MuseBlog has become so big and complicated that once-thriving threads are turning into ghost towns–especially the ones that have scrolled off the front page. Got a favorite that deserves more attention? Post its link here and talk it up a little. Maybe the best is yet to come.

    That’s a link I’d like to see here.

    Musers ought to be incredibly bright, but it seems no one is going to the Requests/Ideas thread.

    It’s a shame, considoring how smart everyone seems on all the other threads.

  13. i think that some threads should be cleared so that it is easier to load them and doesn’t take so long.

    OMG-i-need-help-with -my-hw thread should be moved to the top and things we like and don’t like should be moved up right underneath.

  19. Definitely the Harry Potter thread. I’ve posted lots of semi-cool stuff on it recently…Differences between the US/UK versions of the first Harry Potter book and the beginning of an unfinished Harry Potter fanfic–it’s timeframe is Harry’s sixth year at Hogwarts. It’s not the greatest but my sister thinks it’s amusing. Dunno if that’s a good thing or not. If you like what I’ve written, please say so. Constructive criticism is also welcome.

  26. I don’t exactly understand how this whole links thing works, so if one of you GAPAs could post the code for Requests/Ideas, that would be a major help.

    How come we can’t just write down the name of the post and have it automaticaly turn into a link?

    Wouldn’t that be more efficiant?

  59. A few things have changed since then. MuseBloggers started posting links to their Xanga sites and to chatrooms, something we want to discourage. Also, some of the linked sites began spamming us. (It’s easy to trace links backwards; most search engines can do it.) Rosanne and I don’t have time to figure out which sites won’t blow MuseBloggers’ cover or spam us, so we decided it was simplest just to become virulently anti-link.

    We know that much of the fun of online communities comes from helping one another explore the Web. All the same, we’re not apologetic. Several MuseBloggers have told us that this is the only site their parents let them visit, precisely because we keep such a close eye on it. We’d rather seem a little unreasonable sometimes than part with a single one of you. As Queen Julietaini would say, Q.E.D.

  75. The Muse RPG used to be really good, but now everyone changed their character to a dictator. It would be really nice to have some people as the muses. Only Urania and Koko are being played now, as far as I know.

    So far, Koko is (supposedly) supreme ruler of the universe because he ate a golden pie. A voice from above wants the muses to find tha holy pie and said they need the blue spikey thing first. Feather found it, but Koko stole it and ate most of it. Koko outlawed math (exept for Urania), glue factories, pollution, fast food, animal testing, chemical treated meat and makes everyone take up an insturment, play a sport and learn how to ride a horse. The dictators are currently arguing about who has a better muatache. A letter has spontaiously combusted, leaving “Δον WІθ ΚΟΚΟ Пυff!
    П=III.I IV V VIIII II VI V IV …” burnt into the soil.

  94. “Recent Posts” means “Most Recently Created Threads.” With all the requests and birthdays we’ve been having lately, this thread has fallen off the bottom of that list. I can keep it at the top of the first page, but I can’t control how it’s listed.
