Yay! Thankyou so much!
Hmm… I haven’t been here forever.
why are all the post so pointless?
I have packed my bag, ready to come on the trip.
Huh. I’ve never been here. *toodles off to investigate previous threads*
Ok, I haven’t been on here for a while. Where were we? *goes off to check*
Hem, anyway.
Ag and I have successfully gotten through the vangaurd of the DBB navy- now half of the BBs are defending the Wraith with ag while a small party led by me is fighting on shore. We should be back in a week or so.
:idea:TNÖ:idea:
Excellent. l enjoy a good fight.
Note: l’m having this thread kinda explain my background, while the pie wars are my present.
Dot finishes signing her name on the treaty with a flourish, and gently sets the quill back in the inkwell. With a sigh of relief, she decides it must be nearly time for a slumber. She stumbles off through the underground camp, eventually reaching the door to the currently deserted girls’ quarters. Climbing the ladder to her bunk, Dot fleetingly remembers the delicious dinner Cinnamoon had prepared that evening. The cloudberry pudding had been perfectly seasoned. “But be careful,” the cook had warned, “I added a dash of crushed tuligroot, which causes heavy drowsiness. Be sure to drink a glass of filaburst within the next hour to avoid the, uh, side effects.”
Dot collapsed on the pillow.
“…drink a glass of filaburst…”
“…Be sure…”
“… a glass of filaburst…”
~Many weeks later~
*eyes fly open*
Clash!
aa-eee!!!
SPLAT!
Ohmigosh! I’m on a sandy shore, and–
SPLAT
–I seem to be caught in the midst of a–
*wipes filling from face*
–pie battle!
*squints across the beach, sees TNÖ laboring over what appears to be a pie cannon*
“TNÖ!!! Is that you? Do you need help?!”
jes, we have had this for 3 day, 7 posts. this is bad.
7- Help would be much appreciated.
l’m ready to leave pie isle. l’ve had enough of slavery, and l want to find my lost family in musica, and maybe participate in some pie wars. The problem is that everyone else wants to continue the expidition, and l don’t feel like l can speak up.
HOORAY!!! PART 3!!!
Dot? You OK? I am over next to TNO! We’ve been ambushed by the natives! We were dumb to let our guard off of them! We should have kept watching them, even after the Megaphone of Peace was sounded!
Back in the fort, Alice and Cinnamoon were sitting in the kitchen, eating a crumble.
“Alice, we haven’t heard from those on the expedition yet. It has been a long time. We still have two ships. Maybe we should go after them? What do you think?”
10- Oh, feel free to leave. And you just DID speak up, so the last bit of your post seems to be null and void. LOL.
13- Oh, there’s no need to send a ship after us. We’ve just finished overthrowing the DBBs and such, you know how that goes. We’re on our way back now.
l meant in the expidition. l spoke up in real life.
14- But we don’t know that.
Fine.
~Radio Transmission~
Alice, Cinnamon, there is no need to send a ship after us. We're on our way back now, though perhaps a bit more sugary than we were before. The BBs send their thanks and the DBB tyrants have been teleported to Steve Island.
~Transmission Terminated~
:idea:TNÖ:idea:
POST!
I will! We’re waiting for you to get back, then we can do something! I think what we should do though, is spend a bit of time just detailing everyday life on the isle. Just what we do, what we talk about.
Good idea.
***
So we’re back from Bulyai-Serwaqi and it looks like Ag’s gone off to try his luck elsewhere in Musica. We’ve wrapped up the war and dealt with the hostile parties… A sizeable portion of the Isle has been mapped. There’s honestly not that much to do other than… well, amuse ourselves. Make discoveries. Talk. Go into great detail. (instert diabolical laughter here) And so on.
So what do we talk about?
20- umm.. the meaning of 42?
This morning I got up at about half past seven. I went to visit Agrrrifishi, who was already up, in the garden. I brought some more fruit back to the kitchen, and began to make cloudberry pancakes.
What are the bird natives like?
I thought you were raised by the bird natives? *is confused*
Today will be spent mostly in the lab, improving the more run down RHCBs. It’s long, rather boring work, actually. Cinnamon, those cloudberry pancakes smell delicious, even from down here. I’ll be up in a bit.
First, though, I want to add some, uh, seating of some sort to all the RHCBs. It’s very annoying having to stand up all the time. Then, of course, I’ll have to rework the entire system so it’s operable from a seated position. I figure the seats will take about half an hour; then the rest about three. Sigh…
:idea:TNO:idea:
I hate Windows.
the pancakes are good!
24- l was, but my posts require that the real me knows what they look like.
Oh. *facepalm* duh.
‘Kay, they’re, like, humanoids with feathers and a beak and stuff. And I seem to remember that they were green. But that might be just me. We never really went into great detail about this sort of thing… So feel free to make up details if you need to.
Perfect. Thank you.
***********
l have with me a friend. Rrawk is his name. He’s a bird native who was punished before for slipping me food. He wants to see the world.
TMFA finished eating, and left to do some more work. I started doing the dishes, humming softly. Soon TNO came down, and ate her pancakes. Then she also returned to fixing the robotic bunnies.
After I finished the dishes, I went to help Agrrrifisi in the garden. We planted some more cloudberries, as well as other things. Seeing TMFA on patrol, I went over to talk to him for a while. After this, I went to start making lunch. I finally decided to make a huge omlette.
[finishes working on bunnies]
Now that I have nothing to do ’round here, I have decided to travel out into the not-so-unexplored areas of the Isle and map the area, as well as run some tests. I’m taking an RHCB and Zé with me. Xavier is going to stay behind, and you lot can use him to send messages if you need anything. See ya later.
:idea:TNÖ:idea:
Faether is a bird native.
Alice is locked in her room, doing research. *dramatic music*
31- I don’t think so. The bird natives are evil.
33- he wasn’t rased by them.
Not all bird natives are evil! Rrawk isn’t!
Generally, no species is “all evil” or “all good”.
anyways, I’m back, and I see that my lands of da grapes are in wreckage! Must…rebuild!
I see your point. 37- Have we seen you around under a different name before?
nerdz_rool has been around for a long time, always, as far as I know, under the same name.
nerdz_rool (9/3/06), according to who’s here. I recall him for as long as I’ve been here too….
Red-tailed HAWK
O.k then. I just haven’t seen him around the isle, so I was wondering if he was a new arrival.
40-Quick question: Why are we giving Alive chocolate? Is it because she doesn’t have a computer?
Anyway, Cinnamoon told me that this thread needed me…tell me what’s up, and I’ll help.
(42) Alice’s house burned down. She and her parents and her sister all escaped unharmed, but their pets (cats and parakeets) all died, and the family lost almost everything.
oh my goodness! poor Alice, that is absolutely terrible. I’m really glad she and her family are safe. alice (if you ever read this) my heart hurts for you.
