There are platypuses on Museica. ANd WUngs Knerwolves Bvorgs Raggets and Ravangars. You bet. No Kidding.
And Manatees!
Vermicious Knids? (See Charlie and the Great Glass Elavator, by Roald Dahl.)
What’s a wung? I’ve asked this before.
No more requests until Friday! how am I supposed to wait- oh right, Friday’s tomorrow.
I love Charlie and the Great Glass Elevator!
I like zonkeys. They’re a cross between a zebra and a donkey (but you probably already guessed that). I saw one once at a medieval fair. Really. It looked like a donkey with zebra stripes on its rump, kind of like a quagga. Speaking of quaggas, we need those too. And thylacines, and glass frogs, and golden toads, and zebracorns (zebra/unicorn) and passenger pigeons. As well as white dodos. I read about those in one of those depressing books about extinct animals.
Wungs- Little balls of fur that can produce electricity. There are many different kinds, different colors, and they look like little balls of metal in their immature state. They can be found practically anywhere in the Musiverse, from Pie Isle to Dekrane to the Chicago office.
Knerwolves- I am not an expert on them.
Bvorgs- Predators with shaggy brown fur that secretes a mucus that captures prey. They are 9 feet tall with 1.5 foot fangs and 6 inch razor sharp claws. They can see ultraviolet, but are not very smart. They live on the kontinent of Kold.
Raggets- Small creatures, native to the British Isles, which play tricks on Wungs. They have mogles, but what mogles are is unclear.
Ravangars- Subterranean creatures, native to the Chadium Mountains, related to Bvorgs, which subsist entirely on HPBs.
*researches*
Krenwolves (knerwolves is a misspelling) originated on RRR v. 2006.5. When that RRR died, I assume the krenwolves migrated to Museica. They look like wolves, only twice as big, and they have scales. They can leap 50 feet, and their favorite food is magical creatures.
2-Wungs were talked about in a thread that talked about Wungs. Surprise, surpise.
3-How about Monaked Dole Cats? Naked Mole Rat/Donkey/Monkey/Cat eww im grossing myself out.
Were wungs discovered before the Wung thread? I like reading ancient threads…
Apple Demons ~ these are little red gremlins that sneak up behind you and then take a bite out of your AppleMac. (they’re related to XP Demons.) these are extremely dangerous and annoying as computers are the only source of power, communication, and general chaos in Museica.
does anyone here know that pigeons are actually the exact same species as doves, only different colored?!? at weddings, when they release doves at the ceremony, they’re actually homing pigeons that fly back to their owners for the next wedding. interesting, isn’t it?

You’ve forgotten about all the different kinds of bunnies!
Hot Pink Bunnies (HPB) – Small rabbit-like creatures that once appeared to be “mostly harmless” cute little fuzz-balls but who, on that fateful day, April 1st, 2007, were revealed to be quite capable of taking over the world. They tried to do so, but were put back in their place by the MuseBloggers by the end of the day (thank goodness). These creature are an original MuseBlog creation, and have been around almost longer than any other MuseBlog creature. There was once an entire pie war fought over them (the sides were “Anti-HPB” and “Pro-HPB”), but, fortunately, no grudges from that war have been carried over to the present (as far as we know).
Hot Magenta Bunnies (HMB) – Appearing to be related to HPB’s, these creatures were first discovered on Pie Isle when a courageous band of MuseBloggers decided to explore that treacherous land. So far, the HMB’s seem to be fairly complacent and peaceful (unlike their pink relatives), but, as not much is known about them, we can’t be sure. However, they haven’t bothered the explorers, yet, which is a good sign. Unfortunately, it may at some point be appropriate to put them on the Endangered Species List, as they have been found dead in great quantities on Pie Isle. The cause of their death is suspected, but not yet known.
Hot Cerulean Bunnies (HCB) – Also discovered on Pie Isle, this branch of the colored-bunny family seems to be more like the HPB’s than the HMB’s, as they are the suspected cause of the HMB’s’ deaths. Unfortunately, they are also very skittish, so not much is known about them except for the above-mentioned facts. More information on this mysterious (and possibly dangerous) species will be reported as it is revealed.
