Hmm… Well, maybe I could arrange to be around on the morning of June 2. In general, though, I’m most likely to be in downtown Washington on work days, which are week days. My office is just a block away from the hotel where the National Spelling Bee was held last year — highly convenient for a quick tour, if the bee is in the same place this year.
If it has to be a weekend, then May 26-27 is better than June 2-3.

I could get a plane ticket to Chicago or have my parents drive me there ’cause we’re not going anywhere really big for vacation, plus it’s kinda near MI where I go sometimes to visit my grandparents. DC is only a couple hours away from where I live, and we’re going to Maryland this summer for the 4th of July.

I just got back from Chicago. Unfortunately, I did not get to go to Muse HQ or anything. I was staying with a friend and her relatives so I couldn’t really justify going to some random publishing HQ that they had never heard of. But oh well.
I really liked Chicago and my cousin lives there so if I visit him I will for sure go to the Muse HQ.
Incidently, I may not have gotten to go to Muse headquarters on Thursday but I was doing something pretty cool. My cousin gave us a behind the scenes tour of the Feild Museum and we got to see a lion being dissected! It was crazy. I will post more about it tomorrow. For now I am tired and must sleep.

It’s run by johns Hopkins university, and it’s REALLY fun, though you do have to take the SAT or ACT to get in. There is a website, which i’m too lazy to find the URL to and the GAPAs probaly don’t wat me to anyway but you can find it by googling CTY or something like that. i’m going LMU both sessions. Have to now.