42- We need you because we need to think of something to do, that will put a bit of action back on the thread, and none of the rest of us can think of anything. Or maybe someone has a bright idea, they just haven’t said anything yet. So, any ideas? Anyone?
43-Omygosh, I had no idea!!!!!!!!
*gives Alice chocolate, hugs, tears, and comfort, and lots of it!!!*
Well, we could make some stuff, and go in search of people with whom to trade, and we don’t have to have random strange people, we can make a whole ‘nother island, and decide where we want to live, and be separate, yet united…make sense?
That is a great idea!
After a dinner of spaghetti and bread sticks, everyone gathered in the meeting room. I began.
“We’re here to decide what to do next. I know that sounds crazy, but let me explain. Our telescopes have discovered an island slightly to the east, which is not populated. I understand that some of you may wish to explore it, and possibly build up a civilisation. Another option is that the Wraith, and any who want to go with it, leave in search of new lands, and those who do not want to stay here. We could also try and set up trade routes between ourselves and the mainland of Museica, or with ships who are passing by. What do you think is the best option?” I waited for someone else to speak.
Hey! I just thuoght of something really cool! What if the pie cannons shot out citrus pies! Yeah, they’d be gross, but they’d sting! They would be the perfect weapon!! BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!
Hello! ANYONE! HERE! NOW!
Yes, cinnamon?
I lifted my head from the pile of books on the coffee table, where it had been since I had started to come off my major weekend caffeine high. “I don’t see why we can’t pursue all three courses of action. It’s not as if we’re starved for equipment and sailors, after all.”
Finnaly, l got the courage to speak up.
“l for one wish to go to Museica. This island has brought me nothing but trouble all my life.”
“fine, go. YOU have brought us trouble sicne you found us here.
l rose from my chair.
“What are you talk about? l have done nothing but translated and tested food for you! l merely wish to see the world outside of the island that has brought me up so harshly! l must return to Museica, the home of my family!”
If you were talking about when l first came to this thread, you should have been reading more carefully. l said to forget all that past arrogance. l was a human from Museica, and l floated to pie isle in a large pie tin as a baby. l was raised by ab OOB, but l was discovered and enslaved by the bird natives. The OOBs and a bird native named Rrawk were my only friends. Now only one OOB remains. *sigh*
I sat up, grimmacing. “TMfA, that was uncalled for. Ag is right, he’s been an incredible help. And, anyway, we’re all-” I ducked quickly “-musers here.”
“Agagbag, if you wish to return to Musica, then go with all your support behind you. We wish you well for the future.”
“I wholeheartedly agree. May your pies fly straight, and your face stay clean.”
“good bye, and no luck” I say, with a grin. “or luck, if you need it.”
“Hem, anyway, enough with the sentimental goodbyes. Me, I’d like to start to colonize the new island.” I paused. “Also, what shall we call the aforementioned island?”
“pi island?”
“No, you have to say it right; Ï€ Isle…”
l bowed, inwardly grimacing at the mispronunciation of my name. Despite the common usage of agagabagabag these days, these people were new to my language, as l was to theirs.
“Thank you. l may needing luck, because Rrawk and l travel only in small boat with few crates of berries. Goodbye.”
l left the room.
someone feel like giving me a random part in this saga? im too confused to include myself….
Sure! I’ll put you in.
The meeting left us knowing nothing except that we wanted to expore pi isle. I was walking along the beach the next day, in the mid afternoon, thinking about the future, when I saw a small boat, far out at sea. It appeared to be in trouble. I, being near my ship, the Wraith, brought it out to the boat, intending to rescue the occupier. The young woman inside climbed aboard.
“Who are you?” I asked. She began speaking in Latin. I understood some of what she was saying, but not all.
“Pardon?” I asked.
“Oh, sorry,” she said, “I’m Greekgurl. My boat there, the Geek Freak hit a storm. Who are you?”
“I am Cinnamon Moon, cook, and acting captain of this fine ship, the Wraith. We have a center on Pie Isle, over there. Would you like to come with me, and you can have some food and rest.” She followed me to the camp.
Greekgurl, change any details if you want.
anyways…I return to my land again! Gosh, I keep forgeting the thread… My land, the grapes, is in smushy ruins!
*pokes land*
oh, thats better!
66- Um… What land are you talking about?
67-I remember I used to own the grapes!
68- Are you sure you’re on the right thread? I’ve been on here from the start and
a) I’ve never seen you before.
b) There are no lands of grapes here.
Sorry! I think you may be thinking of the Pieceful Pie Planet though?
69- Grape is a country in the flavor continent.
69-oh yes~! the peaceful pie planet!
*goesthereinstead*
For many days, rrawk and l were sloshed about in our rough little boat. Finnally, we came up on the shores of a land called boshire…
Deeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaad thread.
Reeaaaaaallllyyy Deeeeeeeeaaaaad thread.
I wish it wasn’t dead! I would like to know what is going on here: do you write yourself into the story? what is the story? am I interrupting annoyingly?
75- it’s to konfusing. search for pie isle in the box, and find part one. read part one, the two, then three.
73- It’s not dead. However, nothing currently is happening.
I’m ba-ack! And wow, I’ve been gone a while. Like, since October! *_*
*hem* Anyhoo, Turquiose, you’re not interupting at all. Feel free to join…
I stood on the deck of the Observation Tower, peering through my telescope at Pi Isle. A heavy fog covered the entire isle, making it difficult to discern any details. This was somewhat disconcerting to me, for I rather enjoy being able to see where I’m going. However, the fog showed no sign of abating and I decided that the best thing to do would be to gather a group of unwilling victims volunteers to venture onward to the new and unknown territory.
Who’s with me?
:idea:TNÖ:idea:
I sigh.
” Look, I’m leaving too. the war in home home of Flavor Island has stirred up, and former captain of the Lemon-lime Army Jadestone is starting an Attack on the Land that took the country. I Must go help them.”
I delarce this dead.
I second that statement.
I third that statement.
I’d join and help wake this thread up, as I often do with the adventure threads, but I don’t really want to read the first two threads right now. If I knew what was going on, I’d help! *hinthint*
Red-tailed HAWK
I fourth that statement.
If we try to bring this thread back to life, I will help out.
Alright! To life, good thread!
RtH- Basically, Dotty Kay discovered pie isle. She invited Necromancer and her crew to help her colonise it. We had adventures. Then Necromancer was forced to leave. I am currently captain of the Wraith. We had a battle with the bunnies of many colours. We built a colony underground.
So, what should happen next?
We leave.
What, everyone?
Come on, everyone! I believe Pie Isle should not be forgotten! It is an important Muse discovery! Think about it: we have discovered the last living OOB here, along with at least twenty new species of Colored Bunnies. We have had a War that shall forever mark the Musiverse’s general feelings towards ALL Colored Bunnies. I believe we should start up again! Come on guys, why don’t we try to bring this old thread back into its hey-day?