7-I think so… maybe
8-thats really mean I’m glad I dont have a mac
Also, from what I can tell there are…
Hot Rouge Bunnies (HRB) – The members of this species (who were, too, discovered on Pie Isle), though, again, not much is known about them, appear to be hostile. They have taken a few of the explorers hostage, and are threatening dire consequences if the explorers do not cooperate with the HRB’s. These creatures are also masquerading as HCB’s in order to appear peaceful, and to get close to the other MuseBloggers. It is said that the HRB’s are insane. More information as it is found out.
12-Oh My Gawd. I have discovered a new species of bunnnie. The HNGB!! (Hot Neon Green Bunnie) Ack and it appears to be hostile too, its tearing up my pillows and filling my tub with sand and dismantaling pans and pots in my kitchen.
13-Psh…yeah, right. If you want to “discover” a bunny, actually have a reason for doing so, and keep it on the Pie Isle thread…or another adventure thread, but that’s where it’s at.
14-I DO have a reason for doing so!!! THERE ARE FIVE OF THEM IN MY KITCHEN!! Its kinda hard to ignore.
10: correction: HBPs are an original creation of Muse magazine, not Museblog. Have you been subscribing since the cat/dog wars? Paul Baker wrote an article on their origin.
12: Some of the rogue bunnies are HCBs. And now they’re masquerading? I’ve got to check this out! *heads to Pie Isle*
Hot Green Bunnies (HGB) – Very similar to HCB’s. In fact, they seem to be allied with the HCB’s in some way…so far, peaceful, but we shall see…
Don’t forget the Large Intelligent________s!
………………………………………..(fill-in-the-blank)
LIHs (hedgehogs) They are native to Pie Isle and have poisonous spines, which they can shoot, like porcupines are supposed to but actually don’t. They have a society somewhat like Ewoks, only not as annoying.
LIRs (rodents) They look like a cross between rats and squirrels, only 6 feet tall. They have developed a complex and advanced civilization on the continent of Iknurowlis. A small, primitive colony exists on an island to the northwest of Museica.
LILs (lizards) They are native to Dor. Nomadic tribes of warriors, they are often found as mercenaries on pierate ships.
PURs (pierating ugly rodents) Like LIRs, but uglier and meaner. Native to Saskatoon Isle.
LBs (large bats) Also native to Saskatoon Isle. Accomplices of PURs.
HMs (horned moles) Native to Caesar Archipelago. They are primitive, and their tribes are governed by shamans.
APDs: Aquatic Prairie Dogs. Bottom half of mermaids, upper half of prairie dogs.
Other Creatures:
Pie Mussels: The scourge of the sea trade, they are intelligent, witty, and hungry for wood. They eat ships from the outside in.
Floobs: Found on Frozen Isle, they are small balls of blue fur that hover.
GOEBs: Giant One-Eyed Beasties. Found in the Gulf of Dornavenk, they are like one-eyed giant squid. A delicacy, if it doesn’t eat you first.
Woodwyrms: A variety of wingless, legless dragon that eats wood.
Vanilla narwhal: Found in the northern seas.
Rhubarb squid: Found in the Filling Sea.
16-Well, sort of, but not really…I took a little break…I wasn’t sure about it, but I figured it was safer to say MB…thanks. And about the HCB’s…that’s pretty much just as far as I can tell from the muddled thread…oy.
11 ~ you got Windows XP? cuz that’s what the XP Demons devour. better watch out if you have it. heh heh…
13 – actually, i’ve captured 2 of those HNGBs and trainde them as my pets. (and minions.) they’re quite cute and harmless when domesticated, except when i order them to…ATTACK!!! as for the ones tearing up your kitchen, they’re wild. to calm them, simply show them a bright pink sheet of paper. once they’re calmed down, HNGBs are actually quite easy to train. please refer to http://www.howtotrainyourHNGB.nonexistentURL. it’s quite helpful.
SoulForged, I realize that there are always eville creatures that enjoy desicrating electrical appliances such as computors. The XP Demons have already visited me, but I have invented a special repellant. Learn more about it at wzw.howtoproperlyuseyourXPDemonreppelentwithoutkillingyourselfintheprocessandlearnaboutsomeveryexitinginvestmentoppertunities.thisisnotarealwebsite. Thank you for the training your HNGB webby. The pink paper didnt work though, I had to resort to my sister’s bright pink bathrobe. That worked, but Im afraid I have to buy her anothe one. They belive that that is an offering of peace. I think.
