I’ve had a really boring life, come to think of it. “Life. Don’t talk to me about life.”
COMMENT TWO!! IL, all my life.
I would like to live in Hawii, but that seems somehow out of the questrion.
I was born in New Jersey, moved to Masachusetts when I was very young, and moved to Pennsylvania when I was five.
I go to Northern Michigan every summer..
I’ve been to South Africa and Canada..
Ive been to jordan
born in new york(rochester)
pennsylvania
maryland
wisconsin
michigan(where i am now)
I’ve lived in North Carolina, Virginia, Washington D.C., Maryland, and I’ve also lived in Germany for the first three months in my life. I’ve been around, but I don’t remember a thing! I would like to go to Cuba to help the persecuted Christians there.
I have lived in an extremely small suburb in Ohio all my life where you can get to everything by walking.
Lived in: Maryland, Texas
Spend every summer in: northern California
Visited: Oregon
Would like to live: somewhere out of the south
live in: pennsylvania.
visit NY all the time, because i have relatives there.
^^same goes for NJ
i’d like to move out of the country, though
I went to KY for a piano camp, and my grandparents live in NY, and my other grandparents live in FL, and my cousins live in DC, so I’ve been there too.
7-me too!
Born in MI (Marquette, UP) moved to GR (LP), moved to OOHI about 8 mo. ago.
I live on a 75 acre farm in NJ- we only have chickens though
Im moving 2 New Zealand
I’ve lived in New York State all my life. I’ve been to Massachusetts, Vermont, New Jersy, Florida, Californa and Canada.

wow so there are a lot of of other crazy michiganders here. hav you guys seen Escanaba in Da Moonlight? haha, that movie made a lot of ppl there mad.
ive lived in MI all my life, and as some of you already know, i hate it. ( mrahr, i dont even like cherries! i dont like fudge all that much either) i would LUV to go to japan! or england, b/c thats where my ancestors are from.
meanwhile, my favourite place that ive actually been to is canada. YAY FOR CANADIANS! i dont know why im so obsessed w/ it. canada just rocks like that.
Lived in: Kentucky and Indiana (I don’t remember Indiana very well; I only lived there two years when I was three-four years old). KY is a friendly state and there are plenty of things to do here, but the weather in my area isn’t very conducive to spending time outside. First it’s cold but doesn’t snow, then it’s warm for a brief time, then it rains heavily, then it’s hot the rest of the year, then there’s a brief period of cool weather in October, and then it gets cold again, lol. Post 10: where in KY did you go, Purple Panda?
Visited: Other parts of Kentucky, Indiana, West Virginia, Virginia, Washington, Ohio, Canada (only very briefly though), Illinois, Georgia, Tennessee, and Florida. I think that’s it. Has anybody else gone to the Country School Farm in Ohio?
Will Visit: France, Italy, Sicily, and Malta this summer. Can’t wait!
Want to Visit: New Zealand, Australia, Greece, Ireland, England, Romania, Czech Republic, Germany, Russia, and pretty much every other area of Europe I can think of. I don’t know how that’s going to happen, but I hope it will somehow work out.
Want to Live in: London! Or maybe Prague; I’d like to study abroad for college someday.
# 7: I’m moving to NZ too! How ’bout that?
I’ve lived in California, Oregon, Washington and Hawaii, though I’ve been in Hawaii for ten years and I don’t remember the other places that well.
I’ve been to Mexico and New Zealand, outside of the US, and I’ve been to lots of the states but they aren’t worth mentioning.
I live in Minnesota, where I was born and have lived my whole life.
I have been to France and Costa Rica. I have been to DC, colorado, california, Chicago, and many other places in the us
I want to go to Nepal, spanish speaking countries, more places in europe, french speaking countries, NZ, countries in Africa, Australia, and anywhere else
Lived: Massachusetts
Been: Everywhere in Northeast US, Canada, New Mexico, and Ohio.
Los Angeles (California) my whole life
i’m going to nova scotia in canadia [yes, canadia] this year for vacation. which would be cool if i weren’t stuck with my outdoor-oriented-activity obsessed family/
Oh, forgot to metnion, IU’ve also been to DC. I didn’t go the national mall or anything, just to my cousins house.
