dragonfable
Check out the Ensiferum: Into Battle video set to a Lord Of The Rings scene sequence on youtube… it gives me the chills! Bloody fantastic!! Ensiferum + LOTR = awesomeness!!!
Oo, I love the illustration!
One of the guitarists in Helloween looks like Viggo Mortensen.
11-Eh…a bit.
Nobody responded to my post 231? on the last thread, so I’m recopying it.
211- I’m sorry for you. I got in all the honors classes available, but I have to take an AP or regents in all of them in 11th grade, and that worries me.
216- Forgiveness is easier to ask than acceptance. Go to the spelling bee. It’s more important.
218- Could you clarify? Maybe post a not-technically-link that omits the http:// http://www., but otherwise would work?
12: You checked??
the cyclopes is back (-)-)
does anyone here have a first name of Emily? just wondering. i know lots of people who subscribe to Muse and i want to know if they are here. please comment.

hee hee im back in GREEN
21-who’s green now, huh? mwahahaha!
what’s really weird is that i just saw a song from an album called “The Emancipation of Mimi”. weird.
Ah, shweet. Soap carving=not for me. I think that cut’s going to scar…
1- Read the caption, it’s a medly of soap-muses.
3- Subtle colors, browns and grays and a few gaey/bronish greens, then with a brighter light blue for the butterfly
SOCIAL STUDIES HOMEWORK!!!! Aaaah!!!!!!
I’m sorry. It’s just that I’ve been doing it for an hour and I’m not nearly done.
Sexy soap. But didn’t I say that already?
What a way to start the month. What a great @#$% way to start…
We have snow on the ground, but it was pouring rain all day. Thunder woke my dog up this morning, and lightening was flashing all over the place. Its the first of March, but we’re under a severe thunderstorm warning. And this is Michigan.
That aside, I believe my best friend is shunning me (again), for reasons I’m unsure of.
In a spulture class we did soap carving. We all carved llamas.
Augh!
Here’s a llama,
there’s a llama,
and another little llama,
fuzzy llama,
funny llama,
llama, llama, duck…
EP Epigenetics are so cool!
Penty=extremely extremely dead so just shoot her now.
Soap is win. Muse is win. Penty is fail.
21- i keep reading your name bananaCRAMPSforever
about soap carving i’m doing food art in visual arts majors at my school! i’m making gumpaste flowers tomorrow
Sooooooooaaaaaaaap!!!
I spent most of gym getting hurt. Sarah hit me on the thigh, so I sat down hard, and while I was moaning Max hit me in the small of the back and Charlie hit me on the back of the head at the same time. Pickleballs hurt, man.
I feel a feeling which I feel you all feel.–Bishop George Ridding.
I’m reciting ‘Gunga Din’ tomorrow.
aaaaaaaargh i just got a cavity filled and it reeeeeeeeeeely hurts, cuz it wz like JUST on teh nerve….. also havnt ben in skool at all today cuz i went up to jackson and got my braces of
i think i have strep throat. i went to bard college to see a german movie, The Theif Lord, got back to school, went to the nurse and got sent home sick. Anyway, check out my friend’s video on YouTube, “Snow Egg” submitted by marrock
11-eeeeeh not really. but hes danish!!
9-realy good band! what album should i get!? its like… black power metal. if thats possible. its like a black metal singer singing to power metal with lots of drums anyway. so, which ones?
13-okay… step 1. get vlc player. it should come up really easily on google when you google it. just download ans install.
step two. go to keepvid dot com. or google keepvid.
step three. copy and paste the url from the video you want into the keepvid thing.
step four-down load the vodeo.
step five-play it using vlc player.
clear enough>?
i was on at about 1130 last night and this thread showed up on the most recent posts bar. but when i clicked it, i got a not found. why?
30- “Gunga Din.” Interesting poem. We did it in seventh grade, I think….that’s the one that keeps saying, “You’re a better man than I am, Gunga Din,” yes?
I’m still typing a long rant in the likes/dislikes thread.
Ugh, I have mucho chem makeup hw to finish up. This depresses me greatly.
Okay, a diagnostic, the last 5 problems on a worksheet, and two really easy ones from the beginning of the semester. Please shoot Procrastinatory SM.
Now. Her other personalities wish for her to be productive.
Gah.
I do not know what the i factor is. Not anything to do with imaginary numbers, of course, but a random factor that has something to do with non-neutral solutions and boiling point elevations and freezing point depressions. Gah, gah, gah.
Holy Zarquon, I need a picture for art class. *Googles*
14-Lol…yeah…why?
lol…
Rehearsal. Mrs. Freidman is really sick but she HAS to come. I feel soooo sorry for her.
I annoyed my drama teacher. He is SO fun to annoy. I sang the moose song:
Big Moose, Big Moose
Swimming in the Water
He No Eat His Breakfast
Where Did He Go?
Where Did He Go?
Dead Moose, Dead Moose
Floating in the Water
He No Eat His Breakfast
He Decompose!
He Decompose!
Like it? I do.
Oh, yeah, Ebeth!!!!!
Calling Ebeth!!!
Have you ever heard of Neu _____ Dance Academy?
Or, if the GAPAs take that one out, do you dance jazz?
What’s virtual chocalate?
The Thief Lord is a german movie?
News to me. The book was written by a german author, I think?
I want to go to Venice, Italy.
Part of Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell is set in Venice. I love that book.
SNOOW DAAAY!!!! my third snow day in my school career and I’m a junior. I guess it’s what I get from living in MN…. though my school district is crazier than most.
39-indeed. the english version is a translation. cornelia funke.
40- I live in MN too! But I just got out of school an hour early…
39- Yes. Cornelia Funke is German. I met her once. She has a strong accent.
38- Umm………. I’ll get back to you on that.
31- I’ll get mine ON soon. Any advice?
I’m back after a lengthly absence!!! Hi!!!
38- thats virtual chocklit to you. its..;. you know. virtual chocklit. like hpb points. one gets it for being good.
also, i would like to request a new ask the gapas thread that was really good.
Out of curiosity and reading outdated threads, if I post the word bonobo, will it work?
[We’ve quietly lifted that restriction, the proximate cause having subsided. –Robert]
What happened to my post? Why was it cut?…
32- I read that book. I didn’t know t was going to be a movie.
40- Not fair. Only one snow day this year… fun, but shovling our 200 foot driveway by hand was not. At all. Very painful, actually.
42- really? cool! yay for minnesooootah! and our 10,000 lakes! (though actually my family cabin’s along the mississippi, not a lake like everyone else’s)
I have just rented the popular game Kingdom Hearts II. While I find the gameplay to be fun, I found the plot to by rather sappy.
WAIT! WHO’S THAT?!
Fanfiction man to the rescue! If I ever get time, I’ll try this…
Evil guy: Kingdom Tarts! Fill me with mincemeat!
Koko: No! You’re wrong! Kingdom Tarts is…
SPLAT SPLAT SPLAT SPLAT SPLAT!
Koko: Banana cream!
On the subject of YouTube, look at cows with guns, the animated one.
EP I’m inventing the matter jet 4, by the way. It’s basically a matter rearranger, working mostly with added nutrons and dark matter. If you are at all interested in this, ask on and I will try to answer.
..o
_^_
{__}
SP: I invented it mostly to explain how Star Wars speeders get their lift, it’s fairly stupid, but it might work…
(47),
I swam across the Mississippi River near Bemidji once. It was 60 feet wide (and full of leeches).
(48) HERESY, FOUL MORTAL, HERESY!!!!!!1!!!! I bought KH2 the day it came out and beat it in a week.
I get to go up north this weekend. Much happiness. See you on Sunday, MB!
Wow! those are some awesome soap sculptures! I am happy. I don’t know why.
(50) Wowsers! That is SO COOL! Except the part about the leeches. Wasn’t that kind of awkward?
For some reason, the leeches only went for the people who waded across. I was swimming, and they ignored me.
Leeches are no big deal, though. You just peel them off when you get out of the water.
My friend got a leech on her foot once when we went up to my grandparents cabin. She was quite upset. I would be too!
Probably the reason they ignored you was that your feet probably weren’t on the ground, and you where moving faster than anyone else. You where like a boat to them. I mean, if I where a leech, I wouldn’t try to suck blood from a boat. It’s just pointless.
I hate ticks. They’re in the same subject, so there.
I must have gotten at least fifteen ticks in my short life, and every time I freaked out. One was behind my ear, one in my hair, another on my leg….e-e-e-e-e-eww…………..
If we’re talking about Minnesota and the Mississippi, then I’ll rant about my camp.
Thunderbird is the awesomest camp EVER. There’s a lake and riflery and arts+crafts and stuff. And lots and lots of friends and FIELD TRIPS to Itasca and Leech Lake and funness like that.
speaking of crossing the mississippi, I’ve only done the walking along it at itasca where it looks like a stream and the swimming in it down by my cabin but not across the whole river, just in little bits of it.
I can’t tell you all what state I live in, but i can say that Minnesota rules, and that some people think I have a minnesota accent.
I was just wondering if that would get cut. I can’t believe it wasn’t. Now I’m scared.
-?- Blog rules allow you to tell which state you live in. But I’ll cut your post retroactively if that will help you feel less scared.
51–I SAID that I liked the gameplay, but that the storyline was too…er…hmm…ah, forget it. If I can think of an adjective, I’ll post it in the encyclopedia.
Also, I have thought up an idea for a Muse commercial, if anyone is good at Flash:
A stage, empty. A mom in a soccer jersey walks onstage.