Also about the Hot Bunnys:
The HRGs(Hot Rouge Bunnys) are multicolored, from lime green to macaroni orange.
Also HMBs can also be maroon, not just magenta.
And my last part of this post is also about bunnies: the AHMBs and AHPBs: the Aerial Hot Pink and Maroon/Magenta Bunnies. From what I have heard,(I have only seen three in all of my explorations, and they were not very clear) they are very rare bunnies. They use their ears to spin like a helicopter, and they have no bodies, only heads. On the ground they roll around. No one knows how they evolved to be what they are.
May I venture my own species of hot bunny: HDBs, hot dust bunnies.
23- Do the live in the desert?
24-yes, and under poorly-dusted beds.
25-Kinda like mine!! How about under the couch?
There are polleowrs. This is a creature that I MADE UP! They are balls of flower pollen that live on Isla Museination (mushed muse and imagination together). They eat pies. So Koko, watch out, these little buggers have TWO things against you!
27-Oh La La, I sence the presence of blackmail possibilities!!
Has anyone mentioned the chlorophyll cows of museica? These wonderful green beasts are the only cows that don’t graze, (that would be cannibalism) but prefer pork rinds. They’re even more lazy than regular cows, because they have to stand around all day, absorbing sunlight.
Does Museica have Vegetable lambs?
there also is the BBs,or Black bunnies. they are similar to HPBs,but black and carniverous. they live on bulyai-serwaqi isle ( which in their language means HPB-death ) and hate the HPBs for pushing them off their lands.
no, i dont think museica has vegetable lambs.
31-Oo, oo!!! I sense a sub-plot in the story of Pie Isle in the making…mwahahahaaa….
Don’t forget the eximazzes! An eximazz is a bovine creature, with a light green coat of fur dotted with purple spots. They eat the Bug-wungs, thereby helping the economy. They have the usual four stomachs, and have medium-length yellow ears. They say LOOOOOOOOO.
34 ~ economy? i think you mean ecology. or ecosystem. whatever.
anyways, i have discovered a new type of bunny: GGSB! (Gigantic Green Senzu Bunnies!) this type of bunny is green, and extremely large. (very extremely large.) this hugeness is caused by their natural instinct to seek out and devour senzu beans. (note: senzu beans are from the DBZ manga, and they cause the eater to regain all of their strength & energy, plus any injuries the user might have are instantly healed.) this, of course, causes them to be extremely healthy and strong, and therefore they grow to enormous sizes. GGSBs are very intelligent and have a complex social structure. they never quarrel among themselves, knowing that this would cause their numbers to decrease. there are only ever about a hundred of them at one time, seeing as they breed very slowly and take a long time to grow to maturity. they are also very peaceful, and other creatures never attack them because (1) they help the ecosystem greatly by eating senzu beans, which are a thriving species in Museica/Pie Isle/whatever other MBey places you can think of, and (2) the other creatures would lose simply because the GGSBs are too large, and would probably accidentally crush them beneath their feet.
okay, finished w/ hugely long post. phew. (GAPAs, don’t you dare zap this post!!!)
YYYYYAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!
Ravangars don’t have to eat HPBs. They have been known to eat a variety of creatures, but after Museica was settled the Ravangars ate the Bunnies that the settlers unwittingly brought with them. Skreeths are creatures that resemble wingless dragons and have power over fire, they can “teleport” through fire, shape fire etc. etc.
(post 0)
Um…you created six threads a day on some days in March.
Why dost not thou appoint a Zoologist General? It would probably be a good idea to keep track. I volunteer! Here’s a start:
Wungs- As larvae, these creatures are spherical hunks of metal. When they grow older, they grow ffur and the ability to produce electricity. They are quite a diverse group, and found anywhere in the Musiverse.
Knerwolves- I am not an expert on them.
Bvorgs- Carnivorous animals of Kold, about 9 feet tall. They are very dangerous, with 6-inch razor claws, and 1.5 foot fangs. They also produce a poisonous mucus, and it is known that they can see in ultraviolet. Their favorite prey is the Hot Pink Bunny.
Raggets- Playful creatures of Britain that are also mysterious. It is known that they are equipped with mogles, but not what mogles are.