As soon as I hit the submit button, I had an idea. Perhaps we all WERE gone for a while, realizing after the Bunny War that Pie Isle really was of no use to us. And then someone discovered an old piece of information from Necromancer’s log and we set forth out to Pie Isle again. I’ll start.
I stood on the deck of the ship. The island was crowded in mist that slowly cleared as the ship drew closer. I prayed to the heavens that the information I had discovered in Necromancer’s log wasn’t just dreamer’s dreams, but fact. There was something wrong with the island, I noticed as we drew close. Our fort on the beach was gone. Where was everything?
What’s the important information?
IDK. We’ll have to make it up as we go along.
OK. I was the last one to post on here, so I will go again.
The ship pulled into the dock, or where the dock used to be. What happened to all our hard work. The fort was gone. All that was left were a few burnt pieces of wood. I got onto the beach, with the rest of the crew behind me. Puzzled, we looked around. Nothing. Everything was gone. One thing bugged me: Where were the bunnies?
“The Bunnies are gone.” I yell from behiend a tree. “I’ve been here many times. they killed each other soon after we left.”
Ooo, this thread is coming back to life! Can I join?
93- Be our guest! I would have got here sooner, but I’ve been in Italy.
I’m going to re enter the story later. I couldn’t bear to leave Pie Isle, and, as my ship was crewless, I decided to stay in case we ever needed it again. However, when the fort burned down, I fled deep into the heart of the island. Now that musers have once again returned, maybe I’ll finally tell someone how the terrible deed was done….
I was walking through the forest, trying to avoid the area where the fort once stood, when I heard voices. They were coming from the place where I never went, but it wasn’t just TMFA this time. There was someone else… A voice I hadn’t heard for five years… I had to go see. Walking from the trees, I saw the speaker.
“Donaldo?” I gasped. The two turned to me.
“Cinnamoon? You’re still here?”
“I am. And I haven’t left the island once.”
“Then you know how the fort…” I cut him off.
“Yes.”
“Was it bunnies?”
“Oh no. It was much, much worse than bunnies. You’ve read Necromancers log?”
“Yeah, I have.”
I whispered two words in his ear. His mouth grew wide with horror. TMFA looked at him, and he nodded.
“No way. It couldn’t have been!”
” I was sure Agagabagabag destroyed them!”
“So did I – until two years ago.”
“I think we need to talk to agagabagabag about this, but I haven’t seen him since I left Pie Isle last time. We went our separate ways.” I turn my head as something moves in the brush, but nothing is there. Must be my imagination, but still I am wary.
“I agree. But…” I screamed, pointing towards the bay.
Donaldo and TMFA spun around, only to see the two ships anchored there flaming. Burning with the same strange flames that had destroyed the fort and the Wraith.
Ooh, it’s alive again! *jumps in*
From my vantage point in the trees, I saw the two ships burst into flames. I sprinted down to the beach as fast as I could go.
“This whole thing was a TRAP! Did you know about this, Cinnamoon?” I asked.
“No. I didn’t! I swear. I didn’t even know those ships were yours until you guys came up here and I saw you.”
My mind was flooding with questions. The bird-monsters were dead, the bunnies would never be able to organize this well, nor overtake most of the crew…The crew! I hope everyone got out alright! I took off in the ships direction.
I ran after Donaldo towards the ships. I was terribly worried. My mind was on the ships, and I didn’t see the other person also running along the beach, until I collided with her.
“Sorry…” I said, looking up. “TNO? What are you doing here?”
I grinned. “Hallo, Cinnamoon. Fancy meeting you here. As to what I’m doing here, I’ve been living near an old bunny colony, researching, experimenting, same as always. Now come on!”
I turned and continued sprinting towards the ship. I heard Cinnamoon’s footsteps behind me.
POST! NOW!
POSTED! NOW!
105- not pointless, perhaps?
I reached the ship, or what was left of it. The flames seemed to have risen up just long enough to destroy the foundations of the ship, and then went out, leaving the shiips to sink. Gone was the secret Captain Necromancer had left behind about Pie Isle. Gone were our compasses. Gone was our food, our maps, our weapons, our way home! What would we do?
I stood in shock as the Wraith slipped beneath the waves. I squinted, trying to see if the crew had gotten off alright, but couldn’t make anything out against the sun’s glare.
“What’ll we do?” moaned Donaldo beside me. “All our supplies are gone, and we’re stranded here!”
“Maybe,” I answered. “But my camp isn’t too far off, and there’s enough food for all of us. And we can salvage the ruins in the last RHCB.”
((Can we join?))
109- YES! Yes! Join! This thread is pretty much dead, though.
This thread is dead! *listens to echoes*
This thread is Dead! All hail this thread!
Hail!
R.I.P. Dead thread
This thread is not dead. This thread had been almost dead for the better part of a year, and we’re not going to let it die on us now, are we?
“That is, if your camp is still there. My guess is that if the…” I stopped. “You know. If they care enough to destroy our ships, then they’re not going to let your camp, and our hopes of survival, stand. I think that they must have burned the ships for a reason – we don’t know what that is, but the odds are, it’s not going to be nice. We need a plan, Ideas?”
Can someone give me a summary, please?
Haloo… Can I please have a summary? I’d like to join.
Yes, summary. Umm… the ship Wraith, captained by Necromancer, arrived at Pie Isle, summoned by emigrant Dotty Kay. We fought bunnies and bird natives and built an underground fort. At some point Necromancer left and I became acting captain of the Wraith. Then the fort burned down, and everyone except TNO and I left. Then, some years later, Donaldo returned. Then his ship and the Wraith were burned down by a creature that agagabag had written about years ago.
118- Oh. How do I incorporate myself?
*comes back 7 months later*
Is anyone still here? I have an idea that might bring this thread back to life…
120- Shoot. And while you’re at it, can you think of a way I can incorporate myself?
I guess you could be a survivor from a sunken Museican ship. I figure that’s how most people got here…
You can start by describing yourself, what happened, and your long, tiring swim to the island. I’ll make my abrupt arrival shortly thereafter.
122- Okay; will do.
My arms felt like lead. I had swam for who knows how long. I was starting to sink, but I had to reach the island, I had to survive…
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
My name is Zinc, daydreamer. I have long, brown hair usuually tied in a braid down my back. I’m very pale, with ivory colored skin and turquoise eyes. I’m fourteen, and good with my hands. I’m clumsy, though. I have a fear of spiders.
I was on the ship when it sunk. Now, I was swimming for dear life.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I finally reached a point where I could stand. I looked at the beach, and saw some figures in the distance.
I’m here.
*Comes onto thread*
*wonders what to do*
125: Notice me…?