MiaSJ: Take the GoFitActiveHealthy Challenge! Chuck your TV out the window and start playing soccer! Well? What are you waiting for? THE MAGAZINE COMMANDS YOU!!!
SPLAT! The MiaSJ is pied. As the pie tin clatters to the floor, a message appears:
Message: MUSE: It’s different here.
Sorry I haven’t been on for a week or so. I’ve been rather busy… and when I wasn’t busy the bloody computer didnt want to connect to internet! Stupid computer
So, in response to everybody who liked my Snape-Dumledore theory, thanks! And to Purple Panda, I didn’t actually remember all the supporting evidence from the book, although the part when he was actually swearing the unbreakable vow, i did remember. i wouldn’t exactly say I did research either though. Basically, I was skimming the part where he swore the unbreakable vow, ’cause I knew there was some stuff to support my view there, and I was intending to skim the part at the end where Dumbledore’s actually murdered to get some more supporting evidence. As for everything in the middle, that was just sheer luck that i found some of that good stuff, ’cause i didn’t really remember that stuff, from the two times I’d read the book. i was just flipping through the book, looking to see if anything jumped out at me to support my theory, and the conversation between Harry and Dumbledore did, so since it had lots of good supporting stuff, I used it.
Anyways, just the other day it hit me the reason why Snape is no longer loyal to Voldemort. I can’t believe i never saw it before. I guess it just took rereading the first five books over again for the umpteenth time for it to come to me. I’ll type up my thoughts on that later, but right now i have to go do other stuff…
33: I would recommend Iron and the debut, Ensiferum. That’s when they still had Jari, now in Wintersun. Although the recent EP Dragonheads with a new frontman and the new album are also pretty good. And for the record the genre is Viking Metal.
35: Well, I didn’t think you would actually check… Btw, listen to Helloween. And he does look like Aragorn!!
Oh, yeah, the author of Wheel of Time is Robert Jordan. meant to mention that already.
Luna, couldn’t you post these in a thread dedicated to books and their contents?
Frigid, nobody’s posted on the Harry Potter thread since May 2006, otherwise I would’ve posted it there. If people aren’t interested in reading what I said, that’s fine, that doesn’t bother me. But, there wouldn’t be much point in my posting on a thread that nobody visits ’cause only the GAPA who moderated it would read it.
66: you can say you posted something in another thread, and provide a link. If someone wants to read it, they’ll go and read it. But for all of us who don’t want to it’s a pain to have this giant HP theory sitting in the random thread.
Five-hour rehearsal…. *is dead*
Well, apart from being deceased, I am very happy, reason being I am one-fourth through my top-secret project. I’m working for the MIB. I am also very happy because I am having a slumber par-tay tonight. YAY!!!
Luna and Potato Chip, I’ve used my GAPA powers to move your latest comments about Harry Potter to the new Harry Potter thread.
Hey GAPAs, I was wondering if you could delete some of the locked threads, like the old random threads. Would save up space and let some of the back paged threads return to the front.
69-Not delete!!! Maybe take them off the main pages but keep them in archive?
But there’s so much history in them!
…and I’m off to D&D…
60 – Sounds like a really cool commercial.
71 – My freind and I tried to play that once. I like the little figurines. But her parents didn’t have the time to instruct us and we ended up being attacked by giant Gummy Bears. Oh well, it was still pretty fun.
(70),
I don’t think we can make archives. Maybe after we (shudder) upgrade to the new version of WordPress…
42-you’ve met Cornelia Funke!?!? that’s fantastic! i’m beginning to wonder why i’ve never me anyone famous. meh. by the way, my old name was Eragon Shadeslayer.
I was in the same room as Arnold Schwarzenegger once. Dunno if I spelled that right. Also, I was in the same room as Frankie Muniz or whatever his name is. I could’ve got his autograph, but had no interest. he’s rather dumb. Oh, yeah, I was also in the same large theatre thingy as the person who acted the part of Sabrina the Tenage witch (Meliss Joan Hart?).
That was several years ago. Oh, yeah, it was all for the same event. it was for the opening ceremonies of the Special Olympics. I was part of a group that waas performing for the opening ceremonies. The three people I just mentioned were also participating in the ceremonies.
I spent part of my morning in ancient Egypt, getting a sneak preview of an exhibit from the British Museum’s collection that will open at the North Carolina Museum of Art next month.
Among the items discussed: a “book of the dead,” sort of a traveler’s passport for the afterlife, containing lists of the deceased’s titles, ancestors, good deeds, any kind of information that might make a favorable impression on the gods, along with spells to guarantee safe passage.
The curator said her favorite part is a list of “bad things I didn’t do” — in the sense of “I didn’t kill my little brother even though he ate the entire box of chocolates.” Sounds to me like a thread topic on BastBlog (as MB was known circa 2000 BCE).
Even back then, they weren’t sure whether Pwt was a boy or a girl.
75-holy [snip]! you’re, like, WOW! how did you get to meet (or see) all of these people? woah!
76-oddly enough, i’m studying ancient egypt in my history class. we’re mummifying a chicken and we also wrote letters (the mail kind of letters) written entirely in heiroglyphs. what bugs me is that everyone says “heiroglypics” when it’s actually “heiroglyph”.
77- PWT PWNS!! w00t!
76- Were you seriously in Eqypt? If so, I envy you. That bit about the book is cool… I don’t know if I’d have that much restraint is someone ate the whole box though
62-Well, only a little bit…but I’ll give it a listen, if not only to humor you. *listens* Huh…they’re actually pretty cool…I checked them out on MySpace, and it kept getting messed up and stopping, but what I heard, I liked…you have good taste.
wow violetfire rocks! great carvings.
There’s a thread on the main page that you can’t post on or click on, or really in fact reach at all without going through category links(random craziness) or recent threads. What’s it do?
oh my god, i forgot to tell you GAPAS, my birthday is march 7, PUT ME UP THERE!!!
yah. sorry. had a Moment there. seriously though.
I just found the Muse page in Wikipedia. MuseBlog is mentioned, and there’s actually a link to here! Tis quite fr00dy. MB has been recognized by an official site! Now, if anyone here “edits Wikipedia”(*), then they’ll know how to add more information about the wonderful MuseBlog and Muse.
* – quoted from Weird Al’s “White and Nerdy”, which is almost my theme song, though not quite.
(82),
It was the ghost of a thread that never quite got created. It’s gone now.
84-froody! I never would have guessed that muse was on wiki. Someone definitely needs to update it. It says
“Robert Coontz, who answers the Q&A section of the magazine with Rosanne Spector, also runs the fan page for fans, and moderates the online forum, which is known as MuseBlog.”
Why should only Robert get credit for it? Rosanne is mentioned, but it implies that she isn’t also a GAPA. and the others aren’t mentioned at all.
It looks as if the description has been updated little by little. I did start out alone at the Fan Page. Then after a couple of years I started the blog, and a few months later I invited Rosanne aboard, and eventually the other GAPAs joined us. Wikipedia writers have added to the description without really revising it.
Oh my gawsh, we have a new March thread and I HAVEN’T BEEN ON IT YET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! *dies*
Anyways, life is good. I have two projects I have to do this weekend, and I’m trying not to procrastinate until Sunday to do them, but it may happen because I have a marching band training session tomorrow. Ah well. ’tis not due ’till Tuesday anyways.
Oh, and I have a froody idea!!! In computers, we’re making magazine covers. Since I absolutely LURV Muse to death, I have decided that I shall make a cover to an imaginary magazine called “Musings” which shall be a magazine that would have been branched off of Muse if it were real. It shall be a literary magazine. When I print it off of the computer when I actually start/finish it, I’ll print two copies: one for a grade in computers, and one to send to the GAPAs. Oh, I have plans for this cover… big plans… ‘twould be cool if there were an actual magazine called “Musings”… Ah well. But yes, ’tis froody.
71- You play D&D! Oooh, so lucky… I really want to play-I have since I was like 9- but I have no one to play with : (
78- I say Hyroeglyphs! I just don’t spell hyroglyphs. : )
What’s “froody” mean?
89-Froody pretty much means cool/sweet…it’s a way of saying you like something.
guys, I think I’ve pointed it out before, but PLEASE don’t just spam Wikipedia with pointless references to museblog, etc, just to get it out there. the point of Wikipedia is not to promote your own special viewpoints/products/websites, etc. The point is to create a mass encyclopedia. Before posting stuff, check their criteria for inclusion to make sure it qualifies. I mean, we don’t want them to get a negative impression of Muse because a lot of ignorant teenagers/preteens edited the article to include a lot of stuff that shouldn’t be included.
91- Me agreez.
I’m watching Timeline. It’s really good.
(88) Cool! Ya know, we should start up a fan newsletter for Muse called Musings. Wouldn’t that be a pleasantly redundant? I think this is a fun idea.
Oh yeah, and loverly soap carvings VF!
soap! At last! a sanitized person other that myself!
91) I agree with you soooooooooooooooooo much!
4) If you are too lazy to clean your backpack out, you would be not lazy in effect since you will have to carry that big bulk of yours around all the time. Work or get more work. which do you prefer?
The Jackal of Death has found out something exciting: They are making movies of Philip Pullman’s His Dark Materials trilogy. About freaking time. I won’t go to see the second and third, for I liked the first the best. I felt as though the second and third got too preachy and theological and irritating, so I refuse to see those.
This week has beene completely insane! I still don’t have all my HW done, but…here I be!
