    Well, since I appear to be the only PPP pwner here, I may as well explain it.

    Sucrosia is an island (I think) that has jellybeans growing on trees, sugar on bushes, etc. There are HPBs here. We found a dragon’s cave. It had chocolate coins. We also have one hovercraft, courtesy of Beavo.

    Why are we exploring it? It’s there, that’s why. :twisted:

    We just got out of the dragon’s cave and now we are unsure of what to do, as nobody is posting.

    Actually, on reflection, I was a completely different person when I posted as fellowmuser. I am actually now way more mature, and don’t act… well… like a nine-year-old. Now I act like an eleven-year-old! Yippee!

Either that, or it’s some kind of enchantment that makes a giant forty-foot living textbook that is heading straight for us with it’s fists clenched guard the treasure. Or a combination of both. Or maybe–*is grabbed by textbook and tossed into the digestive system section on ch. 18* *textbook shuts*

    it must be about 8 months since I posted here regularly, but I come on occasionally to see what’s going on, it’s great to see that the PPP’s still living on…
    So Cowland is still up and running — during my vacations from PPP, I leave some of my top cows in charge so it’s running smoothly however they haven’t been active in discussions between other countries because they have trouble speaking to humans.
    Cowtails and cow pies are still available in origional, chocolate and strawberry flavors.
    Has Emma the Duck been around much? our “fighting” took up a large part of at least one thread… hahaha :) :D good times…

    The PPP just never stops providing…
    On my adventure, I found this vegetable plant thing that doesn’t taste like a vegetable but it has the nutrition of 5 servings of veggies. I think it might be a relative of duckweed…perhaps I will call it Cowweed…though that sounds a little funny if you say it out loud. Maybe cowplant. Yeah.

    I have an idea. Currently I believe we’re still on an adventure. What if we each return to our own countries, and then let the RPG settle down a little? We could remove some of the silliness that has been a little bothersome that way, while still keeping the work that we’ve done. Then we could start diplomatic processes and trade again, and I think that would be nice.

    179-Believe it or not, I am still here. I’ve been pretty busy recently, but I do stop by occasionally to see how things are going. At some point PPP seemed to be thriving with newer people, so I left, but I always planned on coming back if i saw it dying again, which apparently is happening, so here I am. I’ll do my best to start visiting this lovely planet every day (although not the next couple, since I’ll be camping) at least until it’s fully alive again.
    And btw, soccopelli isn’t how this thread originally was. In the early days, if i remember correctly, it was people pwning countries, posting descriptions of their countries, and throwing parties, then trading came in. Soccopelli was created quite a while later, when it was down to just 5 of us (me, elizabeth, shadowkat, oob, and tmfa) and dying, and we were trying to resurrect it. However, I would love to play in a new game, if others want to.

    Oh, and if we missed the second anniversary of ppp, that also means i missed my second MB anniversary (september 2nd). Oops.

    204- Soccopelli is basically soccer, with a few different rules that make it suitable for the blog. Shadowcat explains here:

    “We pick a sport (or make one of our own), and each person can only post one move for them or their team at a time. Ex: Elizabeth posts: The Cows take a shot to the upper left corner of the goal!…emmatheduck posts: The Ducks keeper blocks the shot! And then after that, emmatheduck couldn’t post again until someone else had posted. That example, by the way, would be if we were playing soccer. But that’s how I think it would work. Also, the person who posts a shot would not be able to say that it scored. Another person on their team would have to do that before someone from the other team posted that they had missed. Ultimately, this would mean that the game involved beating members of the other team to posting, but that’s ok. Points would be detracted, though, for double posts.”

    Aah, it’s dying again! Sorry, TMFA, but I don’t think PPP should have rulers, since it was originally created as way to get away from wars and things like that, and one person ruling the whole planet wold lead to corruption…Unless I’m the ruler, in which case it’s ok :) (jk)

    Anyway, even though I’m not on MB much anymore, I was always much more attached to PPP than to any other part of the blog, and I really don’t want it to die. I guess soccopelli failed this time, but there’s got to be some way to keep it alive…

    Ok, I suppose we can abandon the idea of Soccopelli. It helped keep the planet alive once before, but most of the original players are gone.

    I’m going to try something from even further back in time. In the early days of PPP, we spent a lot of time throwing parties, so, to celebrate the new year, I’m hosting a party here in Duckland beginning now. Duckweed and carrot pies and many other delicious duckweed foods will be served, but since not everyone seems to like the taste of duckweed, others are welcome to bring foods from their countries to share as well. Just no duck, please.

    Other festivities will include a parade put on by our ducks, ice skating on the country’s largest duck pond (most of the other ponds are kept heated at this time of year so the ducks have homes), and just about anything else anyone can think of.

    Who’s coming?

    Ah, good to see it alive again. I left because of soccopelli (I spellchecked it and the internet spellchecker pulled up this- Xochipilli. What the cake? :lol: ), for Nilly’s reasons.

    I suppose I should make a country, so here it is.

    My country is Jocunda, a relatively small country near the sea. We speak in Cyprian, but the education is mostly learning all the other languages. Our main industries are environmentally-friendly paper/pencils/books, art, and berries.

    Jocunda’s main feature is the forests that cover most of the country (excluding the beaches), where there are large trees perfect for climbing, clearings wonderful for picnics, and rivers that are good for rafting, wading, and/or sailing (kind of like the one in Calvin and Hobbes.). Around half of the beaches are mostly tide pools, and there is a national law stating that you may not pick up/kill any of the sea life, or be fined 50 Somnolens (the national currency, not used much except for this reason.). The other part of the beaches are fantastic for surfing, building sandcastles, and relaxing. The pollution level is low, since people either walk, bike, or boat to wherever they want to go. The national animal is the Maladora, a marsupial-amphibian. It looks like a turquoise koala with big ears a springy legs.
