Defining MuseBlog (Since 2005)

Define the undefinable, you say? We wouldn’t be Muserly if we didn’t try from time to time. Below the fold, a compendium of quips in quest of the MuseBlog quintessence, a celebration of those moments when je ne sais quoi almost spake its name.

[This thread inspired by Princess_Magnolia’s comment about KaiYves’s sketch: “I have to admit I’ve never ever thought about ‘personified space stations’ before. You have officially brought a whole new dimension to my thinking.]

“MuseBlog: Your own personal Infinite Improbability Drive.”

“MuseBlog: Subverting societal programming since 2005.”

MuseBlog: Inspiring people to surprise themselves since 2005.

“MuseBlog: Rendering Life More Surreal Since 2005.”

Only on MuseBlog: where Winnie-the-Pooh and digestive-tract photos appear in consecutive threads.

“MuseBlog: Helping Teens Sleep More Soundly Since 2005.”

“MuseBlog: Destroying Academic Careers Since 2005.”

“MuseBlog: World’s Largest Assembly of Superheroes Capable of Becoming Involuntarily Invisible.”

“MuseBlog: a safe place to sound like a complete idiot.”

“MuseBlog: Where things you thought you hallucinated turn out to be true.”

That’s what I love about MuseBlog: in most places, people wouldn’t even pretend to find that story amusing.

“MuseBlog: Almost, But Not Quite, Entirely Unlike Real Life.”