Well, as anyone who lives in the Midwest knows, this huge-arse storm hit yesterday! Everyone was certain that’d we’d have snow days yesterday and today, but…our superintendent is from the UP, and…I swear *veins start popping out of head*, it is his life’s goal to keep us in school, no matter what! We’ve had two snow days so far this year…and a lot of bad weather – a lot more than two snow days’ worth!…I called the transportation hotline Thurs morning…and, sure enough, we had school! Later, I was on the bus, and the bus driver gets this msg on his walkie-talkie thingie that we had a half day of school – w00t! So, a few hrs later, I was home againe, happy for almost-triumphing over the stupid superintendent.
By noon, the storm was really heating up, but I doubted that our plays would be canceled (Thurs was openining night!). I slept all afternoon (It felt sooooo gooood…b/c I am sooooooo sleep-deprived right now!). My father picked me up at around five and took me back to school for the plays.
There was no one in the parking lot. We waited. And waited. And waited. No one showed up, so we went home. Later, I found out that the play had indeed been canceled (Which leaves us w/ only two performances! *Sighs*). T_T
…I was so certain that today would be a snow day that I almost didn’t bother to set my alarm. But…it’s a goode thing I did, b/c what do you know, we had a full day today! You could have freaking skated on the street earlier today, it was so slippery! Soon this superintendent guy will be issuing everyone ice skates and sled dogs…b/c the buses won’t be able to go down the roads. *Fumes* TGIF.
After school, there were about two hrs to kill before we had to get ready for the plays, so I just stayed at school. I went to the auditorium and found Brittany B, Firman, and Matt. We walked to 7-11, got a ton of food, and then came back to the auditorium. We found this tiny bed backstage…so we all decided to pile on the bed + eat our food (Guess none of us are claustrophobic…that’s all I can say, LOL)…in the dark (Only the blue and red lights were on). After we finished eating, we had this very serious (way too serious for the circumstances/setting…which immediately made it funny) conversation about love, faith, and political beliefs. Matt was leaning on me…Yeah, he’s one of my friends that I…um, wouldn’t mind dating, if you know what I mean (Oh, gosh. I’m such a pervert. Flirting w/ all my guy friends…). Sarah and I were flirting w/ him, too…He was saying something about having abs and whatnot, and we’re just like, begging him to take his shirt off. I was a little embarrassed (See, I had just downed a Rockstar, and I do strange things when I’m wired) for acting so weird, but I mean, he’s in a dark auditorium, on a bed w/ a ton of girls (XD)…He should have expected the conversation to go the way it did! Yeah…
Everyone was sooooo hyper before the play. Someone had a mix of arcade/vid game musik, so we were blasting that, and Matt and I were, um, pretending to play DDR (Told you I do strange things when I’m wired…).
…IMO, we did awesome. Waaaay better than I’d expected! I mean, we really didn’t have enough rehearsal time, and ppl were getting sick right and left, but somehow we pulled it together! We didn’t have a v enthusiastic (nor big) audience, but all the feedback I got afterward was good, so…w00t! Oh, and…Matt hugged me twice after the plays were over. I’m not like, getting my hopes up or anything, but I’ve never seen him just randomly hug anyone…It just seems like he’s not that type of person. : )
Oh, cool, it’s Seuss’s birthday. One of the plays we’re performing is actually a Dr Seuss-style parody of Romeo and Juliet (The Seussification of Romeo and Juliet). Instead of the Montagues and Capulets…there are the Monotones and Capitulates! And the whole play rhymes…every single line…it’s great.
(79) Jadestone,
I’ve been at a museum conference most of the week. Imagine living inside the random thread 24/7 and you’ll have a pretty good idea of what my last 3 days have been like.
(78) Gaara of the Desert,
How long does it take to mummify a chicken?
42-whatever u do, DON’T eat anything hard for the first week or so after they glue em on. Also, be warned; the cement is naaaaaaaaaaaaaasty!
54-yes!!!! mwah ha ha! someone else who freaks over the little “harmless” little creatures. nasty little blood suckers, we hates them forever.
80: Yay, someone likes Helloween! Btw, I would recommend you watch the “I Can Fly” video on youtube… it’s glorious, makes me feel like I’m flying.
(78),
The Egyptians mummified thousands of birds, too. When I was working in Cairo, I saw ibis mummies at the Egyptian Museum. Also a mummified crocodile!
To Rebecca Lasley’s comment (101) which had a question, “How long does it take to mumify a chicken?” I have the answer!* To mumify a chicken, you must first select the correct way to preserve the feathers, which has been discovered through a combination of secret ingredients and super glue. Because this takes mere seconds to harden, it takes a matter of minutes for the chicken to become preserved. Finally, depending on how much of the super glue concoction you used, it should take anywhere between 7 hours and 7 hundred years for this chicken to mumify.
*Please note that all assumptions, facts, and information included in this comment is strictly fictional and imaginary. No one truly knows how long it takes, but this Poet Maniac has a pretty good idea.
To number 38 (a comment by Alice…I ♥ your name girl!) virtual chocolate IMHO is a very sweet concoction (my word of the day? possibly) that is flavorable and sweet to the mouse and keyboard through which the person observing it finds to have a taste similar to chocolate.
To number 102 about 42’s comment about 31’s comment (AKA EVERYONE WITH BRACES!!!)
I don’t have my braces yet but I DO have a roof expander. (another one of those “some HTML allowed things) FUN STUFF!
Ooh! Let’s try this one!
What does this do?
And what about this?
OK lets see what happens!
OH MY GOSH!!! I SO DIDNT MEAN TO ADD A LINK!!! Oh now I feel really bad…
OK well I gotta go now my sincerest apologies and everything and I will talk to you MBers later!
GAH! i need to get on here more often. 110 posts already?!
I’m ushering High School Musical at the middle skool. The guy who plays troy can’t sing. but apparently he was the best audition they had. which is sad, and kind of skary. All our good guys (in the high skool) are leaving next year-billy, stuart, malachi, josh…
Jacob and i spent most of the time making up band dances for next year. We’ve done headbanging. We’ve done plenty of thrusting. Now we give you…headbanging AND thrusting! At the same time!!!
Ok so we’re not the most original of dance maker-uppers. but whatevs, it was fun.
Ok everybody thinks i’m on crack now (not really, it’s just a joke but still) i was reeeally hyper yesterday during study hall…and…well…
Me: WHEEEEE!
Everybody: you’re waaaay too hyper
Me: I had choklit cake for breakfast!
Andy: You’re on crack!
Me: (not listening) And i had some last night too!
Andy: *cracks up*
Me: ?
Andy: I just said you’re on crack and you said you had some last night too
Me: NO! i meant the cake!
Andy: *continues to crack up*
Me: Hmmmph.
Noah sits in front of mellison and i in band now. First of all, understand that that kid is SO FREAKING ANNOYING and that everybody wants to strangle him for a reason. So mellison stole his sweatshirt and i put it behind andy’s chair to make it look like he stole it. Then andy turns around, and starts laughing. Mellison and i are like “what’s so funny?” and he whispers “i just dumped my spit there” So we’re all cracking up and noah’s completely oblivious as usual. Then he turns around, sees it, and puts it on. Immature of us, but extremely amusing.
cheese broke up with sausage and is going out with mellison now. not that any of you care. But it means i get to torture him all through latin. Again, amusing.
Oh and i got the same grade as nibblies on the last latin test! I was so happy. Nibblies is like one of those crazy-smart work-butt-off-for-grades peoples.
106-AAAH MY EYES! Choklit guys, choklit! Virtual choklit!
73-We’re upgrading? What? I really need to hang around here more often…facebook has eaten my soul. Honestly, i NEVER thought i could spend that much time on something like that. I only got it because everybody kept telling me to and i was just like “why not?” IT EATS YOUR BRAIN. Seriously. It’s insane how you can spend that much time on something so useless.
KoL too. But i have an excuse for spending too much time there. Darn topiary golem…
And of course, frolicking. It was so nice out yesterday. Today it got cold again and is snowing, but yesterday it was like 50-60 and windy. So nice.
And cup o joe. We went there yestiddy after the play and stole the basement again. Apparently you’re supposed to reserve it or something, but half the time they leave it unlocked anyway.
That’s my life.
Got my muse too! think i mentioned that. Anyway, very nice, loved as usual. Tigers!
110- you may be interested in the poems and songs thread. Just scroll down on the main page and you should see it. do try to post your comments on one post only though.
99- our school district acts like that to sometimes though we did have a snow day yesterday. Hanging out in the auditorium sounds like fun!
103-I’m assuming you meant either “I Can”, or “If I Could Fly”…I watched both, and I liked them…very cool. ^_^
I’m dressing crazily today. Yay for STRIPEZ!!
113: I probably meant If I could Fly… that the one with the eagle at the beginning? Always lifts my spirits.
76- You win. Hard. Was it the papyrus of Ani? I have a translation of that….hieroglyphs included! The science club is going on a trip to see the Tut exhibit on Apr. 5. Wheeeeeeeeeee.
77- Lawl!
89- Get some friends, some dice, and some books, and start your own group.
95- Wheeeee, sanitation!
98- How tragic!
99- Wow, sounds like mucho fun.
110- Hello! *pies*
So, as it was last time, D&D was v. interesting. I helped the DM’s character kill the main party, wheee. But I was still pretty clueless about it.
Anyway, the one person was late again, so we just went ahead to get Chinese food. Which went well, but the people there probably thought that it was really weird that a short blond girl was hanging out with someone twice her height and another dude with a trench coat. Who both looked like they could be related. It didn’t help that they were discussing combat. And I was shivering because it was two bloody degrees out. Kelvin. Anyway, I got [as usual] veggie lo mein. Mmmmm, MSG. So we brought the takeout back.