126- *Notices zinc*
*wonders what they should do.*
*Black-footed ferret crashs*
128- I think you mean the Zommer…wait–the Zommer was shot down, wasn’t it? Didn’t we take over a bunny ship? *confused*
Anyhow, I’m CC (Carbon Copy) IBCF, who came into existence when the original IBCF copied himself so that he could participate on two different ships. I am fifteen, with pale skin, brown eyes, and short dark hair. I am loyal, brave (mostly), cheerful, and sometimes foolish.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I climbed out of the wreckage, with several cuts and bruises, but thankfully nothing too serious. I glanced around the ship anxiously. “Is everyone alive? TMFA? Kiwimuncher? Hello?”
I sat on the sand, shivering, even in the midday sun. I clambered up to a tree, leaned back against the trunk, and fell asleep, my hat tipped over my eyes.
((Hello? Pie Island people? Get over here!))
I am here! Unscathed! *dusts off self* What I loverly place!
*notices Zinc* Well, hello Zinc! Fancy meeting you here!
((132- I don’t think we know Zinc yet…))
A girl was leaning against a tree, asleep. I wondered if she knew about this island, if she might be able to help us. “Hello!,” exclaimed kiwimuncher. “Fancy meeting you here.”
I slowly came out of slumber, then just layed there, drying myself off. I heard a voice say, “Hello! Fancy meeting you here!” I pushed my hat up from my face so I could see. People were standing there. I stood up, facing them.
((May I join? How do I join? What’s going on?))
135- just write yourself in. Work out how you got onto pie isle, and then write about it.
135: Um, I don’t know.Ask the people who’ve been on here longer than I have.
134= “Who are you?,” I asked. “Do you live here?”
((136- Where are you right now, Cinnamoon?))
Let me see…
I’m with Donaldo and TNO and anyone else who is there, deciding what we should do.
“Look,” I said, “we really need a plan. The climate’s pretty warm here, and it’s getting dark. Maybe we should sleep here on the beach tonight. It’s doubtful that anything we built here is still here, so we should just rest and think about it in the morning.”
Looking down the beach for a good spot to sleep, I saw a few people clustered around a tree. I nudged my companions and pointed. “Who’re they?”
“Let’s go find out.” TNO said, and we walked down the sandy shore.
Oh look! More people! Hello everyone!
My companions and I have been shipwrecked here after our long, merry excursions exploring Museica. What brings you here on this fine day?
When we reached the group, a young woman said,
“My companions and I have been shipwrecked here after our long, merry excursions exploring Museica. What brings you here on this fine day?” I glanced at Donaldo and TNO, and then answered.
“I am Cinnamoon, captain of the ship that was,” I pointed out into the bay, “The Wraith. I have lived on Pie Isle since its discovery. This is TNO, who also has lived here for some time. She is an engineer, and in the past has built many fine machines and robots. And this is Donaldo, who left Pie Isle to seek adventure elsewhere, but has now returned. We have explored Pie Isle in depth, along with others, who have all left now. Pray, may I ask, have you visited Pie Isle before? Do you require assistance?”
141- “No, we’re newcomers. We foiled an HPB plot involving a giant bunnifier laser and a satellite in space…but our ship ran out of fuel on the way back and crash landed here. So you say you live here…do you know much about this place?”
142-
“Ah. We have foiled several plots by the evil creatures of this island, often resulting in banishment to Steve Island – you may have passed it. Do we know much about this place? Well, that is a hard question to answer. We have explored some sections of it, and we have mapped it. We thought we knew the extent of the evilness on this fail isle, but it seems we were wrong. There is another creature, documented years ago…”
“What kind of creature?” The man asked. TNO leaned over and whispered in his ear, and he looked shocked. He whispered to his companions, who also looked horrified.
“Yes. Those creatures. They have destroyed our ships – my ship, which I took charge of years ago from the good captain Necromancer, and Donaldo’s ship. As well as this, they have destroyed the underground forts that we lived in when we lived here last, and we believe that they have probably destroyed the other structures that we had built here by now. It is most likely. We were just discussing what we are to do now, and had decided to sleep on the beach tonight, for it grows dark.” I noticed that one of the new comers was barely able to stand, and turned to her. “Do you need medical aid? I believe that Donaldo… ” I looked at him.
(Donaldo and TNO, I hope you don’t mind that I’m dragging you along like this, I just thought that while the story’s alive, better keep it living! You can change any details that you want to.)
I woke up on an unfamiliar shore, with no knowledge of who I was or how I had gotten there.
There were people, gathered around someone else. Where was I? Who was she? I didn’t know. I tried to stand, but collapsed again. My head was pounding.
No, I don’t require medical aid. I’m just exhausted after…… wow that was a long escapade. But it sounds like Pie Isle good use a good does of exploration! Of course, that problem you mentioned could be a potentail road block. I suppose we could remedy that, after a good dose of napping though…….
Oh my! Look! There’s someone lying over there! I think she’s hurt! What do we do?!
We ran down the beach towards the person lying down, who we had just noticed. One of the newcomers knelt down, pulling out a bag.
(( Kiwi muncher, I meant Zinc when I asked about medical aid. Doesn’t matter though. :)))
“No, I don’t believe I need medical aid, but I do believe this person does,” I said as knelt down next to the girl, pulling out my bag. I took out a long piece of linen and wrapped it around her arm, which there was a gash. The girl blearily opened her eyes, and said, “Where am I? Who are you?” “You’re at Pie Isle. My name is Zinc.” “My name is IBCF,” said one of the boys. “I’m Cinnnamoon,” said Cinnamoon. “This is TNO, and this is Donaldo.” She gestured to the others. “And I’m Kiwi!” said the last person. “Who are you?” Cinnamoon asked her. “I’m… I’m not too sure.” she said.
Donaldo? TNO?
146) Oops. My bad.
Oh dear! Well, whoever you may be, we’ll help you! You’ll be up on your feet and zippity do da’n around before you know it! In fact, I’ll make myself useful! I used to be a ship’s chef a while ago! *rolls up sleeves* *goes off to find some nourishing grub*
“Do any of you know me?” I asked. “I’m not too sure that I know myself, but do you know what happened? How did I get to this Pie Isle?”
150: Rose Quartz is pretty.
“Well, it looks like you were on the same ship I was, but we sunk.” I said, looking at the girl to see if I remembered her face. “You must’ve hit your head on a plank of falling wood or something, and the waves were merciful and carried you here, to safety.”
I followed after kiwi muncher.
“I used to be the cook for our fortress here, and I’d be happy to help you identify any of the strange plants that grow here. There are many wonderful foods that aren’t found anywhere else in the world.”
152) I know, right? See, look at this! I don’t what it’s called, but I’ve seen it somewhere before…….. *holds up spikey, blue and red fruit* It’s quite fleshy and sweet! Excellent in spreads……. Now, where have I seen it before…… *racks brain* I think on some merchant ship somewhere. The chef on it shows me a few tricks with these fruits and a lovely recipe for tarts………
“Does anyone know my name?” I asked. “Where was the ship going to, anyway?”
“I’m sorry, I don’t remember your name. We were exploring Museica.” I said to the girl. “Maybe you should pick your own name.”