It’s odd to think how many of you may have walked right past the building I work in.
I’ve lived in Arizona my whole life. Except when I was 1-2 i lived in France for a year, and then another year when I was 8-9.
My dad and sisters lived in NJ for a year, and my mom and I would go and visit them a lot.
I’ve been to Australia a whole bunch of times because my dads an Aussie.
Other than that, Ive been to Italy, England, Mexico, California, Oregon, Utah, New York (state), Maryland, Nevada. I’ve driven through a lot of other states, but I didnt stay there for any significant amount of time.
I love AZ.
Lived in California all my life. Southern California.
Whee.
Ebeth…that’s so cool! I’ve been to GR sooooooo many times! (I have family that lives there)
that one mall in GR w/ the big sporting goods store rocks
Gr? What is this GR of which you speak?
I was born in Victoria, Australia.
I now live in Queensland, Australia.
I’ve been to England, Ireland, Scotland, Japan and Brunai.
I’d like to live for some time on each continent
Lauren (29),
You get bunny points for being the Muser-farthest-from-Chicago, at least until someone reports in from outer space. How did you find out about Muse way down there?
Why don’t you drop in on Muse How-Tos and tell us how to talk like an Australian, or how to put together the world’s best barbecue, or some other occult lore from Down Under?
ive been everywhere but only lived here…
Here on the blog? That’s worse than being a GAPA!
lol no. where i live now but of course i cant say where. or ppl will come and stalk me.
has anyone been to Lithuania? or even know where and what it is? it’s tiny…. next to Russia and Poland by the Baltic sea
I’ve been to Latvia and Estonia, but not to Lithuania.
oh good they’re near Lithuania, so probobly not much different. but lithuania has it’s own language.
Labas visi! ar jūs visi mėga? ar mes reikia vemti ant tavo pagalva?
anyone want to try to figure out what i said? i’s very bad grammer but too bad…
i got 100% on my lithuanian history test. yes, i have lithuanian school. i hate it cuz it’s on saturday (not today cuz of easter) but then i cant hang out with friends and all….
i learned the lithuanian national anthem before the american. but we never sing the american anthem cuz im homeschooled. which is fine with me becuz i do not like to sing it cuz it’s too high and too low.
the lithuanian anthem has a grammetical error in it.
I’ve been to:
South Africa
Florida
Massachusetts(is that how you spell it?)
Michigan
New York(not the city, I’ve never been there)
Canada
I want to go to:
Africa(again)
Xing Xiang, China
Venice
Antarctica
Mexico
Brazil
oh, I’ve also been to Washington, D C
23- what building?
i’ve been all over the carribean. well, actually i loitered in the hotel lobbies or health clubs [until they realized i was “too young” and kicked me out…..but they had HBO2…]
American Association for the Advancement of Science, northwest corner of 12th and I Streets, just a block north of Metro Center station. It’s a big, black, squarish building. Some people call it the “Borg cube” (from Star Trek).
resistance is futile. you will be assimilated.
i’ll try to get to that building during the chorus trip….we shouldn’t be singing all day…..does it have a front desk? i can see the conversation with the unfortunate worker now….
me: hello.
desk-working-person[dwp]: how may i help you?
me: where does the GAPA work?
dwp: excuse me?
me: the GAPA! the Great And Powerful Administrator?
dwp: i’m not sure what you mean….
me: oh, yeah. Robert Coontz.
dwp: *gives instructions*
me: *pies dwp*
I’m Lithuanian!!! Actually, Im at my Lithuanian grandparents house right now!! Yay for me! Unfortunatly, I cant speak Lithuanian, though.
#24, I like AZ too. Except when it’s to warm.
Want to go to rome, austrelia, NZ, greece, england, and visit all of those castle,( I’ve visited one already. So cool. We need muse on Castles)
hey thanks, gapa. now we relly can stalk you! or @ least throw pies @ your office window.
nobody gave me bunny points for writing in newspaper-format on the mews news
*sits in a corner and cries*
that’s cool, book_addict. Have you ever been to lithunania? I had to do a really small report on it once in… the sixth grade, i think. I honestly don’t remember anything from it.
