I call for Crraw-dwelling volunteers to help in the reconstruction of Crubyon.
We are continuing the Chronicles of Museica. I will try, in this post, to provide some explanations.
Constitution (from 3rd thread, combination of two on second thread)-
We, the MuseBloggers of Museica, in order to form a more perfect country, establish justice, ensure domestic tranquility and an absence of pie wars, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the Great Land of Museica.
ARTICLE I.
Sect. 1. ALL legislative powers, herein grated, shall be vested in a Congress of the Prime Musers and Vice Prime Musers and all assistants they deem necessary.
Sect. 2. The House of Prime Musers shall be composed of Musers who desire to help the Great Land of Museica. They shall be elected until someone else wants to serve in their position. If this occurs, there will be an election to decide who the Prime Muser is. They can resign if they so choose.
No person shall be a Prime Muser who shall not have been on Museblog for a minimum of four weeks and read a minimum of two threads on the founding of Museica.
The Prime Musers will be as follows: The Aeiouian Prime Muser, The Mimian Prime Muser, The Chadian Prime Muser, The Crrawian Prime Muser, The Kokopellian Prime Muser, The Uranian Prime Muser, The Boian Prime Muser, The Featherian Prime Muser and The Pwtian Prime Muser.
Should a Prime Muser be absent for an extended period of time with out explanation, the Vice Prime Muser shall take the place of the Prime Muser and a new Vice Prime Muser shall be appointed. Should the Vice Prime Muser deny the office or be ineligible to hold it, a New Prime Muser shall be elected.

No person shall be a Vice Prime Muser who shall not have been on Museblog for a minimum of two weeks and read a minimum of one thread on the founding of Museica.
The task of the Vise Prime Muser is to help and fill in for their respective Prime Muser when necessary. They shall also vote on Amendments to this Constitution.
Sect. 4. Each Prime Muser acts as a ruler to the state of their specialty. The Prime Musers may declare rules, create offices, or otherwise act as they see fit.
Sect. 5. The Prime Musers may determine the rules of their proceedings, punish their members for disorderly behavior, and, with the concurrence of two thirds, expel a member.
Sect. 6. No Prime Muser may be Vice Prime Muser of any type. Also, no Vice Prime Muser can be a Prime Muser, and no citizen can hold more than one office at a time.
Sect. 7. When the Prime Musers have reached a conclusion as to the law of the Museica, they shall issue a statement so that the citizens may know and follow the law. This shall they do unless three quarters of the Prime Musers shall agree that it is a matter of national security to keep the decision secret.
Sect. 8. The Prime Musers alone have the authority to regulate commerce with foreign nations, to coin money, regulate the value thereof, and of foreign coin, and fix the standard of weights and measures; to provide for the punishment of counterfeiting the securities and current coin of the United States; to establish post-offices and post-roads; to promote the progress of science and useful arts; to prevent Pie Wars; and, to make all laws which shall be necessary for the functioning of Museica.
ARTICLE II.
Sec. 1. The executive power shall be vested in the citizens of the land of Museica who wish to be a part of the government. They shall have to make a motion to repeal a law that the majority disagrees with.
ARTICLE III.
Sect. 1. The judicial power of the Great Land of Museica shall be vested in one Supreme Court, and in such Inferior Courts as the Prime Musers may from time to time ordain and establish. The Judges, both of the supreme and Inferior Courts, shall hold their offices during good behavior.
Sect. 2. Should a matter not have been resolved in the Inferior Courts, it shall be up to the judges to deem whether or not it is of national importance that the case be solved. Should they deem it of importance, they shall judge the case.
Should a question as to the meaning of a law or this Constitution arise, the jusdges shall discuss it with the Prime Musers and come to a firm conclusion.
ARTICLE IV.
Sect. 1. Each section of Museica may run their own affairs so long as doing so does not interfere or contradict the rulings of the national government.
ARTICLE V.
Sect. 1. The Prime Musers, whenever three quarters of them shall deem it necessary, shall propose amendments to this Constitution; which shall be valid, to all intents and purposes, as part of this Constitution.
ARTICLE VI.
Sect. 1. This Constitution, and the laws of Museica which shall be made in pursuance thereof, and all treaties made, or which shall be made, under the authority of Museica shall be the supreme law of the land; and the Judges in every Section, shall be bound thereby.
The Prime Musers and Vice Prime Musers before mentioned, and the members of the several Section Legislatures, and all executive and judicial officers, shall be bound by oath or affirmation to support this Constitution; but no religious test shall ever be required as a qualification to any office, or public trust, under the Great Land Of Museica.
ARTICLE VII.
Sect. 1. The Prime Musers shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech more than the GAPAs do, or of the press; or abridging the right to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
Sect. 2. The right of the people to keep and bear pie weapons, provided they are not of mass destruction, shall not be infringed.
Sect. 3. No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offense to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
Sect. 4. In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the state and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the assistance of counsel for his defense.
Sect. 5. In suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed three pies, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in any court of Museica than according to the rules of the common law.
Sect. 6. The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Sect. 7. The powers not delegated to the National Government by the Constitution, are reserved to the sections respectively, or to the people.
Sect. 8. The rights of citizens may not be ignored or abridged.
Sec. 9. No citizen shall be denied the right to vote or hold office, unless they don’t fulfill the office-holding requirements.

