  1. Can we have another Monty Python thread?
My friend won’t let me mention it around her, and I need to get it out of my system.

How about a book suggestion/review thread? or a pop- star bashing thread?

  3. 12-I second the motion.

    How about a Wodehouse thread?
    An Authors thread?
    A Pet Peeves thread?
A “State of the English Language” thread, where word people can be word people and argue over June Casagrande, Lynne Truss, William Safire, Bill Walsh, and Strunk&White?

  4. 13 (Zyviva)- Do you have dial-up? When at home, it’s impossible for me to load that thread as well.

14 (ningunep)- We have a Halloween thread already, dating from August or so. It’s still technically functional.

  6. I request a “Work of George Herriman” thread. The world needs to know more about this misunderstood but brilliant cartoonist and his strips, sometimes poignant, sometimes surreal, and sometimes just sidesplittingly funny. Also, he is the person who invented Kokonino County. Bet half of you didn’t know that.

  7. My favorite quote from Krazy Kat (by George Herriman)
Krazy: “You cut the string, n’en’wot??
Ignatz: “A “kop” goes over the river.”

  8. 21-I think i did know that, although i don’t really remember what i remember very well. I remember the strip being compared somehow to Arizona, and i think i remember something about Kokonino County. Didn’t know the artist’s name though.

I vote for another Procrastination thread. XD

  10. I had a great idea for a thread. I was so excited. And then I forgot it. I’ll probablly remember in math class, and i’ll shout it out, just as the teacher (a rather scary person) is handing out the tests that the whole class did really badly on. It’s not fair.

I third a pet peeves thread.

There are a lot of threes in this post.*goes off into song daze* Three is a magic number.Yes it is. It’s a magic number. It takes three legs to make a tripod or to make a table stand. Every triangle has three corners, every triangle has three sides, no more no less, you don’t have to guess, when it’s three you can see it’s a magic number.
That was the first video I got on my iPod. *wanders off singing a children’s multiplication song*

  44. A separate pet peeves thread from the complaints one.

    *random tangent*
Dracasting’s birthday is the same as this guy I know’s. Only my friend’s a year older. I have already expressed my outrage at the lack of recognition of my birthday on three separate threads. I’m waiting.

    Please.

  51. It seems like many people want a Monty Python thread (including I). My suggestion is that we create a thread about movies and television overall, so people who have not seen Monty Python can join in on the discussion (and then go watch Monty Python). Or, it can be an even broader thread that covers all media, such as newspapers, books, etc.

    That was my thought anyway.

  52. Maybe a recomedations thread, for example:

“Have you ever heard of this really good book…”
    OR
    “You should all watch…”

  56. I think it would be cool to have a thread about different cultures, etc. For example, if someone went to South Africa, they could describe their experiences there and some cultural differences they noticed. And people can talk about cultures their family follows, etc.

I think a thread like that would be fun because we could learn about different cultures, as well as have a good time sharing memories and customs!

  57. A “Science Fair Projects” thread. Because the only people who I know do competitive science fair projects in the higher grade levels Museblog, and I want to talk about mine/annoy others and tell them to DO A SCIENCE FAIR PROJECT/find out I’m not the only one who still does them. Because I’ve already started mine, and you pretty much have to work on it over winter break to finish a science fair project in time.

And you know, that muser profile thread, you know? Here’s my lovely description to tell people what exactly I’m talking about:

A thread that Musers type on to tell other Musers about themselves. You know, your age, what you look like, some general hobbies, where you live, that sort of thing. Things that are so obvious to your friends in “real life,” but that no one knows on MuseBlog.

  62. Alrighty. Here’s a nice and detailed description of the Muser Profile thread I really want really badly:

A thread on which to supply unknown information about yourself. Favorite color, birthday, where you live, your real name, what you look like, and anything else that you think that other Musers should know, but never found out about. Or stuff that they did, but you think would make your profile sound good. :)

Y’know, we should really just have the luvverly GAPA put our profiles up on the H2GMB so we don’t have to redo them when lots of newbies come. Sort of like the Gaboomba thingy.

*prostrates self on virtual floor* O Administrators of this fine Institution, will you please honor the request of your humble servant Pentatonikk and create a continuation of my beloved RRR and my beloved Writing, so that this unworthy one may have some bit of happiness and go into her eternal devotion to you so willingly that she shall sing your praises to the heavens. If you would grant this to me, I shall hold the memory of my unending thanks for all of my life, unless I get Alzheimer’s or amnesia.

A thread to discuss wungs. What are wungs, you may ask? Animal, vegetable, mineral, subatomic particle? Nobody knows. Yet. This thread could be a place to post recent wung sightings and theories, and to cross-check them with other people. I know it’s crazy, but this could be the next big thing. Plus, we’ll eventually figure out what they are. Maybe.
