Some unexplained bloggish anomaly has closed down many of the older threads. We’re reopening them as fast as we can, but it’s a time-consuming task. Please let us know of any favorites you’d like us to single out for extra-fast treatment.

How did you shut them all down in the first place? Do you have to re-open them one at a time?
Could you open the Muse, PA one? I’m not sure many people post there anymore, but I’d like to let them have the chance!

A lot of the very old ones needed to be shut down anyway, and we found a neat little plug-in that would do that quickly. The tradeoff is that the newer ones then have to be reopened one by one.
It would be nice if all the threads I wanted the newcomers to go to were open. I posted a list with links on the Welcome, Newcomers thread. All of them except Chronicles of Museica and Music are closed now, I think. Thanks!

(53) The reason the threads don’t work is because they were removed from the regular line-up and saved as drafts. Under the previous edition of WordPress they were still accessible. Now they’re not. Before I convert any others to regular threads, let me find out if there’s any reason I shouldn’t.