Sir Ozlips’ excellent synopsis/description of what a new person to Museica can do, originally to davidude-
Museica was formed after the Great Pie War when the opposing sides signed the Lemon Meringue Treaty. It is a continent made entirely out of baked goods. Its nine provinces, named after the Muses, are each ruled by a Prime Muser who is in charge of the specialty of the Muse that their province is named after. I am the Crrawian Prime Muser, so I am responsible for literature, poetry and education. Dodecahedron, the Uranian Prime Muser, is responsible for the space program and for things that have to do with math. You get the idea. I don’t think that the offices of Vice Prime Musers have been filled yet. Also, you could go to Ships’ Logs and sign on aboard a ship.
Current events in Museica-
The vicious pirates Skylartooth, Geeometree, and Allgebruh have recently been defeated, but they still managed to destroy parts of the province of Chad, most notably the main city of Spareparts. A new island, Pie Isle, has recently been found, and it was suggested that new immigrants to Museica settle there and post about it. Or, you could take an active role in the mainland.

STATE OF THE PROVINCE
Crubyon’s reconstruction is going well. We are still the largest producer of virtual choklit on the Internet. However, a dilemma has come up. A new species of marshmallow frog has been found in the Chocsyrup Swamp. Our trans-Pwt chocolate pipeline is destroying its habitat. Suggestions would be appreciated, but we are rigorously searching for new sources of chocolate. We are also considering building a canal through the Taigas, with the world’s longest city stretching from one sea to the other along its north bank. This city will serve as a port for the Pieislians in the Filling Sea as well as the lknurowIians in the Eastern Sea. However, as the Taigas are inter-province territory, we will need the approval of at least five Prime Musers, or three Prime Musers and the Chief Justice.
Does a canal through the Taigas affect the environment negatively? If not, I approve.
Would the canal transport ships carrying the chocleet, or would the canal be filled with flowing choclit?
Would the canal carry boats, or would the choklit just flow down-stream?

I am a Prime Muser of this country (Mimian, if I recall correctly). Seeing as the Great and Wonderful Board of Mass-Destruction Weapons and the Like is not present and you have requested an answer several times, I’m taking matters into my own hands.
I first need you to answer a few questions, as I am slightly confused on a few parts of your post.
1) Please submit a descripton of the Pie-War and Pi-War Wolves that you built during the Great Pie Wars. I did not take part in those wars (too lazy), so I am slightly confused with this.
2) Why would you bombard our offices with pies and invade the land? I thought you were a citizen of Museica. So how can you invade Museica if you’re already in it? And killing’s not very nice, though I admit we did quite a bit of that in the last skirmish with pie-rates.
3) Why would you need the pies for self-defense?
4) If these pies are Weapons of Mass Destruction, then you can definitely not use them for your amusement.
I do not have a particularly good feeling about you, Glassboro. It is not a good idea to threaten the PMs. I am a mercenary on the seas who is more than willing to fight it out with you.

We need to figure out a way for people to stay in Museica, not just come back to it. The Pieceful Pie Planet is staying alive because of two things: the soccopelli game and the trading. Suppose each of the Prime Musers gets up a provincial team, and then they play each other, and then the teams from Iknurowlis and Dornavenk, and finally the winner of the teams from the PPP. I don’t know about the trading thing. Maybe we can work something out with the Pieislians. Does anyone visit that thread regularly?

As several of you have mentioned at different times, you seem to be in need of a story line or action to keep people interested. I’m not sure that a new thread would solve that problem. This one apparently did not.
If those of you who are still posting can come up with some activities — preferably something distinctive from the PPP and Ships’ Logs enterprises — at that point it would make sense to start a new thread to take advantage of the momentum.
So far governing has proved as hard a sell on the blog as off. The PPP has trading and parties pretty well covered. What else happens in countries? Industries, the arts, education, border disputes . . . . If you can’t think of anything, it’s also a perfectly honorable choice to retire the Chronicles for a little while and bring them back later when someone has a fresh inspiration.

Can I create a new country? Who wants to be in it and help? If no one volunteers, I’m going to scrap the idea. But I think it’s too late for me to join Museica, due to the fact that it is very long and I don’t want to read the whole thing.

Let’s have it be a portion of the Museican Taigas, allied with Museica, but not part of it. Taigas are cold forests with lots of lakes and swamps.

