OH MY GOSH!!! I’m actually blogging. It’s kind of strange. I’ve never done this before. I LOVE DA MUSES!! If you must know about me, I am a 7th grader in TEXAS (obviously the best state ever) but that would be prejeduce. And possibly racist. I am a synesthyic (I can never remember how to spell that) and my name is pink-blue-turquoise-black-red. Also it smell s of cherry. I see MUSE as a black and orange checked thing that smells of cheese (don’t ask). My stepdad’s carlot also smells of cherry. And it is green. I write sideways. My eyes can go 2 directions at once and so can my brothers. I am feeling very of random now. So I will go before I bore someone to death. I would then get sued. What if the car next to you was blasting something that tasted horrible? *Suddenly, a pie comes from nowhere and hits SupremeMuser2000 in the back of the head* Bet you didn’t see that coming. thanks for the pies, guys! i might be a synesthesiac. i see colors sometimes when i taste things, and some names and words sound cold, and others sound warm, and others sound dark. For instance, Jadestone is cold, emeralda7 is dark. I come on here a lot because I have had a lot of days off recently.

to me, my screenname is kind of like green tea and chocolate, eaten at the same time. Except for the umlaut. The umlaut is crunchy.

What exactly does a marker smell like? Even I don’t know that. Probably because I don’t smell markers. There is nothing wrong with smelling a marker. Unless it’s a permanent marker and you…well…you know. I have done neither of these things.

36-to me Isabella is warm and golden. Otzi is cold.Arianna is warm and red. Everybody feels/sees/smells/tastes/hears different things than me! I don’t get it! 50-have you eaten crayons? I tried one of them when I was 4. it was one of those ones that had a food name, and i wanted to see if it tasted like the food. It tasted like wax. i never ate a crayon again. it was interesting.
I ate a crayon once. I then threw up.
51) Hmm… I’m not sure if I’ve ever eaten crayons… I don’t think they would have tasted very good though.

Welcome! For starters, this isn’t a chatroom, so you shouldn’t expect instant replies.
63-welcome! i’m not sure exactly how to help though. If you’ve already read the rules and the HG2MB and still feel lost, i recommend you just observe until you figure out what’s going on.
64-I live in California, but there are MBers from all over. Most of us are from the U.S. though not all.
65-people arent always on all the time. sometimes you have to wait ages to even get your posts moderated. just be patient. We also dont usually appreciated one person making multiple posts in a row on the same thread. Some people do this, but it’s generally considered to be annoying and pontless. If you really do have a lot to say, try saying it all in one post. Or better yet, you may not need to say it all at all.

That’s my test recipe for plan Mostly Harmless. Pumpkin at the bottom, Chocolate filling mixed w/ green tea on top of that. A layer of banana slices, LOTS o’ sticky caramel, whipped cream, and, finally, topped with pomegranite seeds and glazed. Stings, but doesn’t injure. Too badly. Very sticky. The honey glaze holds the pomegranite seeds on well. *shouts over shoulder to fellow pie technician* I THINK IT COULD USE SOME PECANS IN THE BOTTOM OF THE DISH! *Pie technician nods*

I think the actual word is “synesthetes.” True synesthesia is rare, but it may be one of those traits (like eidetic memory) that is much more common in children than in adults. If so, some of you Musers may notice it starting to fade soon.

100- darnit. that was why i left last june. well, can we all try to keep it going the way its been? it seems the flow of newbies has died down a bit after monty’s letter.
100-What are synesthetes?
103- People (like me) who can do one or more of these things:
1) See colors when they hear a word, song, letter, number, ect.
2) Taste a word, music, letter, number, ect.
3) Depict personalities between things like words, numbers, the alphabet,music, ect.
I do all of those. For example, today in my science class, we were talking about the components of the atmosphere. The word oxygen was red while Ozone was green. It’s all very strange really.
Did I mention smelling the stuff as well? That happens to me occasionally. Sometimes I dread being a synesthete.
