Twelve hours is also not a long enough time to justify asking, “is anyone here?”. If everyone asked “is anyone here”, the place would be a mad house.

This “blog” is not actually a blog. It is a discussion forum, mainly for those who subscribe to Muse magazine (Musers.) The “blog” is maintained by four people who are known as the Great And Powerful Administrators, or GAPAs. They are:
Robert Coontz. Founder of this website. He enjoys math and physics, and is the senior GAPA. He works for Muse writing the Q&A column.
Rosanne Spector. She is a very pleasant person with an appropriately Musish sense of humor. She works with Robert on the Q&A.
Paul Baker. Claims to be several centuries old, with a dry British wit that would make him fit in quite well on Monty Python. He is an expert on Cheese and Old to Middle English.
Rebecca Lasley. A wonderfully chaotic personage with an almost supernatural skill with Photoshop.
They have to moderate every post before it goes through, so pointless and off-topic posts are discouraged. They do have lives outside the blog (though it might not appear so at first glance.)