Earth, water, fire, air. That sounds too much like Avatar, how about we do something else. Or, we could just not split it up at all. And we have to decide on positions, anyway. I think that people who were here even at the end of Museica should have some priority, but no-one has to agree.

Light and Dark are countries of eternal day and night, and lightining storms happen often in Plasma. Stone is sort of like earth, and ice is eternal winter. Fire can be eternal summer for its new quality.

I’m hoping you won’t ask me to explain my reasoning. It gets kind of complicated. But either Light, Dark, and Shadow are countries, or just Shadow. I don’t have a problem with dropping Shadow and becoming Queen of Dark, but it’s not what I’d prefer.

I claim Fire because I have a bad temper. I think it runs in my family, because my mom, dad, and siblings also have simalir tempers. Light and dark should be elimanated in favor of Shadow.
Here’s an idea for the Constitution of Muserland:
I. Government
1. Divisions. The country is divided into nations of the elements Earth, Fire, Air, Water, Ice, Shadow, and Plasma.
2. Leaders. The divisions shall be ruled by the Prime Musers. The house of Prime Musers shall consist of the Earth PM, the Fire PM, the Air PM, etc.
3. Elections. The Prime Musers are elected by majority vote. Any participant of Muserland may vote.
4. Length of Office. The Prime Musers shall stay in office untill they resign, or a new Prime Muser may be elected if the old Prime Muser does not post on this thread for long enough for the inhabitants of Muserland to get impatient and elect a new one.
II. Amendments. This constitution may be amended if the majority vote is in favor of the amendment in question passing.
“Amendments”, of course, will always be the last clause, followed only by the amendments themselves. All MBers may have a hand in finishing the Constitution.

On the south and east coasts of Air are the Weryias Ranges, which block the moisture coming in from the sea. Most of the storms are directed north, to Water, where they rain out, or west, to Plasma, where they become lightning storms. The wind, however, blows through narrow cañons, concentrating the force until it reaches up to 200 mph. This wind blows out onto a vast, grassy plain, the Fheran Prairie, or Central Lands. This prairie takes up almost all of Air, except for the Shlyrr Forest in the northwest corner, which is made up of Pyramid Trees. These trees have huge, gnarled roots and thick trunks that taper to almost a point at the top. This structure prevents them from being blown over. Long lines of trees extend from the Shlyrr, following rivers and veins of rich soil almost all the way across the Central Lands. These are colloquially known as the Tenntakles. The Shlyrr is almost unexplored, but the Tenntakles are the roosting places of a wide variety of flying birds, mammals, reptiles, and even three species of avian squid. Virtually all of Air’s creatures have some method of becoming airborne, including humans, who live in enormous hovering cities whose bases are made of antigravite. This useful mineral is widely mined in the Weryias Ranges.

All seven areas border each of the other 6. A wall of super super super super super super super super hot air defines the border of Fire. Only the (completely) fireproof wildlife of Fire can pass through that wall without instantly evaporating. People must use tunnels to enter and exit the area. Storms are deflected by this wall and go to Water or Plasma. Those that aren’t evaporate, harden, and become volcanoes. But that is rare. The only export of Fire is burning gems, which are used in Ice to provide heat. They are worthless jewels which constantly burn, but are never consumed. The Borders of Fire and other areas are:
Fire+Earth= Magma Wastelands
Fire+Water= the Boiling Lake
Fire+Plasma= Electric Fires

Shadow would like to be a long, skinny peninsula. Whoever’s making the map, just draw the six countries, then tack on Shadow to one of them. Shadow likes to be a loner country. Shadow wants no borders like “Dark Sea” and “Dark Gas”. Shadow would like to just be Shadow.
Let’s drop those things at the overlaps, yeah. Or Alice can have all but Shadow touch with overlapping, and then have Shadow touching just one or two, or just not have Shadow overlap anything. That will work, right?

Since most of the worlds in the Musiverse are dead or nearly so, I would like to request a new one.
The astronomers on Mount Evereat, highest of the Lore Mountains in the Tupisodaloric Groves of the Pieceful Pie Planet, have discovered a new planet in the Andromeda Galaxy. Orbiting two red dwarf stars, one half of the newly named Qwirrt is a tropical paradise, whereas the other is freezing wasteland. On account of the recent influx of newbies, and the resulting overpopulation of the worlds of the Musiverse, the Exploration Bureau of the Museican Commonwealth has sent out a plea for colonists to come to Qwirrt and set up one or more societies. The three continents of Qwirrt have been divided into these categories for colonization:
Qwii: This large continent is on the tropical side. It has been devoted to societies whose basic values are good.
Urr: The smallest continent, Urr has been set aside for societies whose basic values are… not so good. It is smack-dab in the middle of the freezing wasteland.
T-t’tt: This unpronounceable continent lies right on the border between sides. It is for societies that are completely random.
Note: This does not mean that I will neglect Air. I might not even participate in Qwirrt. I simply thought that a lot of newbies have been coming to Museica and the PPP too late to get a position in the government, and I thought they might want an opportunity.
I was thinking that air could go on top of everyone else! That would work, wouldn’t it?