Other person…she still wasn’t there, so they then decided that it would be a great idea to teach me how to use a sword. Yeah. So we go upstairs….and it’s full of shiny, pointy objects. Mind you, I’m not even remotely a violent person. So I’m standing there with this katana like “uhh, guys, wtf do I actually do with this?” because I already decided that I’d look like even more of a retarded n00b if I just went around smacking things with a pointy weapon. They decided that I was hopeless, but they would teach me anyway. This is not going to go over well. Lawl, they just started smacking each other with boffer weapons after they realized that they weren’t getting anywhere with me.
Apparently, I’m to learn something called a “combat throw” next week. Which involves throwing one of my friends, I think…eek. I have zero muscle mass, just fyi.
Yeah, but questing was fun, as usual. My ranger did well. I think. Then that quest was over, so we made new characters. Actually, someone made my character because I’m clueless about such things. I just picked the spells.
I already have a plethora of inside jokes about this now, too.
Wow.
I feel really geeky.
I have a party to go to tonight. Dork party, though, don’t worry. I hope, anyway….
Eek.
My new character is an uber-powerful sorceress. Whee. Or so I’ve been told. *wallows in n00b-ness*
I don’t know if you guys have heard this, but The Golden Compass is coming to theatres this December. I’M SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
115-Yeah, that’s the one…the camera work was really cool.
74- Yes… It was at a book signing thingy.
102- Wow, thanks. I can’t wait!
Erk. I hate Minnesota weather!
116: Aw, you’re so lucky. I’ve always wanted (to at least handle) a sword. They sell them at the Pagan shop near my house, but they’re waaay too expensive for me.
103-dude… they’re like my favorite band! my favorite song by them right now is actually dr stein.
118-good for you! go listen to dr stein.
hmm. lol. i like the if i could fly video, but in general helloween’s videos are really bad. lol.
I went to see Agatha Cristie’s Mousetrap with some friends last night. Anyone seen it?
I thought it was really well done, but the story line, esp. the ending seemed a little week.
I made a duct tape purse today. No apparent reason. It has blue and silver-gray(normal color) diagonal stripes, and I made special pockets for iPod in its case and never-used cellphone. And a random pocket. I probably won’t use it ever though. Maybe I’ll think of some random reason that makes no sense and obviously exists only to let me show it off and get weird looks in school. Nothing comes to mind yet, but I’ll think of something eventually. Maybe on a day we have a field trip most of the day and don’t need to carry any books.
123- Thursday I made a purse out of an old pair of jeans. I cut off the legs and sewed it together then added a handel/belt thing. I don’t know why,I don’t even carry a purse. Whatever, it was at the library and got me out of the house.
So I’ve been thinking about movies lots, and I think that they should make the following movies:
-Robin Hood (like a good version thats true to the legend)
-Artemis Fowl
Seems like there were more I was thinking of but whatever. And yes, I know this probably belongs on a movie thread somewhere but what the heck
120–agreed. Swords rock. I have a wooden one but its just not the same. I want to buy one of those reproduction broadswords but they cost about two billion kajillion dollars.
123/124- I carry a purse. Duct tape and jean purses sound waay cooler than mine though.
Tomorrow’s Purim! yayness! I’m being a dÅ“mëon from the Etherland. Purple velvet long sleeve shirt under black sparkly tee, with a black-and-white patterned sash, plaid miniskirt, brown leggings, blue and white striped knee socks, and black Geoxes. Heheh!
Are any of the old RRR’s here? The thread is dying…
My parents were heavily burdened, so we didn’t go to Purim services yesterday, but my mother made hamentashen (yum).
It is cold and windy outside. Good thing I got power back on Wenesday.
123- My friend once was a duct tape lady. For Halloween.
Wait. Are you here, Nilly?
124,126- I don’t carry a purse, but I wanted to make a dress and thought it would be best to figure out how to make something easier first. And mom was on the computer. I learned that it’s not too hard but repetitive after a while and it starts to make your hands hurt from constantly being ripped from contact with duct tape. It’ll be hard to make a dress. I could, though, over spring break in time for the 8th grade semi-formal if I wanted to and got more tape and had enough free time. Lots more tape and free time and desire for one. I’m rambling. A non-upset rant, I just feel like talking. Sorry about that.
116: Until I have free time, I shall be RPG-less. Till then, ever heard of the magazine KODT (Knights of the Dinner Table)? I think you’d appreciate the humor.
hey guys you won’t see much of me the next 2day & 2morrow I’ll be in Souix Falls South Dakota
123, 124, 126- Those purses sound sweet. I don’t really carry a purse… How do you make ducktape purses?
I seriously need to get on here more often. 131 posts already! Woweewowee!
Anyways, life is good, yet boring. I didn’t have to go skiing yesterday. My parents decided that since my sis and I didn’t want to go because of the weather (50 degrees or close!), we weren’t going. YES!!!!! So yesterday instead of skiing, we made cookies, ordered pizza, watched movies, and ate popcorn. A WHOLE lot better than going skiing. Fun fun fun!
I got a memory card for my digital camera!!!!! Sooooo cool! My mom got it for me as a surprise. YAYNESS!!!!!!!!!!
I have tennis today… I think I’m going to get a shower pretty soon… Sorry, I’m rambling again.
Neh. Everyone has such long posts! I want a long post….. *feels left out* lol, just kidding.
126, 124, 130 – I don’t carry a purse either…they seem really, well, pointless-ish. I carry a backpack at school…and when I’m not at school…well, that’s what pockets are for!
I haven’t posted much on here in a while, but I was wondering if some MBers could give me (or come up with) some Loser Muses. They don’t have to be good, but I would like them to be somewhere around runner-up. It would help me so much if you could do that. Thanks a ton!
Hello, THF! Good to “see” you.
If you’re thinking about the contest in the January issue, the deadline for submissions was January 31. Of course, you’re free to concoct all the Loser Muses you like for posting on the blog.
136 – She’s working on a project with Loser Muses…but I’m not allowed to reveal that.
GAPAs – I sent you a picture I drew illustrating March Medley. Did you get it? Also, did you get the graphs I sent you a few weeks ago?
Loser Muse:
Refreshing Diet Pepsi: The Muse of Product Placement
130- I found a picture online of a duct-tape dress. In pink. It looked intensely fr00dy. But would probably be waaaaaay too warm. Hmm, that sounds like fun to make, though. Maybe I’ll do that for prom… heh, that would be amusing.
I made a few duct-tape wallets… Working on a purse. And also decorating some canvas totes… I do carry a purse. It contains my wallet, iPod, phone, camera, batteries, many pencils, a pen, and two calculators. Whee. I’m decorating the tote bags, because they’ll fit larger books. As it is, I can only stuff a small paperback in my purse. And it might get damaged. I’m very picky about the condition of my books. ^^; And seeing as backpacks at school have to be clear, and the pockets on girls pants can’t fit anything useful, I pretty much need to lug it around…
131- I shall look for it online…
132- Have fun!
Sunday. Gloomy Sunday. How is everyone this lovely day? I’m procrastinating on about 20 different things. I’m good at that. I think I’ll play my piano recital piece now. Second mvt of Moonlight. Lawl, I did the first in 7th grade. I finally got back to that song. It’s pretty easy, but long and full of octave and >octave stretches. Ouch. But it is totally worth it. Whee.
Heh duck tape dress–that does sound pretty cool.
Does anyone watch the TV show Heroes? And if there are a lot of people, could we start a thread so that I can get SOMEONE to be excited about it with? For those who don’t watch it its on NBC on Monday nights at 9pm. But just be warned, it can be violent.
132- Have fun!
133- Seriously? I love skiing! Double-black diamonds all the way! w00t!! 50 degress? I wish it was that warm here.
I love tennis. Mom says I can take lessons durring the spring because there’s no team for spring hockey this year, just clinics, so I’ll have enough extra time. (extra time? wow. been a looooong time sence I’ve been able to say that. “Time is an illusion. Lunchtime doubly so.”)
how did everyone first hear about Muse? I’m curious. I’d always subscribed to babybug, and then spider (and then cricket but I first got muse when I got spider (though I don’t subscribe to cicada now)) so I suppose I must have seen ads for muse. The reason I subscribed, though, was because I got it as a present in 1998 and my first issue was january 1999. I loved it and my parents have been renewing it for me ever since. (the original gift giver having forgotten about the gift)
116/120/125 – Go sign up for a fencing class. I don’t know if they have them where you guys live, but my local YMCA has fencing classes, and it’s uber-fun. Yes, the teachers actually have a few sabers, but most of thm are eppes (sp?) and foils. Though I would like to handle a real sword, not just fake-ish ones.
117 – Really?!?!? There’s a play?
125 – I think that there was originally supposed to be an Artemis Fowl movie, and a Cry of the Icemark one too….. maybe they lost their funding or something.
142 – My grandma suscribed me to it. She always gives really awesome gifts. I get a magazine subscription every year. Last year, I got an iPod for Christmas/birthday, and this year my entire extended family is going to Puerto Vallerta for a reunion in, like, less than a week. So if I post anything from March 9th-16th, then it’s from Mexico.
I’ve been so busy. I could bug you with a nice long rant, but I won’t. I’ll just say hi, and it’s great to see you. ♥
135 ~ Mews, the cat shaped Muse of Muses.
142 ~ I think my grandparents gave me a subscription for christmas or my birthday. I used to read spider but I stopped a little while after getting Muse.
