), sign a treaty of some sort, or just let this thread sit, open to any comments that people want to make, but not maintained as much. If people still want to continue fighting, I will continue, but I don’t want people to hate Zemtee because we “grabbed control” and kept pie-ing everyone.
Also, I think any active sides of the pie war should have their own threads, not hidden, but just for meetings and such. And The Great and Wholly Sugar-filled Empire of Zemtee certainly qualifies as active, I’m sure we can agree. What do others think?

Sorry, but having people who obviously hate you very much (in the pie war, that is) living in or very near your land just doesn’t sound that great. We can keep fighting, or sign a treaty, in which Zemtee won’t gain or lose anything. PUnS won’t gain or lose anything either, but that way we won’t have any problems by living close to each other. It was a nice idea, TMFA, but I just don’t think it will work or be acceptable by people. I am happy to stop fighting PUnS, a side which is obviously not in a good way to fight Zemtee, but other than that, I don’t believe we should risk that sort of thing. However, anyone who is actually on Kagy’s side (Including Kagy) can have 50 free piepoints if they want. That seems relatively safe…

I have never really explained the government in Zemtee, so I should now that we are talking about it:
Zemtee is an empire, but that is in the nicest sense of the word. Empire suggests one guy at the top (me) being emperor and not letting much else happen beyond what the person wants. I certainly try to get many other people involved in the government, and try not to boss people around.
Because there are so few people here, and one of the main things Zemtee has done is fight in the pie war, the other main people have been holding military positions. But, I want Zemtee to become more of a great empire working with its great power towards helping as many people as it can. This effort should be spent towards muse lands, such as Muserland, Museica, etc. And we have already started this. Zemtee captured all of the TAM and Wasteland lands around Muserland. This land is now making up the bulk of Zemtee lands, and is being held safe from anyone who might invade and then take control of Muserland.
Because of Zemtee’s new approach, we will need people in positions to help implement plans I and the rest of the government create. IBCF has certainly been a very active and helpful member in Zemtee, but I am reluctant to have him leave his position. He does a great job, and has double influence by also being the Head of the Air Department on the Seahawk. If you think you can still manage both of those positions well, ICBF, you may have another position. To me, “Vice Emperor” sounds a bit strange. The way our government works, where the government works to create plans and I help form them into something that I think is good for Zemtee (I don’t really get to put something through without other people getting involved,) doesn’t exactly call for something like this. The main purpose would be if I die to have someone to take over. I don’t know who holds that role, but if you want a good position, one might be:

There should also be a Great Council composed of 5 people. I would be at the meetings to hear what the Council has to say, and they would explain the various things the Chiefs had proposed after the Commissions under each of them had figured out problems and brought in plans. After the Council had presented, I would accept each plan as it was, suggest that it should be changed, at which time the plan would go to the chief in charge of the plan, and back to the commission if that person couldn’t do anything, or I would say the plan is not going to meet the needs, or it isn’t good enough in some other way, etc.
Keep in mind, we don’t have nearly enough people for this plan, so really at this time it is probably just you deciding upon one more thing you would like to help manage. Unless this plan of Zemtee Government is exciting to the whole blog, at which time everyone would want to join in, there is obviously no way to get things to work as smoothly as I have described

Since I am commander of the Zemtee air force, I suppose being chief of International and Intergalactic exploration would be right for me. The best way to explore, after all, is by air. 
Most of the former Zemteeans are gone by now, and this thread has pretty much been forgotten. So I say we get a new thread as fast as possible. A map of the different regions of Zemtee would also help.
In the meantime, we will trade (piepoints are the main Zemtee currency), build large pies and machinery (we want to be a technologically advanced nation), fight if there is need, and manage an empire. We will also try to get as many people on Zemtee as possible.

GAPAs-I see the notice you put up. I have tried very hard to make all of my machines mostly harmless. They may have names like “pie bombs” and such, but they don’t really kill you. They may knock you out for a second, or put a potion on you, etc, but as a quaker I do not kill. This is something I hope people can have respect for Zemtee for. Great Chief TMFA-Yes, what do they have to say?
Great Chief Gimanator-This map looks interesting, but I am unsure of what it is actually of. I can read the labels. Is this a major base for your operations? I would be happy to hear more about it… As for the Newbies: I think it’s great we are having many new people coming in. I certainly think they should read the HG2MB and the rules and anything else needed for anything they try to do on the blog, and also try not to popo, or bother people without reason, etc… But new people in general are good. We have all sorts of positions to fill in Zemtee, not the least of which is just somebody who wants to live in Zemtee, and I know Newbies are often excited, full of “energy,” and want to start in on the adventures. This could be good for Zemtee if they find out about us…
HOWEVER, Great Commander IBCF is correct in saying that we should focus on building the empire. For this reason, new people who come to Zemtee may hold a position, but must wait a while until they have the experience needed for the job. So they will not have as much power right away, but it is a long-term investment teaching these new people. As the empire grows, we will need more people to work efficiently and get as much of our good work done as possible.
Thus the Emperor has spoken. Basically, we should maintain balance by making new people wait through being trained, while assuring our future shows a dependable group of people to help with our larger scope of work.
Great Commander Agagabagabag- I am certainly happy to have you here more to help, but trust me, IBCF is right again, your adventures are not over if you are active in Zemtee. At the moment, not a lot is going on here in terms of adventure, but I am trying to keep it that way while we work on some setting up, Government work, etc.

I think the North Great bay City should be the Capital City. It is near a port, and is scenic and relatively flat…as for building anything, that would be a major decision. Many different Chiefs would need to form a plan, we would work together on it, and I would then say yes once the plan was perfected…That should be our next major project…
As for the nomads, they have a very small area that is actually theirs, and it really wouldn’t even show up on a map this big. I just know they are in a very unstable position, and I am keeping a constant eye on them in case they ever need our help…

292- Actually, I think we should still be focusing on Bunny land. Officially, it completely belongs to Zemtee now, but the evilus bunnies are hiding somewhere in the mountains. We need to figure out how to deal with them before we can completely establish our great and wholly-sugar filledness there.

HPB Land is our current main project, and I hope we can manage that along with working on the Capital. The Capital is the Next project, while we still work on HPB Land. I agree it is still a main issue, but people have pointed out to me that we need a capital, so I am trying to address that issue as well. I mean to be helpful and to fully address everyone’s concerns. If it doesn’t seem this way, I’m sorry, but I am doing my best under the circumstances.

Great Chief TMFA-No, we just happen to hold these positions. We trade with Zemtee, as any country would, but Zemtee doesn’t “own” them. Zemtee happens to have a similar goal to all of the Muse lands, spreading Muse, having free lands, etc.