“So Cinnamoon, do you know anything more about the creatures on this island? We might have to defend ourselves…”
*As person who was already here*
“Brother! I havent seen you since we left Lime!”
157- Huh? Brother?
CC IBCF, who had followed us, asked,
“So Cinnamoon, do you know anything more about the creatures on this island? We might have to defend ourselves…”
“Well,” I replied, “we shouldn’t have problems, but that doesn’t mean anything. On Pie isle you find bird natives, who are evil, hedgehog natives, who I believe are good, and all sorts of bunnies. And I mean ALL sorts of bunnies. You’ll probably see sooner or later. Some are bad, some are good, but most are bad. However, in each group of creatures, there were a few who were the ringleaders, and they’ve all been transported to Steve Island, which they can’t get off. Since then, all these creatures have been quiet, as they didn’t have any leaders. Now, however, as… you know what has become active, we don’t know. They could have stirred up the other creatures and be leading them. As far as defence, welll….. I can’t really remember. We generally fight with pies, though…”
I turned to kiwimuncher, and saw the fruit that she was holding. “Hey, that’s a cloudberry!” I exclaimed. “You’re right, those are great! They don’t grow in the wild too much though… at least not on this side of the island…” I looked around us, and pushed through some tall filiburst trees. I knew where we were. In the middle of a huge clearing, there was a pit of some sort, like the ground had collapsed. I leant against a tree to steady myself, and called back through the trees-
“TNO! Donaldo! You might want to come see this.”
“TNO! Donaldo! You might want to come see this.”
We sped through the forest towards Cinnamoon’s voice. A large clearing opened up, and there was…a big pit.
“What is this?” I asked.
((143- no problem. but I’m back now!))
I heard Cinnamoon’s shout and came running.
“What is…” I trailed off as I saw the pit. I glanced around, taking in the surroundings. “It wasn’t like this this morning,” I said, quietly. “Maybe when we were distracted by the ships…?”
I stared sadly down at the pit.
“It’s totally destroyed. Not just ransacked, but destroyed,” I said to my companions. “This isn’t good. For some reason, they don’t want us to have any way of escape or shelter. We’re trapped in the open, and I’m guessing that when it gets totally dark,” I glanced at the sun, which was quickly sinking over the horizon, “they’ll be back.”
((Does anybody have any idea what ‘they’ are? I don’t know, and it would help if we could stop refering to them in whispers.))
*As ship’s captain*
Wow. I can’t belive that TMFA came back to this muse forsaken island in the middle of no where.
We’re going to rebuild the fort, and set sail.
((162- No…))
163- “Unless they get us first, of course.”
“We’ll have to make some makeshift fortifications,” I said. “Immediately. We can’t afford for them to catch us out in the open…” I paused. “We could try to get to the HCB camp. They’re our allies, after all.”
165- “HCBs? I suppose those are Hot Cerulean Bunnies?”
166-“Of course,” I said. “They were some of our first allies upon arrival at Pie Isle. Shall we?”
167- “Well, I don’t have any better ideas…so, which way?”
I glanced around for a moment, getting my bearings. “There,” I said, pointing. We left the site of wreckage.
We traipsed through the forest. I looked up at the trees, looking for birds. As a result, I tripped over a branch. “Oof,” I said. My vision made contact with something. I crawled over to it.
We paused as Zinc seemed to see something. “What is it?” I asked.
“Zinc?”
You’re right TMFA! *eats cloudberry tart* It’s really time to set sail! Unfortunately, I don’t exactly have a ship right now, seeing as the Zommer got bunnified and then crashed. And we have no building materials. I can only hope that Cheesy is out getting help…….. But building a fort sounds good! *helps build*
The BFF is sailable, as long as we have a sail. which we do. *Set sail*
“I’m fine, I’m fine,” I said, and picked the thing up. It was a faded piece of parchment, yellow against the green. I showed it to everyone else, to see if they could read the letters on it.
We all leaned over the weathered and nearly illegible piece of parchment. I could make out only a few letters, written in a fancy calligraphic hand: “The…t…s…me…av…uo a…ent…last…i…era…on.”
“What? something about the somethings having someone who went last era?”
((TNO – You know what it says, right? Those aren’t just random letters, right?))
((174- How did the BFF get here? The only thing we had when we crashed on this island was the Zommer)).
176- “Weird. I wonder who could have wrote it?”
((174- The BFF is also in my pocket when it’s not sailling. it’s some odd dark matter related thing i discovered while we were going between the many universes.))
((177- I have a vague idea of what it might be. I had a random message in my head when I typed that, but I can’t remember the exact wording…))
“Um…” I said. “‘The… T… S…’ I dunno… But there’s a big blank after that, as if an entire word had been obliterated. ‘Me’…” I sighed. “There’s space enough for that to be the personal pronoun. So this could be a letter, or a message, with a specific reader in mind. ‘Last’, too, seems to be a single word. So possibly this is a message of desperation, or a cry for help. An SOS, if you will.” I sighed once more and passed a hand over my eyes. “But of course, this is all just speculation, and I could be totally wrong. What I do know, though, is that the paper was made here, on Pie Isle. Look,” I pointed, “you see this distinctive pattern, along the edges?” I traced a faint, wavy pattern that ran through the paper. “This paper was made with filiburst fiber.”
173) Alas. Au revoir TMFA! Perhaps we’ll meet agian on the rolling seas!
Gurgle. I need a ship! Where is Cheesy? *is frustrated*
179, 181- “You two can leave, but I’m staying and helping these people on Pie Island.”
180- “Maybe it was a bunny…”
“Bunnies can’t write, can they?” I shook my head. “I think that this was written a long time ago, before we came to pie isle. I think that we weren’t actually the first people here. I think that there was someone here before us, who wrote this. What’s more, I think that they were either killed or forced to leave by the same thing that burnt the ships and destroyed the fort. I think that that’s what they’re talking about in the letter.”
((183- Oh goody, we seem to be thinking along the same line))
“No,” I agreed, “bunnies can’t write, and anyway they have much more permanent methods of transportation. So.” I fingered my sleeve, musing. “The HCBs have been here a while – maybe they can tell us more?”
182) OK. I guess we’ll be parting ways on this thread soon.
OMG! Look it’s a ship! It’s…… it’s…… is that……. yes! It’s CHEESY!
Farewell my friends! I will see you elsewhere, but, for now, tis farewell to Pie Isle and back to exploring the seas for me!
“Goodbye kiwimuncher!” I waved, and then turned back to my friends. “Who were the people who could talk to the bunnies? Are they still here?”
I smiled at that. “I could,” I said. “And I think Ag as well, though he’s no longer here.”
186- “Bye, kiwimuncher!” I stood on the beach as the ship disappeared on the horizon.
188- “Great! Let’s talk to them…”
We headed off towards the HCB camp.
((Who is here at the moment? I am, TNO is, IBCF is… Zinc, are you still here? Who else?))