Well, I made a nice map. Oh drat! I got Air wrong. Instead of being north or west of Water and south or east of Plasma, it’s south of Water and west of Plasma. But that was easily fixed. I just switched Fire and Air.

We did. Here it is:
I’ll rework my borders. At Earth, there are dust storms. At Water, there’s mist. At Plasma, there are fields of static electricity.
My borders:
Ice = Well, naturally there’s really cold water and a thin crust of ice.
Earth = The water gets shallow and swampy, and there are even a few houses.
Air = Mist. Lots of it.
Fire = I’m not sure. Just really warm water, kind of the equivalent of the tropics. Yeah. Maybe even a few palmy islands.
Plasma = Swim at your own risk, because the water attracts electricity.
Mostly the “towns” are really big wooden ships, but in the swamp and on the palmy islands are a few more conventional dwellings, and the whole place is governed from a island/city in the middle of the country. My main export is fish.
I sent in a map of my province, slightly modified from my original description to accommodate the recently finalized map.
I’m purple!
244- It seemed right for Plasma to be purple, since white didn’t work. I’m going to go make a detailed map of Water when my mom gets off the only computer with Photoshop.
Day 37 of Wanderings. The ship I was aboard has wrecked on a reef. Most of the passengers were rescued, but I drifted away on a piece of wreckage, barely conscious, before washing up on this shore. Fortunately, my gear is still in good condition.
Everything around here is dark. The meager fire I lit seems to give off more smoke than light. Only the barest, red gleam shows among the embers. Surprisingly, though, it is as warm as if it was blazing merrily. Perhaps something about this place does not like light. It’s almost as though it was a realm of Shadow…

252- Okay, okay. Actually Water is one big lake, but it’s a good deal hotter (fine, boiling) at the border. The tropical islands are further in.
I have been traveling through this place for some time and have finally found my way to a place that is a bit different, if not safer. It is much like the rest, except my hair stands up on my head when I go toward it. But beyond it there is light. I wonder if this is a border between this and another realm…
I will wait until realms are described in more detail to continue my wanderings. PMs of Plasma and Shadow, take note.

256- A flat wasteland filled with charred trees. A few giants still stand, sheltering the smaller seedlings. The sky is lit with an eerie light, and jagged purple and yellow light lances through the dark and lowering sky.

Water=A boiling lake. Famed as a certian way to commit suicide, because to swim in it means instant scalding. Or a lake of lava, maybe. Who has Water?
Plasma=I’m not sure about this one. Maybe an area of lightning storms, except it’s bolts of fire, not lightning.
Ice=A lake. Just a plain lake.
I also border Shadow, but Shadow doesn’t want borders like that. GAPAs, have you gotten a map of Fire? Please put it up if you have.

I don’t come here because all of the Prime Muser positions are taken and the rules are too long and complicated and I couldn’t get an even FAINTLY good position and I would live under somebody in a land I didn’t want to live in!!!!!

I would like to trade with Sir Ozlips for an extension of the chocsyrup pipeline into the Aeolian Independent Republic. I will pay its weight in antigravite.

I find that Museica has stagnated because it is prosperous. During the war with the Freebooters Alliance, it thrived even though it was in danger.
We need some sort of danger to keep us occupied.
I have an idea.
Let’s say there is a country in the middle of the Burnt Crust Wasteland (which is south of Museica and north of Muserland) that wants to conquer the Musiverse. On the days when people are feeling a little bit evil, they can release their impulses by becoming a leader of this country, and when they’re feeling good, they can be on the side of Muserland or Museica. So there will be an intermittent pie war, to keep us from getting bored, but not a constant, all-consuming one.
What do you think of the idea? If you have suggestions, I’d appreciate them.

There are several regions in it.
Hottpincbunniland- The largest region, where the cute Bunnius nicegoodus is ruled by the tyrannical Bunnius evilus. The fact that the species look identical only confuses us more.
Tiffanlaneia- A place where Muse is banned, inhabited by gossip-mongering cell-phone zombies. Seventeen and People are the only magazines allowed.
Pellikokona- Ruled by an evil clone of Kokopelli, it is a wasteland filled with Pie Barbarians who pie not for fun, but out of cruelty.
These horrible countries form the Triple Alliance of Misery (TAM), which is constantly scheming to conquer Museica and Muserland.
294- This alter ego stuff is useless around people who know about it.
I think I’ll resign from Crrawian Prime Muser and then terminate Sir Ozlips, taking over as Prarilius Canix. Unless somebody else wants the position.