Ravangars- Chadium Mountain devils that live undergrown. They can eat HPBs but have other forms of food, and are similar to Bvorgs.
Skreeths- A pyromaniac breed. They resemble wingless dragons and have strange abilities with fire.
Gigantic Green Sensu Bunnies- Discovered by Goku Son. They feed almost entirely off senzu beans. They are very large, hard to harm, and also very large, but they are not dangerous. It is known that they are highly intelligent and have complex social groups, and also that they lean toward pacifism. Their Musiverse-wide population hovers around a hundred.
Eximazz- A vaguely cowlike creature, discovered by Kiki the Great, of a lighter green color and purple spots, as well as having long yellow ears. They usually make a ‘LOOO’ noise, though why is unclear. Eximazzes are known to feed almost entirely off Bug-Wungs, using four stomachs to digest them.
Hot Neon Green Bunny- A mysterious species, discovered by Beavo. They are mischevious but mostly benign.
Ok
I just discovered that when pickled, Wungs turn develop green and fuscia stripes.
Can you “discover” new species and report them here? That would be cool.
Alright, then I discovered Vegetable Lambs!
They look like sheep, but grow on a stalk.
hey, Der Wachtelshlag! don’t forget XP Demons and Apple Demons.
Ok… someonee has to know of some sort of aquatic creature…
what about basketfish?
they are talll, very toned, and are basketball orange with some bumps
Yeah! I remember them!!!
good! i thought i was the only one!
four’n twenty pie
Where is everybody else?!
the great and all powerful clown has pied this thread
I’m here…and, pie parade, don’t you DARE talk about clown in front of me, or I’ll pie you for the rest of your virtual life!!!
I’m here! Museica has tiny dragons, right?
53 – I think so
53-It does?
55- Of course.
56-Good…
Empty…
Yup.
Wow! Lotsa little posts!

Here is all the known information about cybergnomes.
Gnomes are patron spirits of the element earth. This includes most metals and ores, including silicon. When metal is mined or otherwise extracted from a greater whole, gnomes lose a bit of their essence which piggybacks on the metal. When a computer is built, there’s a great enough concentration of silicon to fuse the gnome essences into a single being. These newborn cybergnomes (also known as gremlins) leave their birth computer by piggybacking on e-mails and blog comments. They then accumulate on major servers and set up virtual colonies in unregarded pockets of memory space. Gnomes do not feed: they gain energy from belief in them. Since MBers, for the most part, have particularly inventive and imaginative minds, the MuseBlog server has a particularly large and thriving population of cybergnomes.
So far, three varieties of Cybergnomes have been detected- Link, Blip Cleanup, and Smiley Repair. I suspect that these are assigned duties, not subspecies, as they seem to precisely fit every situation which requires them, something very unlikely were there a fixed number of inflexible types. This leads me to believe that gnomes live in organized and structured colonies. I can also infer, from the many religions and beliefs that consider Earth to be a maternal influence, that the society is matriarchal and that a gnomish colony is presided over by a queen, much like a hive of ants or honeybees.
So far, only benevolent gnomes have been detected, but I strongly suspect that malevolent individuals also exist.
The malevolent gnomes are mostly loners, kicked out of their hives. They take particular delight in frustrating everybody who has an internet connection.
[Oops! The Missing-Data Gnome missed the change of venue. Fortunately, a Quick Copy&Paste Gnome wandered onto the scene in the nick of time and copied the following message to this thread.]
[Begging your pardon, Mr. Oob, sir, but two others of our kind have ventured forth from the deeper recesses of the blog, viz., the Typographical Gnome and the HTML Gnome. –the Missing-Data Gnome]
Most helpful, gnomes.
I am currently getting reports from the camera fixed on my trained Computer Wung. All I can see are zeroes and ones, so it must still be in transit and hasn’t reached the gnome colony.
[We also added a link to DFTT. ]
[Wait! Did he say wung?]
[*excited chatter**scurry away*]
expariment #1- chat-speck to right spelling gome existence. this may be a type of typographiacl gome.
OMG!
This alter ego’s job description has expanded from Pieceful Pie Planet to Gnome Researcher.
What is DFTT? I hope I’ll be able to find out with the help of the WungCam.