(29) Wow, Australia! Thats cool. I was there for Christmas. I’ve been to Queensland. I think I might have also been to Victoria, but for a pretty short time. Mostly I’ve been to New South Wales. There must quite a delay in the arrival of your Muses.
I’ve lived in:
Ohio
Tennessee
Maryland
Pennsylvania
I have visited:
Michigan
Canada
South Carolina
Florida
and probably somewhere else I can’t remember…
42-You’re talking about “Star Trek” on the FORTY-SECOND POST. Hallo? Vat is vrong vith theese peekture? Even though I would love to boast that I worked in the ‘Borg cube.’ Fab way to break the ice at cocktail parties. Besides making all the molecules in the hostess’s undergarments simultaneously jump three feet to the left. Heh heh.
I’ve been all over France, Belgium (esp. Brussels, one of my favorite cities), and California, as well as most of the US. I did go to Mexico once, and the US Virgin Islands, and when I’m a student I want to hitchhike the galaxy and have lots of extremely froody adventures. As well as take pictures of MUSE conquering the planet.
7-How depressing.
EG (46),
You’ll need a good throwing arm to reach the eleventh floor.
PP (47),
Sorry, I forgot! Fifty bunny points to Ravenclaw!
whowhatwhenwherewhy are bunny points, and how do you get them?
Also, why is P. Panda in Ravenclaw?
BUNNY POINTS(continued from page post 53)
***Does this

Does this count as newspaper style? Does
this count as newspaper style? Does this
count as newspaper style?????????????
Hey, that turned out a lot better than I thought it would!
Well, does it? Do I get any bunny points, whatever they are?
I was born in Wordsley. When I was young, we moved to Kingswinford. That’s almost a mile and a half. Now I live on the other side of Kingswinford. That’s another half a mile. I do love travel.
THF (53),
All MuseBloggers are Ravenclaws. It goes without saying.
THF (54),
The “newspaper style” prize applied only to the Mews Nuse thread. Actually, by “style,” I meant that articles should be written the way a journalist would write them, not that they should be formatted in columns. But PP misunderstood, and I didn’t have the heart to disappoint her. Besides, I like giving points to Ravenclaw.
THF (55),
Bunny points require no explanation, except to say that they are priceless and extremely desirable.
states i have lived in:
insanity
unconsciousness
virginia
hey, i was in dc a coupla weeks ago. first time since becoming a blogger. it was after that camping trip on april fools day, we were driving back. i remember thinking vaguely that the GAPA would be somewhere around here if it wasn’t sunday, but i was really tired.
7-Does it start with a B and end with a Y?
GR is Grand Rapids, MI. V. froody place. Not quite as cool as Marquette. Slightly hoopier than Bay City though. Possibly tied with TC, possibly a smidgen over. I mean, TC has the cherry festival, but GR has the festival (Actually it’s called the festival of the arts but we just call it festival). Tis very froody, you can go watch the Honeytones (w00t! the drummer’s my dad’s friend from work. They is hoopy band. All from the press i think…) and various high skool groups and get sick on elephant ears and walk around and loiter with people and laugh at the weird hair.
Wow i haven’t been on here in ages…
Bunny points are amazing. Me wants bunny points!!! *cries*
56-Whee, i shall stalk you down for no particular reason, just to watch you eat weetabix and survive (it will be an amazing experience. One in a million XD) And GAPA! I shall stalk you too! Eventually! But you knew that.
Speaking of newspaper styles, we’ve been playing Man Bites Dog, anybody played that game? It PWNS! Like pwt! lol. Anyway, you make up headlines and stuff, tis very cool. U should all go play it.
Ravenclaw is the best house. Much virtual choklit to all fellow ravenclaws! (ie everybody here)
the only good thing about cherry festival is that there are more tourists that come to my place of work + demand fudge, therefore, i get more $$$
GAPA: ha. evidently you havent heard about my cattlepolt-converted-to-a-long-distance-pie- throwing -machine- of- doom.
ahem… easter. that would be tomorrow, yes (or today, where i liv…) im expecting a hpb.
hey, happy easter to everyone in the eastern time zone!
