Well, for the two middle weeks in June we’re going to China, and they day after the night we get back I leave for hockey camp for a week, and then I havn’t got a clue what we’re going to do. I would like to sleep in, though.
Write! Write write write write write! RRRs, Script Frenzy, and of course my novels that I’m going to try to finish before school. I think I’m going to go to some music festival in August, I’ll have my birthday, I’ll move to another town. Lots going on, but not much planned.
On June 19th we get outta school, on June 20 something-or-other I go to SEP (summer enrichment program) (or in english ‘camp for smart people) (:razz:) for about 2 weeks and then I go to Hilton Beach, Ontario Canada for a week and then I start filming a whole bunch of parodies of songs my friends and I have made as music videos. Yeah. I’m pretty booked.
I’m taking creative writing for the last two weeks of June again. I’m going to a lake in Oregon at the end of July. In August I might work at the State Fair. Throughout the summer, I plan to write, read and enjoy myself as well as try to get some of my extended essay done and take my third behind the wheel and practice driving as I really ought to get my license. Oh, and get my permit renewed if need be.
We’re going to Mexico! For 2 weeks…end of June/beginning of July. It’s the first time we’ve been out of the country (except Canada) since I was in 2nd grade, when we went to South Africa.
We’re also going to Bay View, MI where we go every summer.
And I hope to go to D.C. for a Kokonvention in August!
I’m already in Williamsburg, and we’re going to DC in a few days. spelling bee n 9 days. *gulp*
after that a few weeks at home, then six weeks at CTY (LMU) with only 2 days at home in the middle.
Sailing, hosting a French kid’s home stay, traveling to Austrailia with People to people, sailing. I sail all year round…

This thursday (my last day) I’m leaving to Paris! I’m staying meeting my two sisters there, and staying for two weeks. It’ll be the first time I’ve been since I lived in France in 3rd grade.
I’m also going to camp (in California) and band camp (in Prescott) later on, and possibly taking some art classes.

Very hectic travel plans for summer. I leave for Albequerque for climbing Divisionals in the beginning of June. That lasts for two days, directly after which I fly to LA (via Houston, because Continental has no direct flight ), meet up with the delegation, and fly to Australia. And then a week after that it is (hopefully) time for climbing Nationals in Michigan. Ugh. All that time in planes… *shudder*

Oh good, so I’m not the only one who thinks Imagine is somewhat boring. I thought that I was just stupid and therefore should not be getting it. Send :idea:s to gnaw its editors anyway. I qualify for CTY this year because I took the PLUS in 6th grade, but I’m not going. I have to take the SAT next year and score well to qualify for the summer after 8th grade. I might go, but I don’t know what course to take… suggestions, fellow musers?

Afterwards, school rears its possibly ugly and possibly quite tolerable head, and I become one of Them for either a miserable or an enjoyable four years, during which my creativity grows cobwebbed in a dark corner of my mind, until I fall over dead for lack of writing time. Oh woe is me that I should come to such a horrible end!
Okay, you get the picture. I’m probably being over-dramatic, but I am NOT looking forward to it. My dad says that as long as I take foreign languages it should be fun, but it is at his behest that I am going in the first place. I know I like learning, but do I like the place and system in which I will learn these things? Am I going to get poor grades because I am hopeless in math? The list of doubts goes on.
I get out soon, but I’m going to Blairstown with my school until half-way through this Friday, when I have flute lesson. I’m leaving today, and won’t be able to get on.

I am incredibly annoyed right now. Incredibly. You have a total of about two weeks less school then us all together! (when you take into account all the holidays) We have a week off next week, but then it is all the way until the 25th July. And then we have to come back at the same time you do. (roughly) You get three months or something right? We have five weeks. Oh yes. It sucks. I do like having lots of holidays throughout the years though, so really I like being here. But around this time of year I get incredibly annoyed… I’ll leave now before I offend anyone.

I visited the new building last week. It’s not as interesting as the Marquette Building was. No Mozart in the elevators, for one thing. The old building had attitude.

