I read Fruits Basket. I enjoyed it somewhat but anime isn’t really my thing. I love the comic!

People, people, it is not anime. It was not drawn in Japan (I think…). If it is drawn in japan, it is Anime. If it is drawn anywhere else, no matter how huge those eyes are, it’s animation. “Anime” is japanese animation. Even if it has small eyes.

Has anyone ever read Vampire Loves?? It’s a really good graphic novel (and it doesn’t come from Japan, as far as I know).
19- It was not drawn in Japan. Besides, “Anime” is only for T.V. and movies. “Manga” is for if it is on paper.
Anime means strictly “Animation” actually.
I don’t like Fruits Basket. I love HPBs though!
Cappy (16): Yes, Fruits Basket. I’ve never read Yotsuba but I just looked it up on Wikipedia and now I’m intrigued. The main character in Fruits Basket is a girl who seems just as upbeat as Yotsuba. One big difference is she’s in high school. (And she has a different hairstyle!)
Margaret (17): I haven’t seen any of the Fruits Basket anime. Maybe some day.

28- i REALY wish i had a working scanner, the one we have at my house is not compatable with my dad’s computer… or something so it doesn’t work. It is really good. i can’t draw animals.

34- That is actually what I was planning to do. I find that I can make funnier things when I’m on trips, but now that my trips are over, I haven’t got much inspiration. Ah well, *goes out to find some.*