(66) Well, Oob probably needed the work.
I believe DFTT stands for Don’t Forget These Threads. Take a look.
The gnomes are really proliferating, aren’t they?
My wung is now outside the colony. It appears to be a large, irregular cone of flaky grey metal.
A gnome is cautiously approaching the wung.
Appearance of the Gnome:
Its skin is grainy, moist and a rich brown, like packed soil. Its eyes seem to be crystals. It has two legs and four arms, all with three digits. Green light flashes and sparks all around it, and glowing green letters constantly form and disappear all over its skin. I think it must be a Link Gnome.
Link… as in Hairspray? Does said gnome have crazy hair? Possibly blue or magenta?
No. It has a bald and wrinkled head.
Oob! a gnome has been spotted on NaNoWriMo 2007. it is the internet saftey gnome.
is the gnome by any chance related to the troll? they have crazy hair! By the way i have a tee shrit with gnomes that says “Rollin with the Gnomies” i know, it rocks.
Gnomes are all over Harry Potter, did you know?
74- Rowling portrays them innacurately.
not tee shirts
76- Do the T-shirts portray them as little clay-like figures with four arms and flickering green auras?
[A GnaGnoGnome has been sighted on the NaNoWriMo thread. -the Missing Data Gnome]
Oob! I’ve discovered a new gnome– the “hypnotism” gnome. Read the “HPB culture 2” thread.
78- well it was in canix blog, and it looked like he put it there, so oob knows about it because Canix=sir ozlips=oob. just so you know.
77- ………… no comment………..
i think (based on your description) J.K. Rowling portrays them fine
80- Perhaps garden gnomes are what she’s describing. Cybergnomes are somewhat different.
oh and pray tell wat is the difference?
18: AWESOME LIH!!!!! I am an expert on all beings of hedgehogs, and will be continuing much talk of these large inteligent hedgehogs.
I control many tribes of these fun loving things. Soon i will tell a tale of knerwolve hunting
82- The cybergnomes have two more arms and flickering light all over their skin.
Bvorg hunting for the IHOUSs and LIHs (Intelligent hedgehogs of unusual sises and large inteligent hedgehogs)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
a clan of the hedgehogs slowly stalks forward. Wearing hides and cloth fabrics for clothing and weilding forest made spears and bows with arrows. They walk closer into the forest, and then one makes a motion with his head, waggling his pirickles. A bvorg has been spotted. Hedgehogs suddenly spread all about, jomping into trees and such. A great lumbering body comes into veiw. Huge fangs grow out of a mouth 9 feet abouve the ground. The bvorgs grotesk nose sniffs about. He starts to turn, but suddenly a branch sags. A young hedgehog with white tipped prickles and a sling catapult. The bvorg swings around and it right in the hedgies face. It grows and starts to lung but suddenly the hedgehog puts a rock in his slinkg and fires it full speed into the bvorgs left eye. It sticks in and there is a blood curdling boneshattering howl from the bvorg. Then every single hedgehog fires arrow after arrow and throws spear after spear untill the bvorg is completely edead. They carry it off. The hunt was a sucsess.
We need to talk about the Quesons (also known as cheesies) here. They’re very important, as in one of the possible futures they conquer almost the entire known Musiverse. Kiwimuncher’s our resident expert.
After the pie wars, agagabagabag zepata retired as protecter, and compiled his great works. This will be one of them.
Let’s see… *writes on list* We have the Pronoun Gnome, the GnaGnoGnome, the Missing Data Gnome, the Internet Safety Gnome, the Quick Copy&Paste Gnome…and then there’s the HTML Gnome, the Smiley Repair Gnome, the Blip Cleanup Gnome, the Link Gnome, and the Hypnotism Gnome. Are there any more of you I’ve forgotten?
old thread…
Knerwolves, Bvorgs, Raggets, and Ravangars? What the waffle?
88- The reclusive Grammar Gnome has been spotted several times. And the Spelling Gnome, I believe.
91- and the old english gnome.
This is a VERY old thread.
Also-tearoom fairies have bee spotted. In fact, I see one right now.
Okay. Apparently now she is off to the H&H. Small wonder, really.
*flutters wings*
92- Is there a Middle English Gnome?
We need to add the College Fun Vampires to our bestiary.