I like my part best. It’s near the water and it’s rainy and temperate. Of course, Santa Barbara is very nice too, if you like nice misty mornings and lemons and lovely smells. I do. I can’t say anything about the rest of the country, since I’ve only been in a small portion of it, but my advise is go to Ireland instead.
Anyway, I get out on the fifteenth…but I’m going to be skipping so much the last couple of weeks, so I guess it doesn’t matter. As soon as ATYP is over (TWO more weeks, including tomorrow!), life shall begin again. And…yeah. *le sigh*
As far as I know, I’m going to Pennsylvania (yet again), and maybe on a camping trip to South Manitou. And hopefully D.C. for the Kokonvention My bro shall be in Europe for a month (again)…but luckily…:)
And I shall be going to a flight camp And hopefully Shakespeare camp :/…should the excess drama subside.
OH. AND. I have to go to school. I got two points below the minimum on the math placement test at KAMSC, so I have to take a remedial Algebra course for a month. And I am PISSED. At them and my teacher, because our class goes too bloody slow. XD
But I really, really can’t wait until summer. I am just SICK of school. I really really am. It’s burning me out. I want to take a break and remember what goes on in life, apart from panics and stresses and duedates and rumours and councellors’ offices. I want…a revival.
Our teachers finally stopped giving us homework… a day before school ends. We are actually going to have a party *gasp* that is like……..wierd beyond wierd on our team at school.
I am really scared, becuase i have a B in math, and if i get a bad grade on the test we took today (our teacher makes KILLER test, they fry your brain even if you know what you’re doing) then i will have a C on my report card.
This summer i have no idea what i am going to do besides the main things already scheduled, besides daydream. Any suggestions to do with friends beside invite them to sleepover and stay up until 5 in the morning?
75- cool!!! I only made it to 5 once too, i was at my friends who is in 5th grade (younger than me) and all her fifth grade friends were there. They didnt let me sleep until 6 becuase they wouldnt be quite and woke me up by accidentally walking on me at 8 the next day. Unfortunately that next day was the day i went to swan lake with two girls from my dance class at the fox, and i fell asleep during the last scene (best part) when she dies, and the guy she falls in love with does too (typical). But i didnt fall asleep from boredom, it was from lack of sleep just for the record.
75- At my b-day party last year, we stayed up ’till 6 am. Then we fell asleep untill nine. ‘Twas very fun, and since we were in the basement perentals wern’t there telling us to go to sleep every 10 minuts
I’m leaving for an Australia/New Zealand student trip on the 16th, can’t wait! If there’s a computer available somewhere I’ll say hi. If not, I won’t be back until the 6th.
I went to China earlier this summer. It was awesome! There was a Muse reader there but I don’t know if she comes on here. I’ve also been to Canada, DC, Massachusetts (my Great-Grandma lives there), Las Vegas, and the Grand Canyon. I went on a heliocopter into the canyon and had lunch on a boat at the bottom. It’s amazing how quiet it is down there.
88-I know, but it was the summer vacations thread, so why not? I went to Seattle. We used to have family there, my cousin Cally, (dunno how to spell it, we never see them) her mom Sheila, and I dunno her dad’s name. But that was a long time ago. Now they live in Michigan. I was really little and thought we were going to “see Attle”. That was totally pointless…sorry.
93-We went to Niagra Falls. That is all I know, I was six, sorry. You are SOOOO LUCKY!!!! I want to go to France so much!!!! Was it awesome?!

THe only highlight of my otherwise boring summer was seeing S.K.I.N. *__* Huge names in Japanese music. Well maybe not Miyavi, but I love him so fakjdvjssgj. FOUR ROWS AWAY. -dies- Anime Expo in general was okay. Other than that though, I didn’t do much of anything.
102-Sorry I’m taking so long to reply. I’m becoming detached from the internet. I was all over China. I left June 30th from Cleveland and we got to China out of LA. We went to Beijing, Xian, Shanghai, Suzhou, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. We got back during the 15th through 17th of July, but the jet lag causes a problem remembering which day. I’m eventually going to send a picture to Muse.
104- We went to all those places except for Hong Kong. We went from June 9th and came back on the 23, so the muse reader wasn’t me I guess.
I took two pictures of me reading Muse I’m intending to send in, one at the Terra-cotta warriors and one at Hua mountain.