Duct tape discussors (new word, deal with it xD) ~ Someone my mom works with had a tape of that show Made about a girl who’s obsessed with duct tape stuff and she wanted to be homecoming queen. She made this awesome dress out of duct tape. It was so cool.
my friend once made a duct tape dress. She can’t sit down whilst wearing it though. It’s rather stiff, I guess.
139-clear backpack?
sounds horrid…
139 – the backpacks have to be clear? why?
142 – I saw muse at the library on a shelf…then decided to subscribe! Good ol’ library!
I know a lot of people make duct tape wallets, but I haven’t ever seen a duct-tape-dress. *hops over to google images*
Just a random tidbit: as of today, I have been potsing on the Museblog for one whole year!
*does the anniversary jig*
ATTENTION ALL! THE DEAREST AND ALL POWERFUL ADMINISTRATORS HAVE WARNED EVERYBODY NOT TO USE GREEN! Please take note, especially newbies.
This has been a public service announcement. You may return to your topic.
Wow. In honor of my 1-year anniversary, I went back to read my first ever post. I had completely forgotten that I used to have a different name.
“134. Trillian of Rhodes | March 4th, 2006 at 5:43 pm
Mmmm I love David Bowie music. So very sentimental.
I’ve been getting Muse all my life, and my sister since it came out, but I’ve never written or entered a contest or blogged, because I’m lazy. So i thought it might be a nice time to start…”
Ah good times. You know this website saved me? I was at such a bored and frusterated point in my life last year…it was such a relief to find people I actually liked talking to, and who actually had something interesting to say. So I’m just going to take a sappy moment to sincerely thank all the GAPAs for making this place possible and all the Musebloggers for being so cool.
TSN/Trillian (150),
All of us GAPAs are delighted that you’ve had a good experience here, and we are proud to have been a part of it. Our motives are not entirely charitable, however: there is that little matter of world conquest that we expect you to attend to eventually. But that should be easy, and you’ll have fun with it.
151, 152 – I don’t know where my first-ever post was. I know I posted on March 10th (only a few more days!!) I think it may have been on the Harry Potter thread, but I’m not sure.
139-I’m guessing that’s so no one can be sneaky about bringing any guns, pot, cigarettes, etc.?
(152),
Your second post was on the Harry Potter thread (you said Snape was good), but your first post was here:
https://musefanpage.com/blog/?p=224#comment-32 .
154 – thanks!
‘Twas on the “Need Help With Upcoming Muse” thread!
32. Clara | March 10th, 2006 at 5:03 pm
I think you should do something about Fast Food – about where they get their stuff (slaughterhouses, etc) and the diseases you can get. I’m really interested in stuff like that.
I missed my one-year day. In january, I think. I’ll go dig it up later.
I saw my friend reading muse, the LotR one. It was interesting and my relitives send me the subscription every year. Happy day
(151 Robert) Ah, yes, world domination. That will be fun. I think now that I’ve got PWTPWNS on national TV, I should bring Muse overseas. If band does go to china next year, I shall bring all my Muse gear with me…I wonder how you translate “pwt pwns” into Mandarin? Not sure this can be done..but we’ll find a way.
Darwin research is coming right along….what a pleasant way to spend a sunday afternoon.
(145) Really? Cool. My friend wants me to help her make one for her 8th grade promotion.
(142) I first heard about Muse because my aunt gave my sister a subscription when it first came out. She’s 6 years older than me, so as I got older I kinda inherited the subsription from her. We used to own the first ever muse but we lost it in a house-move before I became an avid reader (when I was little I would only read the Muse News and Koko&Co).
139-Why do you need a clear backpack? You can just hide whatever behind something else in the bag.
157-Try making up a fabulous Freudian symbol interpretive dance.
I bit the bullet and started reading some Ben Bova. He’s OK.
I agree that the real French motto is Liberte, Egalite, Get Out Of My Way.
142- Subscription present to myself and my sister. I was the one who usually read it. From aunt and uncle…
145- Egad!
146/7- Yeah, the clear backpacks are stupid. Supposedly to prevent kids from bringing weapons in. *rolls eyes* Like they wouldn’t fit in a coat or purse or hat? We have rules about that, too. Nasty dress code. Gangs. Meh.
148- Wheee. 6 March, I will. First post, music thread, I think…
150- I feel ‘ya there.
153- Aye.
I still have much hw. Screw it. I’m in too happy a mood right now. I dunno why. But I don’t want to kill it.
Two AP diagnostics. Two hours. Among other things….another all-nighter.
Aargh. And now another project.
my one year anniversary was either a year after the first day of mb or the second. my gaboomba year anniversary was before mb even started. my first post here reads:
#2. Elasse-Adael | August 2nd, 2005 at 12:06 pm
That sounds cool, Grant! My summer has consisted of reading books, going to MITY, going to a family reunion, and I will be taking drivers ed and visiting DC.
133- I drew and cut out paper outlines of the bottom and 4 sides and covered them with tape and then taped them together. You can try that.
135- Wasn’t there a thread, around late July, The More the Merrier, about new new muses that turned into creating sub-muses and the like? It was the first thread I ever saw. *goes looking* http://www.musefanpage.com/blog/?p=436

# 24 Defenestration? What does that mean??
Decapitation? Throwing out windows??
That was mostly K. And then there’s my first post as c+q, probably on the Welcome, Newcomers thread. But right after that I started exploring and posting everywhere.
98. curious and questioning | July 28th, 2006 at 5:46 pm
Hi all!!! All? Anyone? Hopefully you’re there but not posting.
I’m new, and I have my rain poncho on, so feel free to pie me.
And I was never the same again. *nostalgia* Now I pie people, and have kokopellihedrons and hpbs on my books, and all sorts of stuff. I have been changed irrevocably by MuseBlog, and I wouldn’t want it any other way.
/
142- I don’t recall. It just was always there. My first issue was August 1998, but that doesn’t make sense, I was way too young then. I can’t’ve read Muse from when I was four, but I nver ordered a back issue and I still have that one. *wanders off in confusion*
Defenestration means to through something, or someone, out of a window. Decapitation means to cut someone’s head off.
130 Duct tape has a contest to see who has the best dress mad of duct tape. just FYI
sorry, throw something, not through.
123: Sweet! I used to have a purple duct tape wallet. It fell apart, though.
I’ve carried a purse all through high skool…My right shoulder feels really weird if I’m ever walking through skool w/o it! I keep absolutely everything in it, too (My friend told me once that my purse was like a little house…I end up living out of it sometimes, so yeah, it’s a good comparison!). $, calc, iPod, camera sometimes, mints, post-its, pens, hand sanitizer, lotion, chapstick, eye drops, makeup remover, ibuprophin…hair stuff, kleenex, nail stuff…flashlight…and the list goes on.
139: There’s supposed to be a scholarship for ppl who wear a duct tape dress/tux to prom.
142: My parents got me a subscription when I was nine, and I’ve beene getting it ever since.
Ha, my first post was probably something like
.
.
.
.
hi
Almost. Take a look.
Bought some new Tripp pants today! They’re plain black, really feminine and toned-down…They only have two chains, and a few dainty (LOL) spikes. And they have this neat corset-type lacing down the backs of the legs. I reeeely wanted the purple and black pair, but they didn’t have my size…Oo, and I think I lost some weight, too! I went down at least two sizes!…I was trying on a pair of pants, and they pretty much fell off me…I was so happy, I pretty much burst out of the dressing room, ran across the store to my mom, and started jumping up and down ecstatically! I could’ve even gone down three sizes in one of the other pairs I tried on! Yay…
Yesterday was awesome! It’s kind of sad, though, that Friday was opening night, and yesterday was closing night – I wish we had at least one more performance! After the performances, we went to Jackie’s house for the cast party. We played Catch Phrase. If any of you have ever played Catch Phrase, you know how crazy it can get! After that, a bunch of ppl went into another room to play pool, but a few of us stayed (myself included) and told stories. And there was soooo much food – At least ten pizzas (I didn’t count) for like 20 ppl! I’m still full!
I’ve finally decided on a new name. It’s my name in all the other places I go to online, actually. It has a long, convoluted story behind it…If anyone’s interested in hearing, just ask.
Twilight Rain- I love your new name! Do you know how to say twilight in any other languages? (that question is for everyone)
My first post. DX I was such an annoying person…and I still am. GOLD STARS FOR ME.
I just watched Rear Window. GOOD!!!
167: No. Why?
Guess what? My life expectancy is 80 years, according to Dr Whatshisface at LiveTo100.com. Not bad, considering all the abuse I’ve been putting myself through (stress, sleep deprivation, awful diet…Hey, I’m a teenager. What do you expect?).
Ooh! How do you figure out your life expectancy? That would be fun to find out.
lol, I just did that – mine’s 87. and they were all like “NO UNPROTECTED SEX ZOMG”
[A side note to the beautiful OEADs: yes, that’s my email. I finally got around to changing it here because I never use the other one any more.]
Penty’s first post because she is far too lazy to make html for it.
#19. randomrohanfreak | October 3rd, 2005 at 6:52 pm
All right, people. I’m new to this site (and to blogging in general) so I need help. Very much help. Anways, I love writing and fanfic (my penname is also randomrohanfreak until I change it again. Soooo… help me, read my story, tell me if it’s awful, yadda yadda.
Dear nondescript deity, I cry just copy-pasting that. I was such a n00b, even if I used capital letters.
170 (TR)- Life expectancy tests scare the crap out of me. I took the test picking the “worst” possible options to see how soon they thought I would die. (I did say I was female and fourteen and lived in my real zip code, though.) It’s 47 and I laugh. I shan’t take it seriously because I’ll have nightmares about dying at whatever age they tell me for weeks afterwards. (Yes, I am a thanatophobe.)