((The man for aeiou, the brother who’s name is the same as the captain of the BFF.))
((Oh, I thought that you had left? Who’s the brother who’s name is the same as the captain of the BFF?))
((193- Him, I think.))
((191: Everything’s been real screwy and I haven’t been able to go on as often, so… yeah.))
“Oh yes, let’s!” I chirp. What do HCBs look like? I wondered. Does the color hot cerulean exist? Does it hurt your eyes?
((Oh, ok.))
We walked for about ten minutes, pushing through thick undergrowth. Suddenly, I had a thought. Turning to TNO, I said:
“Umm… TNO? Do you know where this place is? I mean, of course we know where it was… but will it still be in the same place? Isn’t it possible that they’ll have fled from… you know?”
I stopped; I hadn’t thought of that. “Ah…” I said.
“We could go there still and see… maybe we’ll learn more about what’s happened, and there’s nothing else to do.” I paused. “Except wait.”
I nodded, and we continued onwards, pushing through the thick growth.
We finally came upon another large clearing. There were…((I’ll let you guys decide if the bunnies are still here)).
definate signs that the HCBs had been there, and also that … they… had been there as well.
I stared around at the clearing. They had been here, very recently. Broken trees were strewn about, the ground ravaged and clawed. I could only imagine the violence that had created those deep gashes.
“Did they escape?” asked Cinnamoon.
“I don’t…” I trailed off, and walked into the clearing, to search for signs that the HCBs had escaped before they arrived. The others spread out as well.
“Here!” I cried. A tuft of blue fur was caught on a twig.
May I join the expedition?
((203-)) We came running over. The fur had been pulled out in a large chunk, caught by a small fork in the twig. “Looks like they were in a hurry…” I murmured. “Hopefully just to get away before they came. There’s no blood, after all…”
((204- Of course. Jump in, we don’t bite. Mostly. ))
204- Of course you can. Just work out a logical way of introducing yourself into the story.
How about I’m a shipwreck survivor… a recent one… and I have made my way across Pie Isle to join the expedition.
Cool. So if maybe if you run across us at the camp of the HCBs?
((207- sounds good))
I sighed.
“This isn’t getting us anywhere. It’s so dark that we can barely see, and we aren’t going to get anything done today. All we can do is try and find the safest place we can to sleep, and take turns taking watch. Lets hope that they don’t decide to attack until tommorow.”
I nodded in agreement. “I’ll take first watch.”
I emerged from the forest into the clearing. I knew there had been HCBs there, and I thought they might have an idea of where the expedition was. ((I presume the HCBs are benevolent?)) I gasped in surprise. The expedition appeared to be encamped there! I rushed into the camp, rejoicing at my good luck.
I asked the nearest human, “What happened to the HCBs?”((whoever wants to can answer))
((212 – yes, they were actually some of our first allies unless I’m very much mistaken…))
I looked up sharply as something rushed into the clearing, relaxing quickly when I saw that it wasn’t them, but a human. Shipwrecked, from the look of it.
She looked around wildly. “What happened to the HCBs?”
“Dunno,” I replied. “We tried to find signs of what happened… but we didn’t make any headway. There’s no blood, though, so we figure that the HCBs must have gotten away before…” I trailed off, waving my hand as I tried to find the words to sum up the destruction we’d seen at the HCB camp.
“Anyway,” I continued, “we decided to set up camp here, just for the night, as it’s relatively sheltered and we’ll be able to get away quickly if they show up.”
“Well, g’night. It’ll certainly be easy to get to sleep with the thought of them jumping out of the bushes and massacring us all.”
213-((good)) “Good,”I said. “A tribe of HCBs gave me shelter in the interior, and I wouldn’t want any killed.”((WHAT ARE THE MYSTERIOUS “THEM”????????? I tried figuring out what they were from past threads, but they only held vuage references.))
((215- er… as far as what “they” are… I don’t think anyone actually knows.))
((215- Nobody really knows… we’re trying to work that out, and in the meantime having as little contact as possible with them.))
“Thanks for that comforting bedtime thought, IBCF,” I said sarcastically. “Any other things to bring to our attention?”
((IBCF – maybe now you should spot something in the bushes behind us?))
((217- I second that idea. IBCF?))
216, 217-((I see))
((IBCF? We’re waiting on you….))
((I third the idea. Come on, please…))
((IBCF!!!! We need you!))
IBCF!
((Gaah! *rushes in* *knocks over things*))
217- “No, not really. Unless you count that little black, fanged, red-eyed exoskeleton-like thing hiding there behind the bushes. G’night.” I turned over, half asleep.
Suddenly my eyes widened.
I spun round, and screamed.
YAAAAAAAAAH! *punches exoskeletal creature in the face* *more red eyes appear* BLACK SKELETONS! RUN!
((Sorry I haven’t been on in a long time, friends. I’ve been very busy.))
I heard IBCF’s yell and whirled around. Around the clearing, red dots were appearing. I chose a place were I thought there were the least skeltons, and ran through there, punching, kicking, and swatting as necessary. Not being a very good runner, I scampered up a tree.
I rushed into the forest, unsure of the potential powers of the skeletons. I grabbed a chunk of stone and hurled it at a skeleton. It whirled about and began to advance. I turned tail and fled deeper into the forest.
The skeletons were swarming like rats. I saw Zinc scramble up a tree, swatting at skeletons that tried to follow.
One of the skeletons rushed at me and I swiped at it with a thick tree branch. Its ribcage went flying but it continued to advance, its eyes glowing menacingly.
“There’s too many!” I shouted. “We’ll have to run!”
“You only just worked that out?” I screamed. I tried to scramble to the edge of the clearing, but the skeletons rushed me, knocking me to the ground. They swarmed over me, and everything went black.
I felt a throbbing pain in the back of my head, and tasted blood.
I seemed to be tied in a cave, dank and cold. The air had a faint scent of decay, cloyingly sweet and nauseating.
Beside me, someone groaned. I rolled my head around – the movement caused a cascade of brilliant white streaks across my field of vision – and squinted, trying to see who it was.
“Cinnamoon?” I asked. “Is that you?”
I must have run halfway across the island before I finally tripped on a branch, tumbling into the dirt. I quickly turned my head and peered warily into the forest. The small black creatures seemed to have given up their pursuit.
The blackness engulfed me, and then…
“Cinnamoon, is that you?” I couldn’t put a name to the voice.
“Who are you?” I asked groggily.
“It’s TNÖ!” I whispered. “Any idea where we are?”
I shook myself, my hair flying out and whacking me in the face. I turned to the source of the voice, and just made out the familiar shape of TNO.
“Zilch. Zero. None whatever.”
