iTunes is growing on me. The only advantages over windows media player that I can see are 1) syncs with iPod 2) smart playlists and 3) party shuffle. especially 1 and 2. Disadvantages are 1) WMA to AAC conversions 2) it takes WMPs contributing artist as the artists instead of taking album artist when doing WMA to AAC and 3) it doesn’t have the cool speeding up/slowing down your music thing that WMP has
In conclusion:
I both dislike and like iTunes.

30 – Woah. Sounds pretty much like me without any specific things. Only specific item there is runes. Pop Quiz – What was the Nazi swastika originally (FrigidSymphony, I think you should know this, seeing as you’ve mentioned it in some previous post about the bands I liked.) Oh, and runes. Yeah, I use them to write with and this runecasting thing came wih the book I learned them in. Really interesting to read and learn about.
The other people in my class get really freaked out by them. This new Korean kid was trying to read them and I had to explain to him about ancient runes and stuff. It’s pretty nice being able to write in something that few other people know exists, let alone know how to read.

ebeth allow me to explain: kiwanis is a stupid music festival that they have in toronto. this is th64th year as i was told about 100 times.it’s really boring and you get up by yourself or with a group and get judged. i was in about 8 ish classes. they took me out of school for about 2 weeks because they take the whole day and i missed some of the best art classes there for kiwanis=evil.

67-It’s a rip-off of David Eddings’ Belgariad. Speaking of David Eddings, he lit a match to his gasoline and burnt down his house. His wife had a stroke, so they communicate by fax machine (and have children. Very persistent faxing?) and his mother survived but the machine didn’t. He’s kind of scruffy-looking, actually.

Okay, that in and of itself doesn’t annoy me so much. It’s the comments I get about it! Many people automatically assume I’m anorexic. I’m the exact opposite of that! Seriously, me + choklit….look out.
I was at the mall with some friends, and we were making fun of a “Chicken Soup for the Teenager’s Soul IV” and then we came across a disgustingly sappy poem about the “perfect” female image. And all of a sudden, I’m getting comments like “I hate you, SM, you’re too skinny!”
Like, what am I supposed to say to that? To be blunt, each of them were at least 20lbs heaver than I am. So I started apologizing embarrassedly. Ugh.
It’s not like I try to be really skinny, or like I flaunt it. Seriously, my clothes are mostly baggy.
I just don’t gain weight. And of course I get shit for it.
And what can I do? Ugh.
Even in English class once, people were talking about the body sizes of celebrities, and going on about how they like Beyoncé because she’s not one of the super-thin peoples… Uhm, okay, yeah, some probably do have eating disorders. But is that a reason to dislike them?
Yeah, I just really hate when people point out that I’m a tad underweight. I can’t help it! Ugh.

I can totally relate to that green shirt girl story, it happed to me. I was at this assembley and this old lady called me the lady in the yellow shirt, but I didnt hear her so I answered her question and got tortured for answering all year long by snobs who call themselves cheerleaders. More like (censored)leaders. Snobs.
and yes Jadestone, I lurvie upsetting the popular kids like jocks and cheerleaders. There was this one time where we went to the lunch table by the door where all these popular kids sit and vegitate and theres this one popular girl who isnt all that bad so I got her to spy on her buds and get some info on the “real nerdy people”. Then I rounded all of the people on their gossip list up and sat them all down at the same table before the popular snobs got there. EVERYBODY was just staring at us, because it was a mix of goths, emos, nerds, a few average people, one popular kid, bad girls and boys, skater punks, geeks, and a general mix of races and genders (which dosnt usually happen at my school). When all the cheerleaders got there, they were stunned. And then they went to the other end of the cafateria and ate there, all alone (we had filled up every table with at least 10 unpopular people) and they all got spread out and basically looked disturbed the whole school period. IT WAS A RIOT.