(167) You all saw this coming. In Japanese, it’s tasogare/ 黄æ˜Supposedly. I don’t really know if people use it, but oh well. Pronunciation is tah-soh-gah-reh if anyone cares. D:
I think we are in need of a new anime/manga/ thread. I will sustain it with my powarz, I promise. 8D
I got 86. Nice age.
169 – Ooh, yes! Thanks so much!!!!!!!!!!
Feel free to give me some of your losers, even though I have plenty from c&q’s thread. In fact, please do!
I was going to ask everyone something, but I forget what it was, darnit. If I remember, I’ll ask.
and now, a public service message brought to you by the MOSTLY HARMLESS campaign…
PWT PWNS!!!
78: Read the last paragraph of my post 75. I was participating in the opening ceremonies for the Special Olympics, as were they.
I’m not sure where my first ever post was, but I think it was on the thread for the March 2006 contest (you know, the one where you post your implicit prejudices or whatever they were called. Ancient history.)
I think I’ll change my name to Lawrence of Antarctica.
I forget WHEN I (as BurnedMuffins) first posted, but this is my first post as Lawrence of Antarctica!
As for the Nine Minutes’ War- It’s finally done! FINALLY! YAY! But the nly problem is, it would probably take three hours to post. I’m going to do some experimenting with cutting and pasting form Word documents and see what I can do.
178-Look it up.
180-So you’re Lawrence of Arabia crossed with The Secret Land?
Mine was 89.
Hahahahaha!!!!!! I got my Muse!!!!!!! Ok, randomness over…for now.
183- haha, me too, I’m always one of the last ones but now it’s really early!!!!!! we need a mag thread, I wanna talk about it!!!!!!!!
(184),
There’s a March 2007 Muse Discussion thread. Or do you mean a different thread for talking about the magazine in general?
I am ALMOST done with a short story. I’ll post it on this thread, as no one goes on the writing thread anymore. It should be good. I’ll also need help coming with up w/ a title.
186. what is your story about?
Did you hear about NaNo WriMo? It is National Novel Writing Month. In November they want you to write a 15000 word story, or something like that in a month. It seems fun.
187- A bunch of us here did that. And it’s 50000 words : )
I just sat down a bit ago and read Anthem by Ayn Rand. SO AMAZINGLY AMAZING HAS ANYONE EVER READ IT?
oh in the magazine did anyone see the thing about the esp game?
that game is so totally froody!
somebody should make a thread about the esp game!
ok let me tell you about it!
a picture comes up and you type in a word or two that describes it! You and your partner try to get the smae guess and if you do you get points and then you see another picture and do it again!
to play it go to http://www.espgame.org (sorry to do that gapas but i had to)
plz do it it is so FUN!
[The URL is in the magazine, so we’ll allow the link. –Admin.]
187 – There was a MuseBlog NaNoWriMo thread…many musers participated and won! Have you done it before? Tis quite fun!
I like the ESP game. Tis fun as well!
what does froody mean? i will participte in NaNoWriMo in November, but i missed it last year.
191–froody is a term originating from the Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy series, meaning “cool” or “awesome”
Ex: That car is so froody
Alternate spellings: fr00dy
189 – I love it and my family loves it. I find them playing it when they’re supposed to be working, but it’s sooooooooo much fun!
191 – fr00dy is the equivilant of “cool” or “awesome”.
186 – I’m pretty good with titles. What’s it about?
167–OK here we go. Twilight in 15 languages.
Crepusculum (latin)
Pôr do sol (Brazilian Portuguese)
Aftenskumring (Danish)
Schemeruurtje (Dutch)
Crepúsculo (Spanish)
Hämärä (Finnish)
Crépuscule (French)
Zwielicht (German)
Rökkur, ljósaskipti (Icelandic)
Penombra (Italian)
Skumring (Norwegian)
Takipsilim (Tagalog)
Skymning (Swedish)
Yucale, Yuale (Elvin)
Krepusko (Esperanto)
Sumerki (Russian)
Ghasaq (Arabic)
194-for the danish, skumring is fine. you dont need the aften. its like saying evening twilight. although i am sure you can say it.
just supplying information about danish.
ǽfenglóm or ǽfenglómung (Old English)
It’s related to “gloaming” and can appear with or without the “ǽfen” (evening).
Delay today. Slept in. Need to do HW. This is bad.
On the bright side, it’s my one-year MB-iversary! First post [I hope]:

this is probably the most educational song i have ever heard. seriously, i am in an obsessively good mood today
this is “Why Does The Sun Shine(The Sun Is A Mass Of Incandescent Gas)” by They Might Be Giants
The sun is mass of incandescent gas, a gigantic nuclear furnace,
where hydrogen is built into helium at a temperature of millions of degrees.
Yo Ho it’s hot, the sun is not a place where we could live.
But here on earth there’d be no life without the light it gives.
We need its light.
We need its heat.
We need its energy.
Without the sun, without a doubt, there’d be no you and me.
The sun is mass of incandescent gas, a gigantic nuclear furnace.
Where hydrogen is built into helium at a temperature of millions of degrees.
The sun is hot.
[It is so hot that everything on it is a gas, iron, copper, aluminum and many others.]
The sun is large.
[If the sun were hollow, a million earths could fit inside, and yet the sun is still only a middle-sized star.]
The sun is far away.
[About 93,000,000 miles away, and thats why it looks so small!]
But even when its out of sight, the sun shines night and day.
The Sun gives heat.
The Sun gives light.
The sunlight that we see.
The sunlight comes from our own sun’s atomic energy.
[Scientists have found that the sun is a huge atom-smashing machine. The heat and light of the sun come from the nuclear reactions of hydrogen, carbon, nitrogen, and helium!]
The sun is mass of incandescent gas, a gigantic nuclear furnace.
Where hydrogen is built into helium at a temperature of millions of degrees.
i do not know about you, but i definately found it very enjoyable! (finally, a group who puts their brains into their music!)
I spelled “definitely” incorrectly.
Wow. That is informational. The sun is awesome!
I LOVED the ESP game! I couldn’t stop playing it! Oh. There isn’t a wider grin smilie is there?
Do you guys seriously know what is totally seriously SERIOUSLY fun to seriously do? Seriously? Try to seriously say the seriously serious word “serious” as many seriously times as seriously possible. It is SERIOUSLY fun! Seriously!
seriously i seriously think that you shouldnt say seriously beacuse seriously what’s the point.think about it seriously hard and lots of seriously pretty colors flash before your eyes and seriously, that made my seriously sofisticated cat faint. it was seriously scary.
seriously!
i think that the esp game is froody!
if you ever see me i am cowkt cuz cows are cool and so is kt!
not kt tunstall, or whatever her name is, kt as in my name!
oh random thought!
it would be so hard if in one class there was a emma lee and an emily!
poor teacher!
198- LURVE that song
OK gapas didn’t you get the pictures i sent you?
188- Yes, I’ve read it. I’ve put “Atlas Shrugged” on my wishlist on amazon, it’s also by Ayn Rand and is supposed to be really good. Try the books and reading thread.
Typing up story as we speak… keep it together, it’ll come!
ah, nevermind. must go to nasty awards ceremony for state science fair. *sigh*
:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol: mwah hahahahahahahaha!
ok bye.
THE AQUA DUCKS ARE ATTACKING!!!!!! sorry, i had to say that. In my REM class, which is like th Gifted and Talented program for geeky smart people, we had to make up an idea for our Odyssey of the Mind play and so this kid, Nick says that we should be the Aqua ducks. so ever since then we’ve started this count down to when they attack. It is in 64 days, 21 hours, and 32 minutes. Aqua ducks rule!!!!
thanks to everyone who supplied information about the word Twilight. Where did you find so many languages’ words for it?
181- You’re half right. I’m Lawrence of Arabia crossed with Penguin Kid, my name on another blog. I’ve changed my name to Lawrence of Antarctica there, as well.
Muffinish- twilightqq
‘ello everyone… kind of depressed here… *sigh*………… hmmmmm….. bored…. bored…… neh….. going now….. like anyone cares, anyways…. byes…..
142- I’m not sure. Fate, maybe?
Something is wrong. The recent comments bar isn’t showing up.
Yes it is. yours must be defective
It must be. Mine’s showing up.
194, 195, 197: Um…wow!
Yaaay, it’s snowing right now…Every single time it snows, I hope for a snow day. Which is kind of sad. Snow day…*Knocks on wood*
Today was district choral festival. We left at seven this morning for ??????town high, which is actually the town’s jr high as well.
They weren’t exactly…welcoming. The teachers herded us all into a sectioned off area of the gym, which was where we would be whenever we weren’t singing (AKA several hours!). It was freezing in there! They didn’t bother to pull out the bleachers, so everyone ended up sitting on the floor. After about an hour and a half of doing nothing, Mia and I were bored + starving. We figured there’d be vending machines somewhere, so we went off in search of them. We were in the hall when a teacher suddenly popped out of nowhere and was like “YOUhurled at the fake wall/divider thingie for about half an hour!
My choir did pretty well. The adjudicator loved Kasar Mie La Gaji (Probably the coolest song we’ve sung in choir…ever). We even did well w/ the sight reading (even though we had to read the hardest exercise in the book!), which surprised me even more.
After we were done singing, some teachers came and herded us into the lobby. About ten of us got into a cutthroat game of BS. Hehe, most of us had just finished energy drinks, so that was probably why things got so crazy. A teacher would come up to us every minute or two and be like “SHHHHH!!!!” but we totally blew them off. We had definitely had enough of their crap!
