Can we have another Monty Python thread?
My friend won’t let me mention it around her, and I need to get it out of my system.
7- that would be totallysweet!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How about a book suggestion/review thread? or a pop- star bashing thread?
how about a SNOW thread its winter,so it could be fun
A thread for random rants for getting random grievances out of our systems?

I request a philosophical debate thread.
plaese make it possable for my computer to load the wahst here page.
oh, and a Halloween costume thread.
a thread on languages?
12-I second the motion.
How about a Wodehouse thread?
An Authors thread?
A Pet Peeves thread?
A “State of the English Language” thread, where word people can be word people and argue over June Casagrande, Lynne Truss, William Safire, Bill Walsh, and Strunk&White?
yes, a Halloween costume thread. Exchange ideas an suchlike.
13 (Zyviva)- Do you have dial-up? When at home, it’s impossible for me to load that thread as well.
14 (ningunep)- We have a Halloween thread already, dating from August or so. It’s still technically functional.
Penty go on Gaia, pweez.
18 yes i do. i take it this means theres no way ill be able to access it. *is sad*
I request a “Work of George Herriman” thread. The world needs to know more about this misunderstood but brilliant cartoonist and his strips, sometimes poignant, sometimes surreal, and sometimes just sidesplittingly funny. Also, he is the person who invented Kokonino County. Bet half of you didn’t know that.
LONG LIVE IGNATZ MOUSE!
My favorite quote from Krazy Kat (by George Herriman)
Krazy: “You cut the string, n’en’wot??
Ignatz: “A “kop” goes over the river.”
10-that sounds great!
21-I think i did know that, although i don’t really remember what i remember very well. I remember the strip being compared somehow to Arizona, and i think i remember something about Kokonino County. Didn’t know the artist’s name though.
I vote for another Procrastination thread. XD
10- I second that
24- The GAPAs will make that thread tomorrow.
GAPAs, I know it’s not up to 300 posts yet, but can you p*ease continue the Ships’ Logs’ thread on the main page?
I had a great idea for a thread. I was so excited. And then I forgot it. I’ll probablly remember in math class, and i’ll shout it out, just as the teacher (a rather scary person) is handing out the tests that the whole class did really badly on. It’s not fair.
grrrrrrrrrrr
youtube thread. for exchanging videos. YOu all know youtube is safe and almost entirely on-commercial.
a new musia therd.
17- didn’t we just have one of those? ok it was in september, i get it.

29-“Ah. This must be some strange usage of the word ‘safe’ I wasn’t previously aware of.”
38- the PPP thread is kind of like that already
I second the motion for a language thread, and the one for the state of the English language thread.
A thread on how insane and crazy the english language is would be prtty cool.
39: Youtube has almost no advertising and I’ve never gotten a pop-up or spam of anykind.
37- Chack out This and this, and this. Lotsa links, but all Museblog ones.
44- I got 4 ‘not founds.” Where are those supposed to go?
44- Kiki, I think you are adding an extra http://www.musefanpage.com/blog/ to your links.
don’t block the view source! i’m an aspiring HTMLer.
(not that it’s blocked now.)
what are you being for halloween? me? no clue. anyone know about kokopelli? speaking of, i might end up being a pie…
*pies whiz by*
wadabowt a thread for asking the GAPAs stupidely embarassing questions that we don’t want posted?
obviusly, you’d zap everything.
Another Polling Place
(49) You can do that on any thread, if it’s not going to get posted. Or send us e-mail at gapa@musefanpage.com .
43-Sarcasm, mon chere. I
a thread for geeks and such
53- this whole place is for geeks. ^_^
A second ask the GAPAs thread.
No YouTube thread, please. Come on FS, you know that the GAPAs don’t allow ways to contact other musebloggers outside the blog. And YouTube really isn’t that great. And Google just bought it. .
May I request Visual Art, please? The last one was over the summer.
One of the founders of YouTube went to my school.
Thread requests, pirate style:
Arr! Arr! Arr! Version 2006.1.4, matey! Arrr-iting, too, while you’re at it, shiver me timbers or it’ll be the plank for ye!
maybe another computer games thread???
Chronicles of Museica, Part The Third
I third a pet peeves thread.
There are a lot of threes in this post.*goes off into song daze* Three is a magic number.Yes it is. It’s a magic number. It takes three legs to make a tripod or to make a table stand. Every triangle has three corners, every triangle has three sides, no more no less, you don’t have to guess, when it’s three you can see it’s a magic number.
That was the first video I got on my iPod. *wanders off singing a children’s multiplication song*
58: I second that.
The “Complaints” thread includes pet peeves.
57- one of the founders of youtube went to a school really close by me.
*evil plan*
oh, oh!!! I just had a really random idea…
a cheese thread.
lol.
I’m new here, but how about a thread on mythacal creatures?
How abut one on the Muses *ooo look a roach* huh am I still typing? Oops.
A thread for the new issue?
Did I pie Dracasting first?? If i did, cool.
Your welcome pie is choklit-strawberry-banana.
Yeah, cheese thread!!!!!! awesome!!!!
Hey Admiral! *splat* thanks 4 the pie but 4 future refferance, i don’t like strawberry.