I sighed. “Great,” I grumbled. “Presumably we’re imprisoned by the skeletons, hopefully we’re still on Pie Isle… Somewhere…”
There was a sudden snap of a twig. I quickly stood up, my muscles tensed. There were creatures were emerging from the darkness, I could not tell what they were…I could make out fur of a brilliant bluish color, and long prehensile ears…
I looked around me. I was far from the camp, and completely lost. The skeletons did not appear to be pursuing me, Then i heard a crackle behind me. There was a quick movement and a rustle, and when i turned i saw only the undergrowth. Then a small but heavy blue creature dropped on my head, knocking me out.
A bunch of skeletons swarmed under the base of the tree I was perched in. Luckliy, skeletons cannot climb, so after who knows how long, the went away. I breathed a sigh of relief, and started to climb down. But then I stopped as a thought hit me. It was a small rock with the word ‘thought’ inscribed on a piece of paper tied around it. If those skeletons were in the forset somewhere, I couldn’t climb down there right into their clutches. I scurried back up to a high branch, and clenched my teeth. I jumped to a nearby branch of another tree, going in the direction of the wind. I dropped down when I felt in my gut it was time, right in front of a figure.
We both screamed like heck for a few seconds, then I regained my head. “Hi, IBCF,” I said.
((239- I doubt that your sudden appearance would have startled me, I was more focused on the Hot Cerulean Bunnies…))
The bluish creatures looked suspicious, wary, and afraid, but not particularly malevolent. That was a good sign.
Cerulean Bunny: “Who are you? What are you doing here? Are you with…*grimaces* them? Speak up!”
” I don’t suppose we have a plan?”
((241)) “Not yet,” I said cheerfully. “It’ll help when we know where we are…”
I awoke balanced between the ears of a HCB. it was rapidly propelling itself through the trees. As it swung, it muttered “Sorry for the inconvenience. We have to be careful that you’re not in league with them. You’re not, are you? I suppose the interrogator will find out soon…” It approached a hill in which a cave was built. Outside stood a guard. The guard demanded the carrier’s name and a password, then stood aside. The carrier, who’s name appeared to be kloro, continued down a long series of dark passageways…
POST, people, POST.
I squirmed around, trying to see in the darkness. There seemed to be a very faint light, slightly upwards and off to the left of where I was sitting. Very faint, and slightly… Either blue or red, it was surprisingly difficult to tell.
I tugged at the ropes binding my wrists and was very surprised to find that they came loose immediately.
“Cinnamoon?” I whispered. “Your ropes? Are they secure?”
I wriggled.
“Yes. Totally. There aren’t even any knots, it’s just a solid rope. Which, come to think of it, is kinda scary.”
“Very scary,” I agreed. “Especially since that puts a bit of a damper on our escape plans.” I sighed, and began to feel around for sharp rocks with which to cut the ropes. “Nothing,” I muttered after a moment. “They were thorough.”
“Hold it – aren’t you tied up?”
“Not any more,” I said, showing Cinnamoon the frayed ropes. “Which of course leaves us with the question of why I was improperly secured and you weren’t. Perhaps a trick of some kind?”
I awoke in a cave, presumably somewhere in the network of caves that i had been taken into. My hands and legs were securely tied, and i was strapped to a board, preventing rolling. I looked around the chamber. It was bare, with a stone floor and walls with a securely barred door.
((Here’s a question. Are we all imprisoned in the same network of caves? Or in two different locations entirely?))
“That is really weird,” I agreed. “It has to be a trap.”
((250- Are we in a cave?))
Well, i appear to be in a cave, anyway. I support the same-network proposal.
“But why?” I mused allowed. “What would be the point of the trap? I mean, they’ve already captured us. Perhaps they just want us to think it’s a trap? Though of course that doesn’t make much sense either.”
I sighed. “Of course, they are skeletons, presumably. Maybe they think in different ways.”
((251- We’re somewhere dark, anyway. A cave seems as good an option as any.
252- I agree. Cinnamoon?))
((Fine by me))
“You know… I’ve been thinking. What if we’re wrong? What if they and the skeletons… what if they’re all working for somebody else? What if someone we don’t know about is behind all of this, and the skeletons and them are just following orders?”
((253- They’re exoskeletons, actually. Like insects)).
((254- Wait–so the skeletons don’t=them?))
((I was thinking not… They seem more like minions to me. Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong. :D))
((256- Agreed. The skeletons don’t strike me as being able to strike that much fear into our hearts.))
((What do you think about the idea regarding someone controlling the skeletons and them? Skeletons are minions, they are powerful and scary, but they’re all being controlled by one super powerful being?))
(258-(Yes. That was how i thought of them.))
((258- Sounds good. Though of course we don’t know this yet, and could discover it, much to our shock and dismay, later on?))
((Works for me. Please ignore what I said in post 254. Just pretend I didn’t say that, so we can discover it later. At the moment, though, we need to concentrate on escaping… What do you guys think should happen?))
((Hm… Well, in 243 public like a frog mentioned an interrogator… Provided we are all in the same cave network, maybe we could somehow overpower whoever comes to take us to be interrogated, and escape? We’d still have the problem of having you and myself in a dark cavern/room, and you tied up, and public being in an apparently better-lit cave, tied to a board. Perhaps we we should stumble across her as we’re on our way out?))
(262-(I find that plan a fine one. However, i am male.))
((Sounds great))
I heard faint footsteps echoing on a stone floor.
(( sorry.))
((Will someone please expand on post 264?))
I heard a soft tread approaching down the nearby hall. A HCB entered the cave and bound my arms and legs, then led me down the passage towards an small doorway, very securely barred and padded.
((A HCB!!!! Have they turned?))
“TNO?” I whispered. “Can you hear that?” The door swung open before she had a chance to reply.
((What? The captors in posts 237 and 243 were HCBs, so the interrogator would be one as well.))
((268- I think they’re just uncertain as to our loyalties, which is why they’re interrogating us. Though it could be interesting if some more of them had defected, or if all of them have turned.))
((269- Sorry, I missed that bit. I understand now.))
((269- Of course, I never explicitly stated that they were our captors. Read post #240)).
((272- You didn’t, but I think public did. Post 243, I think.))
((Sorry this has nothing to do with this thread, but TNO!!!!! It’s me from the Chatterbox, Paige!!!! We’re all in distraught now that you’re gone!!! You could at least warn us!!!! Please, please, please come back!!! We miss you and your randomness!!!!))
((274- Umm….))
TNO come back to the chatterbox PLEASE.
Everybody misses you and we would really appreciate it if you at least came back to tell us why you were leaving.
If you’ve been looking at all our posts and letting us go CRAZY then I am going to have to punish you.
BUT PLEASE COME BACK!!!
Yeah!! I’m not the only one!!!! Thank you, Zoe!!!!
:grin:I thought you needed dome help. Everybody here probably thinks we’re CRAZY!!!
((yes, indeed i do.))
((279. Yes, we’re TNO’s creepy twelve-year-old stalker friends. Hee, hee, hee!))
((Indeed we do. While you’re here, maybe you could help out with the adventure.))