(45) Like now, for example?
Just kidding. It’s actually pretty nice right now.
Grand Rapids, I’ve heard of that place… I think my friend went to camp there once.
(58) That reminds mr of that Calvin and Hobbes comic..
Calvin: *falling asleep on desk*
Teacher: Calvin!!
Calvin: *sits up*
Teacher: What state do you live in?
Calvin: Denial.
Teacher:
..Well, I guess I can’t argue with that
states:New Mexico,Massachucets,New Jersy
countries:U.S.,England

I ♥ calvin and hobbes
they make me laf
60- No but it is really close to a city that does (I mean, I’ve had like billions of swim meets there, etc.) It starts with a G and ends with a W or S, depending on whether you’re using the long or short form. Ever been there?
57- Nope: I’m Slytherin through and through. Muahaha.
Ravenclaw. Not even close.
Oh Ebeth, I’m certain we live near each other after reading another school thread where you talked about CSG. Our track meet last Thursday was against them. They clobbered us.
I like GR, but TC is really cool…
Well, fine! I’ll write in journalist style,
Thanks for the bunny points, though!
My friend is living on Oxford right now.
YAY! Bunny points for me! …. or is Lithuania further from Australia?
how did i find out about muse? actually was googling ‘random factiods’ and it came up.
Australia is cool…u should all come here.
wow. i feel so boring. i’ve been…practically nowhere.
Noone has been or lived in my state. I feel lonely!
I have. I spent part of a summer studying an oil spill near Bemidji. I swam across the Mississippi River there. (It’s just 60 feet wide, but full of leeches. There’s even a Leech Lake up there, as I recall.)
I love Australia! I want to go to University there. If I can live there for 2 years, I can establish residency coz I’m already a citizen. If I’m a resident it will be really cheap to go to uni (I think- lauren can correct me if I’m wrong).
I also would like to visit Madagascar.
hmmm…it depends on how cheap u think is cheap…
some uni’s are a lot more expensive than others.
at one to do a business course it costs $2500 a semester and at another it is $8500. (all in aussie money of course)
but u should study here coz we rule!
austrailia seems pretty spectacular!
and so does the uk!
i’d love to go to either of those places!
E~A- where do u live?
I live in Alaska.
Robert, 74, I hate leeches!
Oh, yeah, I’ve lived in Alaska all my life in the same house, bedroom, everything.
i’ve never been to alska… but i would love to go. i also want to go to wales, ireland, nepal, scotland, india, japan, italy, and everywhere.
Jadestone yay you’re lithuanian! actually i know quite alot of lithuanians…
#48 yes i’ve been to lithuania 9i just went last summer. the ppl there have a very odd sense of fashion. they wear mismatched clothing woth like polka dots and checkered prints together. oh well…. yes and the girlzes shirts are very low……….. *–*
my mom might do a vsting thingie somewhere like Pasta-a-gogo, Swiss-cheese-a-gogo- or sushi-a-gogo land. Yes, I would go with her, and yes, I would write
fun fun. i like sushi…

We were swimming in the Pigeon River in MI once, and I got ZILLIONS of them! They were ALL over!!!
EWW!!
NEVER swim in the PIGEON RIVER IN MICHIGAN!
pidgeon river? thats funny, ive nvr heard of that one
it was so warm today…but in MI, whenever there is a random beautiful day, it means theres going to be a blizzard or something within 36 hrs
I live in Minnesota. Noone goes there, except for Robert. I’ve walked across the Mississippi, Robert! and swum in it. But I’ve never swum across it.
I live in Louisiana. That means I can say “y’all” if I want to, and make fun of the way you talk. Go me.
Oh, forgot to put where I used to live. I was born in North Carolina (some guy once called me “Yankee Girl” because of this), and when I was six I moved to Mississippi. I moved around in there for seven years before I moved to Louisiana. Not very interesting, but it’s the story of my life.
You probably sound a lot like my mother, then. She was born in Bogalusa, Louisiana, and grew up in Columbia, Mississippi. When she told her family she had gotten engaged to a man from Tennessee, they said, “Are you sure you want to marry someone from that far north?”