Some of my friends are at an MCR concert right now…and I am totally, completely, utterly, infinitely jealous!!
207–there’s this great website that is a translator. But take it with a grain of salt–mistakes like the aften/ no aften before skumring may happen. But its cool any ways.
http://www.translation-guide.com/free_online_translators.php?from=English&to=Latin
199-seriously.
I really hope that we have a snow day tomorrow, but we have SOL testing (like the MAP or whatever the standardized testing in your test is) and it’s the writing one, which sucks. If we have a delay i wonder if we’ll still hv ethe test…. o hwell.
OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ok, that’s out of my system. I was doing some science homework earlier, and saw a map of underwater islands nortwest of hawaii.
There’s one named KOKO! anyone else think we need to colonize?
Heres a link, but it might be zappped:

[I think that one’s mostly harmless — and most interesting! – Rosanne]
My dad is in Paris. Good for him, but he’s not coming back for two weeks. He’s a musician who’s on tour. In a week he’s going to Berne (sp?), Switzerland. Fridgey?
lol, my mom asked me to cancel our subscriptions to quite a few catalogs. One asked me why I was canceling my subscription, and I said “to reduce our carbon emissions” which is the exact reason why, and my mom cracked up. I’m so cute, aren’t I?
I am changing my name for the duration of the school play to celebrate my role. Phantom Tollbooth has some fr00dy lines, imo some of the best ones go to me and the Whether Man, perhaps the Mathemagician too.
Today is the 75th anniversary of John Philip Sousa’s death. He wrote Stars and Stripes Forever, which none of you care about, and, among other things, The Liberty Bell, better known as the theme to Monty Python’s Flying Circus. It was coincidence that I found out about his death date today because I’m doing a band project on him. I chose him because of Monty Python. My partner has no idea who he is. Sousa, that is, although I’m not sure she’d recognize Monty Python either. But Monty Python is a they, not a he.
Oh, and if it’s allowed here, I’m curiousone at the esp game, but it won’t matter because I’m still a novice. curious and questioning was too long to use.
198- TMBG!!! One of my favorite songs. Have you heard/downloaded the new ringtones yet? They’re at the Wired website which I can’t post here linked to the article from the March issue on snack culture.
EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
mine birthday is coming!!!!!!!
*does extremely happy dance*
yay yay yay!
I’m having a murder mystery party. I’d invite you guys, but I don’t think you could come.
darn.
oh well.
EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
March 25, 1993
Color: electric/frosted cerulean
yes, two forms of cerulean: electric and frosted. There is a difference.
220- but, you of course didn’t cancel your subscription to Muse because YOU WOULD NEVER DO THAT!
hello, everyone.
203- Sweet. Will do.
216- Ooo Latin. Shiny.
222- I’ve always wanted to do one of those. There’s this town about 45 minutes away from my house that has a mansion in which they have parties like that… You’re going to have a killer time.
Delays pwn. Time for my chem homework! Yesterday’s hw! I have no bloody clue what I’m doing.
Wheee.
Please cancel school. It’s still snowing!
SM needs more internet time. And more time to finish her long TWL&DL post, which is currently saved in her email drafts folder.
Okay I just saw the funniest video ever. Okay, maybe the most pointless… go to YouTube and type in Charlie the Unicorn. It’s soooooo… stupid, actually. Funny kinda.
I loved the Phantom Tollbooth (the book). It’s one of my favorite books.
We have a Snow day today! Squee!!!!
OK GAPAs did any of you get my pictures that i emailed u guys at gapa@musefanpage.com
hello AM I INVISIBLE OR DO GAPAS JUST LIKE TO GIVE SOMEONE THECOLD SHOULDER GRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yes, yes. We got your pictures, along with several other pictures from MuseBloggers. It took a little while for Rebecca to convert them into usable formats, shrink them down to blog sizes, and upload them onto a Web site. We’ll post all of them later today.
yay!!!!!!!!!!!! sorry i got impatient with you
Ya’ll know about my b-day on the 26th, right?
1991 – scarlet, deep purple, and/or gold or silver, or tie-dye
Ok, thanks! I just noticed that part under the b-day thread…sorry.
225- they took his what?
Ok this here is sad… I LUV museblog but NO ONE is EVER on when I am. Cmon people.
221-The March King, yes.
234-Blog, not chatroom.
Tons of people are on, Beavo! But they’re probably not on this thread. And even if they are, they’re probably reading posts, not making them.
In a nutshell, I am a rarity.
I’m alive! Really, i swear.
Sousa’s pretty freaking sweet.
I really hate standardized tests. we have the OGT this week. they give us a ridiculous amount of time for a ridiculously easy test. we spend at least 2 hrs of everybody just sitting there reading or whatevs. Playing dots on the desk cuz we have no paper. that sort of thing.
225-OMGSQUEEZCHARLIIIIIIIEEE! Wait, didn’t i show you that a while ago?
Anyhoo, it’s practically a cult amongst my friends now. We’ve been watching it at least once a week for like over a month now, and have rather pathetically memorized the song. Today andy finally caved in and confessed that he’d watched it, so i started singing and soon half the hallway was joining in (well ok maybe not half, but at least 4 or 5 people)
ok i just died (ie zoned out) so i guess i have nothing more to say. actually i probably do and will be furiously berating myself for not having posted this or that after i get off and have the comp taken over by lb. but oh well.
oh, i played the esp game. highly addicting. bit like isketch in that way. you play for hours and then you’re like “wow, is it really that late?!?!”
219: Yeah! We could use our, ehm, vivid imaginations + come up w/ a way to colonize the place!(coughthreadideacough)!
221: Dodecahedron…That is a fr00dy word.
225: I finally watched that the other day – For the last few weeks, all I’ve been hearing from my friends is “Zomigawd, have you watched Charlie the Unicorn?? Omigarsh, it’s so funny! (In creepy high-pitched voice) Chaaaarlie…Chaaaaaaaaaarlie…” *Rolls eyes* So I watched it, and…honestly, I didn’t laugh at all. It was just weird.
237: Ack, what is wrong w/ you people?! LOL, this is worse than that bloody llama song!
I DID MY READING TAKS LAST WEEK! (a taks test means texas assesment of skills and knowledge)
it was stinky and a new rule was once you were done all you could do was sit, yes sit. We all played footsies!
Hey, does this work?
Will someone tell me what I've missed? I'm very behind, I've mostly been looking at the ASCII thread, but not so many people look at it any more.
..o

Holy Coconut of High Magic: I have returned in all my glory!
I have been kicked off of my dearest Hal because my sister needs to edit vanity pictures of herself on PS. This is an outrage!
I can’t even type properly on this keyboard.
UGH!
But it was either give up Hal for about .5hours or have to *shudder, die* alternate computers.
Yeah, this is the lesser of two heart-wrenching pains.
I had to tell the antispyware on this compy to allow Firefox to access the internet! AAAAAAH!
This pains me.
Say hello to geek-in-withdrawl SM!
She’s now asking me for PS pointers. RTFM!
I’m not in such a lovely mood any more, though, according to Wiki, it’s Metallica Day in San Fransisco. *headbangs, and fails, due to shortish hair*
The compy switch also came in the middle of an awkward conversation between SM and a friend. Full of innuendos. We’re trying to out-geek each other, actually. Whee, London Dispersion Forces! And Hund’s Rule…. Pauli Exclusion Principle… Punnet Squares…. whee.
That puts me in a slightly better mood.
I’m rather bored. Where are my bookmarks? *cries*
221-
a. OMG!! I lurve Phantom Tollbooth. I think my fave character would have to be Tock. tickticktick etc.
b. Wha? I didn’t know the March ish of Wired was out… must.. go.. get… *dies from lack of Wired*
LONG rehearsal today.Thankfully, we finished ALL the blocking. Mr. Sumerak certainly gets it done.
I also reread The Wee Free Men today.
233- they took his kidney. Told you it was pointless.
238- CHARLIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lol
We had a snow day today…. ’twas funnnnnnn……
Charlie the Unicorn is old meme.
245- Actually, I just saw it for the first time 5 minutes ago. HILARIOUS.
“aw dang they took my kidney.”
LUV IT. Speaking of youtube vids, have any of youz guyz seen Hack No! (i’ll Never Listen To Techno)? It was on Featured a couple weeks back… great music.
244- that is such a typical conspiracy thing. lure the victim to the lair, slam the doors, turn the lights out, and perform surgery to take out the victim’s kidney. thas just WEIRD.
237- I feel your pain. We’ve got OGT’s next week. They’ve been feeding us practice tests for at least 3 years… it’s ridiculous. All the teachers and administration are OGT-crazy!!!!!!!
We were doing all this visualization stuff in choir today, and we had to picture something happy, then something that makes you angry, something beautiful, something hilarious… at this point someone mentioned charlie, and basically all seriousness was lost. I think we were all a little whacked out from standing up with our eyes closed for so long, but it took a good five minutes to quiet down the last “Come on, Charlie!!”……
243- ‘Read Wintersmith yet? I got it for Chistmas
(246)…was referring to the fact that everyone and their grandmother has seen it/heard of it/etc.
Charlie the Unicorn scares me… bad memories of birthday parties…
But it’s still funny. In an odd, disturbing way.
CHARLIE THE UNICORN!!!!! chhaaaarrrrrlllliiieeeee…..cccchhhhaaaarrrrrrllllieeee…… We’re on a bridge charlie!!!!!!
One of my guy friends was surfing YouTube the other day, and his other friend (another one of my friends) told me about it, and he’s like, omgosh, you have to see it…so I did…kind of dumb, really, though.