280-((i see.))
((281. Ooh! What is it??? )
((283- If you read from post 118 (a summary) onwards, you should get the idea.))
((274/276- Sorrysorry our Internet connection suddenly expired without warning. But now we’ve got a new base station, which thankfully fixed the problem. So I will return… Er… Once I get back from school. Ditto for this thread…))
YAYAYAYAYAYAYAY!!!!!!!
((285. ))
((Er, shall we continue the story?))
I squinted up at the rush of light pouring in through the doorway. I could make out ears, a round body… The shape twitched its ears and hopped farther into our cell, and I gasped.
“A HCB!” I said. “They can’t have gone to the dark side!”
“Silence!” said the HCB. “You are to be interrogated.”
The HCBs carried me into a small dark room. I saw another prisoner there.
I wiggled, staring up at the HCB.
“What the cake…”
Looking around, I saw TNO and another person. I glanced frantically at them, trying to figure out what was going on.
((Er, what is going on exactly?))
((I don’t have a clue! I think we are in a room somewhere with HCBs.))
Noticing the smoke on Pie Isle, I hurried over on my ship to find the HCBs preparing for some sort of celebration. I was greeted warmly, but soon noticed strange things about this “fiesta” as they called it. Where were the other Musers? What happened to the Olive Origami Bunny? I am afraid my facial expressions must have given me away, for now I am in a jail cell with TNO and Cinnamoon.
The bunnies led us (me and zinc) away from the throng of skeletons. “We’re not taking any chances,” one said; we were blindfolded and led through the forest. After a long while of walking, we began to hear shouts and crackling fires. Several bunnies were uttering the word “fiesta.” How could they be partying at a time like this?
The blindfolds were snatched off, and light flooded our eyes. We were being led down into dark a tunnel. “We have captured several other humans,” said the lead HCB. “Do you know them? Have you seen them deal with the skeletons? Our leader has decreed that all the black creatures and their spies must be sacrificed.” “On a bonfire!,” one of the smaller ones added. My eyes widened.
“TNO!” I whisper. “Cinnamoon! What is happening? Hello?”
They appeared to be asleep, but after a moment, TNO woke up. “We were captured. The HCBs…they are not friends. We were invited to a fiesta…”
Cinnamoon was awake too. She said, “Not your average fiesta though. They think we are working for the Birdy natives.”
“What?” I exclaim. “I thought we exterminated the Birdy natives during that last pie battle I was in.”
“That’s what we tell them, but they are sure they have regrouped underground. Unless we tell them what they want to believe, which is a lie, then we are to be barbecued….”
“What’s that noise?” I ask.
There was a strange squawking outside. Then the cell door burst open. Standing before me was a bird-like creature, but it looked too tall…
The Birdy natives HAVE regrouped. They HAVE revolted. It makes a motion for us to follow it, so, with a glance of confusion, we all get up and run with the bird. On the back of it it something I never expected to see. Wearing a golden crown and a huge grin is the Olive Origami Bunny.
Bam! I suddenly arrive… here. Where am I? I ask the nearest person.
((296- Pie Isle. It’s an island in the world of Museica. You should try looking through the older Chronicles of Museica and Pie Isle threads first. And don’t just suddenly appear here, at least introduce yourself and your means of arrival first)).
An alarm went off, and HCBs started running in all directions. “Bird natives!,” one yelled. “Get them!” We could hear the splatters and confusion of a pie skirmish. More red eyes gleamed in the dark, and loud, unworldly squawks and screeches pierced the night.
“Wait, bird natives? Who are they?,” I inquired to the nearest bunny. He shot an annoyed glance.
“They’re rebellious birdlike creatures. They’ve allied against us, along with the OOB and the…” *grimaces* “…black skeletons. But don’t ask us where the dark ones came from, we don’t know anything about them.”
As he ran to join the melee, I was left with Zinc to ponder over this revelation. So there’s this crazy tribe of HCBs–being led by this violent-sounding “leader”–fighting a civil war against the bird natives, OOB (whatever that was), and black skeletons. And they thought us humans were working for the latter. Us humans, of which some of whom–as I observed, noticing the empty prison cells–had just escaped.
((Okay…. I’ll RPG how I got there.))
I was leafing through the cabinet where I keep my old Muse magizines, when suddenly, I fell through it. All the Muses had dissappeared, and all that was left in my closet was black emptyness. I reach my hand in and fall though. I land with old Muses sacttered around me, and people who look like they might be MBers. “Where the heck am I? And who are those wierd looking things?” I say, pointing to some wierd looking things.
((298- Could you arrive a little less abruptly, for the sake of clarity and plot transition? Perhaps you could be a shipwreck survivor, or something of the like.
This is getting somewhat confusing, so I’ll list everyone’s current locations:
TNÖ, Cinnamoon, public like a frog and Donaldo: Have been freed from the HCB prison by a bird native with an Olive Origami Bunny on it’s back
Me and Zinc: With the HCBs, who are engaged in a pie skirmish with the bird natives and black skeletons
Enceladus: Has just entered Pie Isle, is probably on the beach))
Hey, 300 comments! How ’bout a new thread?
299- Just so ya know, there is only one OOB left in existence. It used to be an ally with the humans. Now, who knows? And yea…we need a new thread, PLEASE!
Cinnamoon and TNO have abandoned us it seems like, and they helped keep this thread alive.
((What does HCB stand for?))
I wander about. Suddenly, a pie nearly hits me in the face. I run over, and see some people, and weird bird skeletons engaged in a pie fight. I pick up old pies that have fallen down, and reuse them.
((302- Hot Cerulean Bunnies. And the Bird Natives and Skeletons are two different species. Please, could we have a new thread?))
((Yes, wonderful and great and powerful and magical and fabulous and wonderful GAPAs? *bambi eyes* P*ease? P*EASE?!?!?!?!?!
WE NEED A NEW THREAD!!!
Please?
I am here!
Ok – So Donaldo, me, TNO, and public like a frog are in a prison cell, and a bird native and the original OOB have just come in? Evilly? Cake. We need a new thread to sort this all out.
((307- Clarification: You have all been freed [post #295] from the prison cell by a bird native and the OOB, and are currently running through the forest away from a skirmish between the HCBs, bird natives, and black skeletons (bird natives, OOB, and skeletons are allies, apparently).
Simultaneously, me and Zinc were being led to you for questioning, and one of the HCBs mentioned that their “leader” wanted all spies and traitors to be roasted on a bonfire (there may be significance in that). Then, the bunnies were distracted by the skirmish, and we found that all of you had escaped.))
((Wait, the OOB is evil now? Aw, man… Oh well… I agree, we need a new thread. Please, GAPA? P*EASE???))
((Apparently he’s good, and he’s freed us. We really need a new thread.))
((Yes, GAPA, please? A new thread?))
((Please?))
New thread. Seriously. Or I’ll…blockade the Muse Academy harbor with my battleship!