Oh yes, those Tennessee yankees. Okay, my family is hardcore southern, but they’re not THAT bad. I have some really “hick” friends. One time I called a friend “Ben”, and my best friend got mad at me. “His name is BEYUN!!!” Okay, I may have an accent, but you wouldn’t know it if you knew my friends.
Some of my cousins really are thayut bayud.
Not that there’s anything wrong with Southern accents. Some of them are lovely. South Carolinians, for example, speak like soft music.
I was born in Louisburg, Pennsylvania. When I was about 3 1/2, I moved to Grinnell, Iowa, and have lived there since. Eccept, of course, for this skool year, where I am living in Hilo, Hawaii.
i have some cousins who live in tennesse and have thick southern accents…and they make fun of the way i talk…
as some of you know, i would love to live in Ireland.
My great-grandma and g-grandpa came from Ireland. My ggma worked in a can factory, like the girls in those american girl books. i don’t read those any more though. but i still have the one about Mary from Ireland.
#91, E~A, my sister’s been to Minnesota, just this past January. She was thinking of going to college there, but ended up liking the campus/people/whatever better at a different college in a different state. But, still, she HAS been there. Oh, yeah, and my Mom went to, and my choir director went to school there, and I think was born there, but definitely grew up there.
I hate Southern US accents. They grate on my eardrums.
#101, Me too! They are so hard to understand and they talk so slow!
Um… we’re hard to understand?!!?? You yankees have no room to talk.
It’s almost official. I going to new zealand in two years. We have to save up, though.
I’m lurking. Or rather, preventing myself from lurking by posting this completely useless space wasteful comment. Go me!
im a new jersey person with a new zealand accent. weird or what?
King george the stroodle- its a long plane ride. get comfy
New zealand accents pwn!
I’m going to China this summer. And England (again) . I’ve been:

STATES:
Washington
Oregon
California
Arizona
Hawa’ii
Massachusetts
New York
New Jersey
Washington,DC
Pennsylvania (land of my ancestor, Ben Franklin)
Illinois
Michigan
My mom might go on a visiting professorship in Japan, Italy, Switzerland, or Peru. I’m rooting for Japan, but I only speak Spanish as a second language.
….still haven’t gone anywhere vaguely interesting….
I’ve been to Beverly Hills to visit relatives.
I haven’t gone anywhere very interesting yet. I’m eagerly awaiting going to Rome soon though! June 21st is when I leave, which means I won’t be on the Museblog again until after I get back on June 10th.
Lithuania sounds interesting – add that to my list of places to see!
I have relatives who live close to where you work, Mr. Coontz! If I walk past your building next time I’m visiting them I’ll be sure to stop and wave a MUSE RULES flag with hot pink bunnies on it!
If you do, you won’t attract a bit of attention. People here are used to seeing strange demonstrations on the streets.
They rescheduled the mass [that I’m singing at] on Saturday in DC….Now I can’t get away and stalk and/or pie the GAPA. *cries*
Whew. Saved again.
97- Anata- my brother’s going there for college. I’m actually wearing a Grinnell t-shirt today.
(You’re the same person as ChinTsu, right?)
*cries more*
Yankee pride MG. Native yooper here. You people ever want weird US accents that aren’t southern, just go up there.
My mom just went to Montreal. It sounded really nice. I want to go there now.
My dad was born on the rings of mars. he found it boring, hopping from rock to rock all day, and one day he fell through a rather large gap and landed on earth.
Maryland

I’ve been to 13 states, Wasinton D.C, and lived my whole life in one house in Iowa. Never been to a foreign contry. it’s kinda boring.
I wanna go be a switz 4 a year, though!
i want to go all over the world, but so far i haven’t made it past the US and Canada. So far the only place i’ve lived in is a seriously cool (in my opinion) town in CA.
109- WOW WOW :cries:
one of my teachers from 7th grade (she was really cool and nice and a good teacher) is going hiking and volcano watching in hawaii
*is jealous*
Hawaii has the whole red lava thingie, but people underestimate WA’s volcanoes such as Mt. Rainier and Mt. St. Helens They are cool too!
And more erupty.