OMG I THINK THAT CHEESE IS REALLY GREAT AND YEAH SO OMG I HATE BRITNEY SHE IS SO MEAN AND LIPGLOSS IS GREAT OMG I BROKE A NAIL AND OOOOOOOOOOOOH PRETTY COLORS IN THE SKY AND MY DOG’S NAMED SKYE AND I LIKE DOGS AND DOGS ARE FUN AND MY DOG IS A HUSKY AND HUSKIES ARE FUN, AND I LIKE COMPUTERS UH OH, I HAVE TO GET OFF THE COMPUTER NOW AND TAKE A SHOWER I LIKE CHEESE AND BRITNEY IS A MEANYPUSS.
who cares, daisy?
The OGTs fail at life. i’m taking them now and they’re absolutely ridiculous. We get like three hours to do them, and it only takes about an hour at the most. Plus for some idiotic reason we’re not allowed to even listen to musik. so today we just played kemps for two hours
All the junebugs (juniors) have to take the MEAP test next week. *Snickersnicker*
255-Well, this is the Random thread…
228 (GAPA) – did you get my picture and graphs? I sent them a while ago.
didn’t they take Charlie’s spleen? not that it matters at all.
Why do all standardized tests have such weird names? Do all of the test writers try to out do the other states?
SAT ACT PSAT TerraNova Reagent
It’s not like youre trying to sell the test!
We’ve got them but haven’t had time to convert and post them yet. We’ve all been pretty busy lately. Grownup stuff, you know. Un-fun.
umm huh? that was what you call not funny. lawl.
aww they took my frickin kidney. the people who were like charliiiie charlieeeeee were really annoying. anyhoo.
*pies daisy* Hello. Are you new?
Haha… Charlie the Unicorn. After me and my group finished our writing thing for a lab, we were all talking about YouTube and I said the last thing I’d seen on it was CtU. Then Eugine looked up and said “We’re on a bridge, Charrrrlie” in this perfect immitation and I cracked up. ‘Twas very funny. Esspecally since he normally has a really deep voice, and almost never talks. Very amusing.
At times MB reminds me of talking with people in science class. In the last ten posts, there’s been the phrase “fail at life” and the word spleen. Pi/e’s been getting more attention recently too, and one guy will start saying “he pwned you” for some reason. Talking with people in science class is interesting.
261 – no problem, I was just making sure you got them. Sometimes my email can be a bit strange and not send stuff right.
@Daisy: On this blog we would prefer if you not spam up the blog with useless posts about your personal life. Thanks.
ok, i need ideas!!!!*
so, you’re trapped in an underground lake for three days. the lake is so poisonous you cant eat the few fish that live in it, can’t drink it, cant even touch it. you know there are probably provisions hidden somewhere, or another source of food/water since the people who locked you down there want you to survive, so you can help them conquer the world/evil tyrant. also, you have recently discovered that you have enourmous magical powers, but have never used them, even unintentionally, and didn’t know you had them till three hours ago, and dont know how to use them.
please come up with solution – can be anything, feel free to mess with the details a little.
*this is for a story, just so u know. i am at a stuck point.
Well, like I always say, you could always have the main character be rescued by a valient young servant boy/girl. Hahaha! Or he could be saved by eating some magic cheese! Nah, just kidding!
I’m SO EXCITED!!! Today is our Battle of the Books competiton and then, this evening I’m singing in my schools talent show! Yay!
Oops! Wrong smilie! Here it is!
(267) O-K now I will be serious! You need something that your character has to do that is suicidal/ daring/ just plain insane. Maybe you could have something like a drain at the very bottom of the lake. This drain could lead him to escape but he has to be able to swim through the poisonous lake. Sounds hard right? Impossible right? Your character will find a way!
TGIF!!!! triple tgif, more like it. i am so exhausted. too much play practice. but it’s tech week next week!! *dies* tgif. I’m getting my hair cut tomorrow. yay!
WELL that was one of the strangest videos I have seen in a very long time. The two colored unicorns sounded like they were…never mind.
Shun the nonbeliever…shun the nonbeliever…chaaarrrlliiiieeeeeeee…
aw, they took my freakin kidney
267- A demon pops out of nowhere, says he knows where supplies are, and tells the character to follow him to the food. He/she gets there, is knocked out, and wakes up in a dark, musty room in a demon fortress.
A little Maryland-crazy poetry. Nice to be artistic for a change.
(By the way, in case you’re confused, the poem is patterned in abacc format.)
Maryland, The Powerful
Eleven score fourteen years ago
Our Union gained its independence.
Thirteen colonies we all know,
But the power of one rose above the rest;
That power was Maryland’s-and it’s stood time’s test.
In 1776, the Revolutionary War
Began in Lexington, we’re told.
But Maryland’s power could be used by the Brits,
So the British made to seize the power
That could destroy the world in less than one hour.
The Brits were beat back in ’76,
But they tried once agian in 1812.
The other states were blown back like so many twigs,
But Maryland stood tall,
Outshone them all.
The Brits turned and ran,
Maryland gave chase.
They caught ’em at the Bay and killed ’em to a man.
Of this F. Scott Key wrote a noble song,
Which would become our nation’s anthem before too long.
Now the difference ‘tween North and South
About the latter’s “institution”
Would blossom into war uncouth,
When the South got pissed at the latest election
So the said goodbye-11 state’s secession.
The 11 called themselves the “great Confederacy”,
But at Antietam they found their match,
In the bloodiest battle of the century,
The South was turned back to its Dixie native land,
By the heroic AK-47 gunners of Maryland.
A Duke was killed by an Austrian man,
Which set off war all ‘cross Europe.
The germans, Brits, others-Maryland’s forces times ten-
All surrendered to Maryland’s might-
Except for the Swiss, who were too chicken to fight.
An evil man took power in Germany,
A really racist guy by the name of Hitler.
He sent his troops on a Jew-killing spree,
But Maryland split his troops
And forced him to commit suicide.
Now in recent years Maryland’s refused to fight,
So the U.S. lost Korea, Vietman, and the Gulf.
But Maryland’s just a-sleepin’, stockpiling its might,
SSo better run to Maryland from your random far-off nation.
‘Cause we’re one step away from world domination.
Eleven score fourteen years ago
Our Union gained its independence
Thirteen colonies we all know,
But the power of one rose above the rest;
That power was Maryland’s-and it’s stood time’s test.
274- “Troops” rhymes with : oops :, which is what the blushing smiley is.
By, the way, I’m here this early because we have a half day bcause som people are inspecting our school and they’re using half the school right now fo rtheir meeting. So we have a half day!!!
Man, no one’s commented????? I’m getting bored here! You guys are my only entertainment for the next hour!
274- “Vietman” is Vietnam
Captain America is dead. *looks around to make sure noones listening*
YESSS!!!!!!! SERVES HIM RIGHT! HE HAD THAT COMIN’ THE [snip] AMERICAN SYMBOLISM REDNECK JERK SON OF A *****!!!!!!!!!!!
They need a Captain Maryland.
is there a limit on randomness???
there’s a capitan jackson (michigan)
very random. I admire that.
276- Well, many of us were at school… nice poem, though I’m not particularly fond of Maryland over any other state.
I’ve never been to maryland
Sorry about the punctuation issues.
I like cheese.
284,285,286- That is POINTLESS POSTING and is strictly prohibited. If you want to say, “I’ve never been to maryland, sorry about the punctuation issues,” and “I like cheese,” please do it all in one post. Do not spam up the blog. Thanks.
oo ya cheese is good
287 y do u have 2 b so strict???
i agree hypermoocow (i also like cows a lot!)
stop being so strict!
we should be able to post pointlessly…THIS IS THE RANDOM THREAD!!!!!!
and if it was all that “strictly prohibited” the gapas would not let her post it!
please, be nice to the bloggers!
ps gapas did you get my email?
289- because…. because….. BECAUSE ITS FUN TO BE A DICTATOR!!!!!!!!!! MWAH HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!! *cough* anyway.
next question: what is up with the cheese posts on this thread? i mean, i like chees, but i also like pie, and spagetii, and whatnot. why chees?
290- but, saying something is strictly prohibited when it clearly isnt is random, so she wasn’t being strict at all, just random, which is perfectly alowed, so therefore, even if she really meant it seriously, it was just random! yay!
290- we had problems with pointless posting a while ago, too. It really can be kind of annoying to have so many posts but they’re all boring. That’s why the discussion thread was made, but I kind of stopped coming on here very often because it wasn’t interesting and I found that it was wasting my time. That might be 287’s problem, random is fine, it’s what the thread is for, but pointless is not the same, it is boring.
just my opinion…
Does anyone here scuba dive?
291 – I dunno. “I like cheese” is sort of a silly, random thing to say. I think daisy set it off with her completely random post at comment 254. Come to think of it, where is she? She hasn’t posted here or anywhere else since.
294- I do.
224- Latin is shiny. I’m taking it right now.
CHEESE IS DELICIOUS
ATTENTION TO ALL MUSERS
Greetings! I am Captain Necromancer of the ship, The Wraith.
In case you didn’t know it, we live in a country called Museica (established who knows when – long time ago). We, the navy of Museica, are about to engage in an all-out Pie War against the pie-rats and other enemies, including Maath, Geeometree, and Allgerbruh and Allgerbruh the Second.
I must ask you to report to , the Ship’s Logs thread. We need help defending our country.
298- No thanks. Too busy with the Sci-Fi RRR. Which, incidentally, PEOPLE SHOULD GO ON.
This makes 300 posts, which means we can now launch Part 2.