I like my part best. It’s near the water and it’s rainy and temperate. Of course, Santa Barbara is very nice too, if you like nice misty mornings and lemons and lovely smells. I do. I can’t say anything about the rest of the country, since I’ve only been in a small portion of it, but my advise is go to Ireland instead.

Anyway, I get out on the fifteenth…but I’m going to be skipping so much the last couple of weeks, so I guess it doesn’t matter. As soon as ATYP is over (TWO more weeks, including tomorrow!), life shall begin again. And…yeah. *le sigh*
As far as I know, I’m going to Pennsylvania (yet again), and maybe on a camping trip to South Manitou. And hopefully D.C. for the Kokonvention
My bro shall be in Europe for a month (again)…but luckily…:)
And I shall be going to a flight camp
And hopefully Shakespeare camp :/…should the excess drama subside.
OH. AND. I have to go to school. I got two points below the minimum on the math placement test at KAMSC, so I have to take a remedial Algebra course for a month. And I am PISSED. At them and my teacher, because our class goes too bloody slow. XD
But I really, really can’t wait until summer. I am just SICK of school. I really really am. It’s burning me out. I want to take a break and remember what goes on in life, apart from panics and stresses and duedates and rumours and councellors’ offices. I want…a revival.
Every year, when school’s almost out, I start doing worse on my homework. I don’t know why, but I do.
Our teachers finally stopped giving us homework… a day before school ends. We are actually going to have a party *gasp* that is like……..wierd beyond wierd on our team at school.
I am really scared, becuase i have a B in math, and if i get a bad grade on the test we took today (our teacher makes KILLER test, they fry your brain even if you know what you’re doing) then i will have a C on my report card.
This summer i have no idea what i am going to do besides the main things already scheduled, besides daydream. Any suggestions to do with friends beside invite them to sleepover and stay up until 5 in the morning?
Go swimming! Go sailing! Invite them to sleepover and stay up till two in the morning!
I have only been up till five in the morning once.

75- cool!!! I only made it to 5 once too, i was at my friends who is in 5th grade (younger than me) and all her fifth grade friends were there. They didnt let me sleep until 6 becuase they wouldnt be quite and woke me up by accidentally walking on me at 8 the next day. Unfortunately that next day was the day i went to swan lake with two girls from my dance class at the fox, and i fell asleep during the last scene (best part) when she dies, and the guy she falls in love with does too (typical). But i didnt fall asleep from boredom, it was from lack of sleep just for the record.

I went to China earlier this summer. It was awesome! There was a Muse reader there but I don’t know if she comes on here. I’ve also been to Canada, DC, Massachusetts (my Great-Grandma lives there), Las Vegas, and the Grand Canyon. I went on a heliocopter into the canyon and had lunch on a boat at the bottom. It’s amazing how quiet it is down there.

We used to have family there, my cousin Cally, (dunno how to spell it, we never see them) her mom Sheila, and I dunno her dad’s name. But that was a long time ago. Now they live in Michigan. I was really little and thought we were going to “see Attle”. That was totally pointless…sorry.

THe only highlight of my otherwise boring summer was seeing S.K.I.N. *__* Huge names in Japanese music. Well maybe not Miyavi, but I love him so fakjdvjssgj. FOUR ROWS AWAY. -dies- Anime Expo in general was okay. Other than that though, I didn’t do much of anything.
102-Sorry I’m taking so long to reply. I’m becoming detached from the internet. I was all over China. I left June 30th from Cleveland and we got to China out of LA. We went to Beijing, Xian, Shanghai, Suzhou, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. We got back during the 15th through 17th of July, but the jet lag causes a problem remembering which day. I’m eventually going to send a picture to Muse.
104- We went to all those places except for Hong Kong. We went from June 9th and came back on the 23, so the muse reader wasn’t me I guess.