Hello, Dracasting. I can see you.
Why don’t you tell us your birthdate and favorite color so I can add you to the birthday calendar?
O.K. my b-day is Sept. 28th i’m 13 and my favorite color is green though I do like purple a lot
Right. September 28, 1993. Musers wear green, with purple an acceptable substitute.
That’s a long wait for your next birthday, but you’ll turn 5,000 days old on June 7, 2007, and can expect pies from other MBers then.
my B-days october 7 and i like light green.

GAPAS, DID YOU ZAP MY POST FOR NO REASON AT ALL?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
or are you innocently….err, you’d all be asleep now.
Toodles.
A separate pet peeves thread from the complaints one.
*random tangent*
Dracasting’s birthday is the same as this guy I know’s. Only my friend’s a year older. I have already expressed my outrage at the lack of recognition of my birthday on three separate threads. I’m waiting.
How about a new PPP thread? Since the last one vanished…
MONTY PYTHON THREADS!!!!!
hey come on a person can like mp cant she
i hope so
pretty please do a monty python thread cuz everybody loves mp!!!
please!!!
thx
I second 99.
A String Theory thread? I’m reading The Elegant Universe but I also read an article about in Science News that points out some majors problems in it. I’d like to know what other Musers think. I know Queenie once said it was a hobby of hers (if I remember correctly),
Another Monty Python thread, on the main page.
how about a pets thread
like for tricks treats kinds etc like my cat used to play fetch
Maybe a thread about instruments we play, techniques we employ and enjoy, music that’s really fun to learn, and virtually anything else under the domain of music-making. And possibly even music-writing. As in the notes, not the words.
Please.
why are most middle-school girls bimboes???
thread ideas:

It seems like many people want a Monty Python thread (including I). My suggestion is that we create a thread about movies and television overall, so people who have not seen Monty Python can join in on the discussion (and then go watch Monty Python). Or, it can be an even broader thread that covers all media, such as newspapers, books, etc.
That was my thought anyway.
Maybe a recomedations thread, for example:
“Have you ever heard of this really good book…”
OR
“You should all watch…”
A Museican Commonwealth thread. The Commonwealth, now consisting of Qurtv’s Island and Feather, is beginning to take on a life of its own.
A thread where you can ask other MBers questions about business on other threads. Thus, one would only have to keep checking this thread, with occasional visits to other threads.
The Museican Commonwealth now consists of Nyllix, Feather, Hydropastrica, Spinach and the Tupisodaloric Groves. I think that it deserves a thread.
I think it would be cool to have a thread about different cultures, etc. For example, if someone went to South Africa, they could describe their experiences there and some cultural differences they noticed. And people can talk about cultures their family follows, etc.
I think a thread like that would be fun because we could learn about different cultures, as well as have a good time sharing memories and customs!
I concur on the culture thread.
A Lemony Snicket Theory Thread. Only for people who have read as far as THE END. Spoilers OK.
A “Science Fair Projects” thread. Because the only people who I know do competitive science fair projects in the higher grade levels Museblog, and I want to talk about mine/annoy others and tell them to DO A SCIENCE FAIR PROJECT/find out I’m not the only one who still does them. Because I’ve already started mine, and you pretty much have to work on it over winter break to finish a science fair project in time.
Good idea, curious and questioning.
GAPA, *wink, wink, wink* what about that *wink* culture thread? *wink, wink*
I think it’s a really good idea!
A culture thread would be kewl.
I love the idea of a culture thread. I will wink wink with PPanda. *wink, wink…* *smiles angelically* *wink, wink, wink* That culture thread is sure a good idea! *wink wink*
And you know, that muser profile thread, you know? Here’s my lovely description to tell people what exactly I’m talking about:
A thread that Musers type on to tell other Musers about themselves. You know, your age, what you look like, some general hobbies, where you live, that sort of thing. Things that are so obvious to your friends in “real life,” but that no one knows on MuseBlog.
ok, GAPAs, OEADs, MAPs, whatever you would like to be called….many people like the idea of a culture thread, *wink, wink, wink*
*hint, hint*
culture thread
*wink**wink**wink**wink**wink*[etc.]
You’ve got your culture thread. Look for it!
oh! I went on this page before going on the home page!
never mind…
Emily Dickinson’s birthday is on the 10th. Can we make a thread for her or at least put her on the “Dates to Remember” thing?
Alrighty. Here’s a nice and detailed description of the Muser Profile thread I really want really badly:
A thread on which to supply unknown information about yourself. Favorite color, birthday, where you live, your real name, what you look like, and anything else that you think that other Musers should know, but never found out about. Or stuff that they did, but you think would make your profile sound good.
*ahem* I shall request it AGAIN.

HISTORY
THREAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
please? my history classes this year aren’t up to snuff, and my friends are starting to slink away whenever I say anything beginning with the words “Did you know that in —-, ———— did———— ?”
125-Like anotehr H2GMB thread?
Y’know, we should really just have the luvverly GAPA put our profiles up on the H2GMB so we don’t have to redo them when lots of newbies come. Sort of like the Gaboomba thingy.
126- that could be cool
I need a history thread. Esoecially about the contributions muslims made to society(?)
another HG2MB thread would be cool, too.
Or another “Incredible Morphing Chameleon” focused topic thread. Those were great.
I could humble myself before the greatness that is the OEADs and appeal for an RRR v. 2006.1.4, as well as a new Writing.
*prostrates self on virtual floor* O Administrators of this fine Institution, will you please honor the request of your humble servant Pentatonikk and create a continuation of my beloved RRR and my beloved Writing, so that this unworthy one may have some bit of happiness and go into her eternal devotion to you so willingly that she shall sing your praises to the heavens. If you would grant this to me, I shall hold the memory of my unending thanks for all of my life, unless I get Alzheimer’s or amnesia.
Or, I have an even better idea. Next month (January), can we call the “January Discussion Thread” the “Incredible January Morphing Chameleon Thread” or something like that? Because it really is an incredible-morphing-chameleon-focused-topics-thread. And the name is great!
The January Jubilee
We neeeeeed a…a …. What did I want to ask? OH I REMEMBER! I know what to put on the fron tof the “limeted edition” shirts! The word:
flamablambulous!!!!
we need another “Ask the GAPAs” thread. Either that, or we open the old one again.
I’ll say this again, but…
NEW COMPUTER GAMES THREAD!!!
do we need a new hot topics thread for the new year???
Hmm… Requests.
A thread to discuss wungs. What are wungs, you may ask? Animal, vegetable, mineral, subatomic particle? Nobody knows. Yet. This thread could be a place to post recent wung sightings and theories, and to cross-check them with other people. I know it’s crazy, but this could be the next big thing. Plus, we’ll eventually figure out what they are. Maybe.
And again, a Museican Commonwealth thread. I’m tired of doing all the Commonwealth dealings on the PPP, Museica, and/or Ships’ Logs threads.
I’m now going on Google to find out what wungs are.
OMG. I just realized that “wung” could be some extremely bad word. That’s what I hate about slang. It’s impossible to safely make up a word.
Phew. Wung is not offensive. But it’s a last name. Maybe we should change it…
Sorry for multiple posts.
And a RRR, v.2006.6, part 2.
Can we please have a wung thread? Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease?
I had an idea! A light bulb popped up over my head. When/if there is enough interest/ enough people have read some, could we have a Newford thread for discussing Charles de Lint’s Newford novels and short stories.
Also I humbly request a new books thread and a new poems and songs thread.
e~a’s requests are humbly seconded. With glee.
And Penty wants an Otakunesse thread so she can spread her Narutardednesse and general unhealthy passion for anime/manga. Prz?
